We ordered the steak satay which was wonderfully marinated and soft enough to melt in your mouth - delicious. The foccaia bread was worth the trip alone. Slade was being assisted by Selene, behind the bar, who must have overheard us talking about taking the Foccacia bread home and immediately went into action preparing it for travel with a little extra huckleberry sauce for the road. The Focaccia Bread WITH the steamer clams was a great appetizer (soak the bread in the tomato juice!) and the entrees were SO GOOD. The Chilean Sea Bass was PERFECTLY cooked and was up there in the best we've ever had. The pesto gnocchi + squash it rested on was delightful and the perfect combination. The Peruvian Chicken was ALSO perfectly cooked and its sauce was to die for. The potatoes that went along with were salted just right. Great great great, highly recommend whether you're having dinner or going to the bar with a friend for a LIVELY kind of experience

They do not serve hard liquor at the bar, just beer and wine. We had a couple champagne flutes and perused the menu. Our appetizer was a clam and mussel combo in broth. It looked so good we attacked it before getting a photo (as you'll see). Our main course was the steak plate, which was done to perfection. Dessert was a slice of in-house made pumpkin spice pie. We both liked "Hydra", another steak place in town. The food here was a cut above. Everything from staff to food preparation had a warm personal touch. GO!
