He tested the power at the main control unit checking for power and continuity. He went to each valve and checked for power finding and replacing the power solenoid that controls the valve. He went through and got each valve working. Also discovered leaking pipe causing low water pressure on that circuit. After about 3 plus hours had everything working like when it was first installed. I was surprised my call was answered & thrilled that Gerado said he would be in my area in an hour or so & could take a look. When he arrived he gave me a quote & said he could repair it now. Everything was in good repair & done at a very reasonable price. A week later late in the evening I noticed another section had begun showing some seeping at the popup heads & figured to check it in the morning. Next morning to my surprise I received a text from the water co that my smart meter had alerted them to a continuous flow. I went right to work & saw I had a valve problem. I thought I could handle the repair on my own following some you tube advice, I replaced the top of the valve body. Long story short I was unsuccessful & couldn't stop the ebb. I called Gerado who determined possibly because my original valve was over 16 years old there could be some minor variance to the molding process or I purchased a defective valve. We agreed to replace the entire valve assembly. Gerado who returned again on Sunday with a new valve installed the valve in short order. Immediately all was back to good working order. Weed control is listed as an included service, but this was not done consistently. In several instances, I was informed that weed control had been completed when it hadn't, which I confirmed through my exterior security cameras. Communication was also slow and often unresponsive; I frequently had to send follow-up texts just to get a reply. Ultimately, we have decided to discontinue the service.

Jeremey came and did the test and right away, he was able to identify the leak. So we spent $2500 open up the concrete and replaced the skimmer. It took about 2 days. And he has someone else over to do the repair. Then he came back to retest it seems supposed was cleared. However, I noticed the water level dropped unusually fast so I know something is wrong and asked him to come check again. His policy was retest will be charged $150 instead of new test of $550. Anyway, he suspected another leaks on the return which will cost another $1000-2000 to open up to determine where the leaks were. I was concerned, because I didn't want to open up and turned out it may be somewhere else. He then did a dye test and was able to identify the leak and plugged it instead of open up and replace the leaks. Which worked and saved me $1500. Looking back, the original leak could be at the return. If he used dye test on all the return, we may have identify that leak and save a lot of money. Anyway, leak was fixed and he ended up didn't change me for the retest and plugging the leak. So that was nice.

We set the construction date for February 19th which lasted until February 25th. Jesus, the foreman, was great at communicating the steps required for the build. He would often check in to make sure that we got the end product we desired and was receptive to feedback for the design. With their workmanship guarantee, we have nothing to worry about.
