    I am very happy with my experience here. I was able to find and get my car financed in record time. I appreciated the simplicity of the showroom, and the fact that everyone on the lot knew and appreciated Mazda vehicles. I have bought Mazdas at different dealerships and this has been by far my best experience.

    Wow lol change prices have really gone up! 119.00 for synthetic oil. I had an appointment at 8 am this morning. Jake took my car right back. I was done in about 1.5 hours. Gave me some time to make some customer phone calls. They washed my car nicely too. I've been coming here for my last few oil changes. Customer service is always very good.

    We were ready for an upgrade from our Mazda 3 to the CX9. This is our 6th Mazda. The salesperson, Tim Englehart, was amazing! Very knowledgeable and easy to work with! We were happy with the deal considering post COVID times and we absolutely love our new CX9!

    I've been coming to Neftin Mazda for the last 4 or so years to have my vehicle serviced. My experience has always been without issue and I'm very fortunate that my vehicle has been low maintenance and has only needed it's scheduled oil changes, tire rotations and occasional brake replacements. Your best bet is to call ahead and set an appointment with one of their service advisors. This allows for you to minimize your wait time as a stop in customer and gets gets you through registration and on your way quicker. Their earliest appointment is at 730 am which is right when they open. You simply pull into their service area and an advisor will come out to greet you. They will document your license plate, take down your mileage and fond out what needs servicing. They will then walk you into their office to make sure there are no outstanding recalls on your vehicle and advise if any milestone services are recommended (i.e 60,000 mile service). They will set an expected pick up time, make sure your contact info is correct and provide an estimate of the costs of service for what you are wanting done. They do provide a courtesy shuttle if you need a ride home or to work, I've always made prior arrangements to have a ride ahead of time, but it's nice that they have this available. During your service, they will inspect your vehicle and give you a call if anything is brought to their attention by the service mechanic. You can obviously decline or accept if it's something you can afford at the moment. On my last visit (February 2018), they had a new technology feature where the mechanic is wearing a camera while he inspects your vehicle so you can see for yourself what the mechanic sees. Definitely the way of the future for the car service industry that gives you a little more assurance that your vehicle is properly being assessed. A complimentary exterior car wash is completed when your vehicle is serviced. It's always nice coming back to a clean car upon pick up. Make sure to check your mail from Mazda as you will often get coupons for various servicing needs. If not, go to Neftin's webpage and they will usually have coupons that you can print out or show via your smart phone to save a little cash.

    Not sure if he really is the manager at their Service Dept, but he is a good and helpful guy for sure.

Yesterday morning my tire pressure sensor started blinking, with a warning on the car's monitor saying "tire pressure sensor malfunction, check dealership." I also got a text from this same dealership confirming the issue. Today I brought it in and spoke with a service tech, Marc Pierre, who tried hard to brush it off. This isn't just about him. Every time I've come to this dealership with an issue, whoever I've dealt with has put more effort into being dismissive than into actually helping. I even asked Pierre why this seems to be the general attitude in the service department, and he dismissed that question too. I own two nearly new Lexus vehicles, and I don't recommend this dealership. At this point, I'm not sure I recommend Lexus at all. People with this kind of attitude toward customers don't deserve the business.

They truly went above & beyond to take care of me, especially being that it was my first time here. One thing that I really appreciate is their transparency & immediacy. They let you know what's going on with your car throughout the entire repair process. Even when I returned a few days later for what I thought needed an immediate follow-up, they didn't hesitate to accommodate all of my needs & address all of my concerns. Their hospitality is on-point. Granted, I never looking to have repairs done, they make the process & painless as possible. Also, it's nice to have the amenities in the lounge while waiting. I remember a good amount of time where us Tesla customers were lucky to get a bottle of water. My 2023 Model Y battery had an imbalance which required a HV battery replacement. Yikes! I was told right away that loaner vehicle was not guaranteed and that the repair would take several days. I work full time and I have school age kids, so not having a car for several days is NOT ideal by any means. Jessica communicated throughout the repair process and she set aside a loaner for me even though I HAD to bring in my car two days before my scheduled appointment because the battery would've been dead if I waited for my appt date. I really appreciated her clear communication and quick reply to my questions via Tesla app. Not only that, but my car was fixed three days ahead of schedule and I was given a coupon for a free car wash nearby. I noticed when I was waiting in the service area, that all the customers received very personalized attention from the staff. During my first oil change and tire rotation, my car was returned with oil stains on the cream-colored interior. To their credit, they immediately offered to clean it. However, shortly afterward, both rear wheel center caps fell off, which had never happened before and I decided to let it go. My most recent visit was even more inconvenient. I dropped my car off for an oil change, tire rotation, and airbag recall service. Near the end of the day, I was informed that complications with the recall repair meant my car would need to stay overnight. I was initially offered a rental car, only to be called back and told none were available until the next morning. My vehicle ended up staying for over 24 hours, and I wasn't notified it was ready until 40 minutes before closing. When I picked up my car, I was also charged full price for an oil change despite being told my coupon had been applied. I had to call back later to have the difference refunded. Everyone I've spoken with has been courteous and apologetic, and I appreciate their efforts to make things right. However, customers should not have to repeatedly spend their own time correcting mistakes that could have been avoided with better communication and attention to detail. The dealership needs to improve its communication, follow-through, and overall organization, as the repeated lack of communication and forgetful errors have created unnecessary inconvenience. While I appreciate their willingness to fix problems, I would much rather see fewer problems happening in the first place.
