This guy Leo don't know anything about the job he has. I had he come check my ac because no air was coming out my vents he tells me that my fan is blown out and Its a 500 dollar part I said OK let's get that done he come later in the day to install it this is June 16 2016 OK so now air is working just fine now skip to July 23 my ac is not working had another company come out to check it out because Leo was not available OK so this guy tells me the motor fan has blown out I said wow I just got it done June 16th he says u need to have Leo come out and honor this because I have a warranty on it. And FYI the only thing that was found wrong was the motor fan OK so skip to July 26 2016 today Leo comes out to honor the blown motor fan that he installed OK so he puts in the new motor fan now he's telling me that my mother board is blown out as well I asked if the old motor fan blew out the mother board he says no lol think about it if the motor fan is hooked up to the mother board and the fan blew out the yes its gonna affect the mother board which it did so why should I have to pay u 380 to get it fixed when the motor u put in is the reason its broke don't trust this company read more

We were awakened one night late last week to the screeching sound of what I thought was a dieing fan motor on our outdoor A/C unit. I booked an "emergency" repair appointment with a big name A/C contractor in the area... couldn't come out till late Tuesday afternoon when the outdoor temp is expected to top 105F. I called today a Friday , it's 100 degrees for third day in a row, because my air conditioner went out. Leo gave me a two hour window and was here within the first hour. He and his partner were extremely polite and professional. They checked my air conditioner out, figured out the problem and were able to fix it while they were there. Leo and his partner took time to explain everything to me. They made it a point to show me the parts that they were replacing and explain what was wrong -even showing me how they did the diagnostic and what the readings were. I was very reluctant to call a business that I had not used before as every time I've had someone work on air conditioning they try to sell me a new one . Leo was honest and gave me a very good deal. Fantastic experience! Super happy with Leo and his son. My house had caught on fire and Leo Came to our rescue. Due to permits issue (no fault of Leo) and due to building platform to relocate the HVAC unit into attic space it took over 4 months to complete the AC job. He was very patient and never even once asked for advance payment or even rushed us. On the contrary he went with us few times to the City office to help us pull permit and even met with other contractors and send his own people to assist in framing and other work so we could complete our house.He referred to us awesome plumber Vasily and another contractor Roman. Leo and his team are personable and professional people. Leo took the time to show me each part that had to be replaced on my AC and explained why? He then when into the attic (and this was the week that Sacramento had 105 degree to 109 degree heat. (This was also the week when "cooling centers" were advertised because people were collapsing from heat exhaustion). He took photographs of some air tubing that needed to be replaced (which was only part of the reason that my AC wasn't throwing off any cool air to speak of), gave me advice on how to take care of my AC unit and filters and gave me far more "economical" costs than most of the AC companies. My home was still at 94 degrees at 9:00 at night before he came out almost immediately for repairs. An excellent business run by honest, reputable people. read more

I purchased a beat up fixer upper home in 2020 that needed a TON of work done. The home didn't have a central cooling or heating system (just some broken ACs hanging out the windows). Given all the work needed to be done I was on a tight budget. Leo came to the rescue and was able to accommodate with our budget. Dial Leo is amazing! My heater went out and they came out right away according to my work schedule. They reviewed my system and found the problem. They were very honest and clear as to what I needed and even went further to check if the parts needed were still under warrant. I received a call back early the next day with the great news that the parts were under warranty. They quickly made arrangements to get the parts and my heater was back and running within two days! They were very cordial and cleaned up after themselves. Had a bit of an emergency on father's day. These guys were fantastic. They came out and checked out our A/C. We ended up wanting to get a whole new unit. These guys scheduled time us shortly after their initial visit. When they schedule a time to show up, they arrive promptly. In total, it took them about 2 and a half hours to remove our old unit, install the new one, and run all of their tests to make sure we were back up and running.
