Ten stars for Toni!…read more We hired Toni to take care of our furbaby over the weekend while we attended a family funeral. We were torn between leaving our little Zoey in a kennel that we use for daycare or try Toni's services. Our hearts went with Toni. We hear such great feedback about Toni from other satisfied clients that we knew Toni's Pet Concierge was the right choice. It was easy to fill out the paperwork and consult with Toni. She even gave us good advice on how to care for our Pooch. Zoey is a rescue and we'd only had her a few months and still have questions on how to be the best furever parents we can be. Toni's advice is gold. Our pooch loved being take of by Toni. We got constant updates and pictures. Our minds were at ease. Zoey was in excellent, capable, nurturing hands. Upon our return home our pooch was very happy. We'll definitely turn to Toni when we need her services.

It's such a relief knowing she is in such good hands when she is with Mark from Supreme Pawfection. Supreme is always punctual, kind, and listen well to your pets needs. I usually have quite a few requests and Mark never makes me feel like it's an issue or an annoyance for him to do. He joyfully accommodates Daisy's needs. It's also so nice that the fur baby is never having to be locked in a cage or exposed to other animals with the mobile grooming service. They usually have a cute accessory, too, like bows or bandanas. They offer hypoallergenic products as well which is perfect! They usually book up quickly so I'd recommend booking in advance. However, if needed, it's always worth asking if they can get you in on short notice, sometimes they can! They're great about trying to get you in as soon as possible. We really appreciate Mark's care and gentle manner with Daisy! She is a tiny rescue dog who can get scared easily, so it really means a lot to us. She is also at least middle aged and Mark handles her with great care.

And don't let their updated "nice" reply fool you. This is a review for the experience we had with Roxy as a groomer in February 5th, 2024, whereas the previous review was for the experience we had circa October 2024: Roxy was very unfriendly when we handed her our dog. She CONSTANTLY kept telling us how old he was, over and over. Afterwards, just saying "he's just so old," which... we know. That's why we booked your "senior fee." She was pretty unprofessional in this regard, and after he was done, she didn't give him a bandana or anything like that. The previous groom in October of 2023 had him YELPING from the van so loud we could hear it down the street and in our apartment. Why we called them back again in February to deal with Roxy, I'm not sure. I'm so grateful this place refused to groom my dog again because since, I've found a WONDERFUL mobile grooming service who are so sweet with my little dude - literally kiss him on the head and hold him like a little baby. Bummed I went to this place as long as I did, because they clearly hire incompetent groomers with a severe lack of compassion, but so thankful to have found the other mobile groomers! Really shocked at the five star reviews on this mobile groomer. My boss had us research them and we…read moreused them for a very short period of time. They are all extremely friendly and nice until you ask questions or have special requests, per our vet. They do not like that! The arrogance of the owner really comes out and they lack humanity. Also, the male groomer, who was super sweet but extremely dim, was blasting music so loud from the grooming van, without consideration for our dogs ears while inside with them. We had two neighbors complained about the noise! And that was during daytime. They also are not very well trained, as they purchased some trucks and hit the road with zero schooling/proper training. They shared that information with my boss: "we just learn as we a go"....They do not like any kind of re-direction when addressing basic issues with the grooming service or if your dog has special needs. They also glue bows/decorations to the dogs heads which was so odd and inhumane. Seriously lacked proper knowledge! Though the owner claimed in her response here to not to know my boss, who paid for the services and mostly dealt with this grooming team, on her response below, the owner direct messaged us and stated she knew who we were. Nothing is a lie in our review and we have witnesses that could not believe they glued accessories to our dogs head which were never asked for and the neighbors to validate how loud the music was as well!!! This is an accurate and legitimate review.
