We recently came back to Yogurtland for a Walnut Elementary school fundraiser and my son liked it so much that we've been bringing him back every week. He likes to mix 2-4 different types of yogurt in a cup and select his own toppings. I really think he mainly like Yogurtland because he can put lots of candy on top, but we limit him to only 2-3 sweets and encourage him to add more fruit toppings (which doesn't always work in our favor). After trying a few different flavors, my favorite is the plain tart with strawberries. The mochi is also very good as a topping! The current price per ounce is $0.79 (10/31/2024), which has gone up a lot since before the pandemic. I saw in an old review of mine when the price used to be $0.47/ounce in May of 2017. We love all the variety of flavors at Yogurtland. This location is on Valley & Grand Ave in the Michaels or In N Out plaza. The place is clean, their yogurts are yummy and they add new flavors often. We like plain tart and some new flavors with the yummy popping boba toppings. They had a free Lilac Giant Spoon day last month on June 11 with every $12 minimum in-store purchase. They have these events occasionally and you can also download the Yogurtland app to collect reward points. $1=2 points, 100 points=$5 rewards and we're almost 100 points now. Society knows Yogurtland is the bread and butter of my existence. I have visited this store two days in a row and that is because I simply love the location. From the frozen yogurt itself to the people who work here, its a pleasure all around. Currently the banana creme has been a favorite of mine, this place delivers.. All 16 (+-) of their dispensers work and deliver the magic, which goes to show the upkeep the facility has. It's pure depression when I visit stores that multiple machines are broken or out. If you miss out on special events and giant spoon releases, this location sells the giant spoons (currently $8) when extras are on hand... The store is in a shopping center with so much unused parking. They may as well expand the store into the parking lot, it would be beautiful. read more

The yogurt choices were plentiful and each one looked and sounded delicious. The toppings area left me feeling like a kid in a candy store. So many choices. Made sure to call ahead of time on 8/20 around 5pm for "No Weigh Wednesday" to ask if this location did the promotion, since I do know only certain locations do it. A guy answered and told me that YES they do it there, I made sure to confirm that I did not need to show an app or something, and he said I do not need to. I came all the way from Chino since our locations out there do not do the promotion. When I got to the store around 7:30pm, as I was about to pay for my bowl, they proceeded to tell me that she doesn't know what I am talking about, how she doesn't even know how to do it on the register, and that the guy who told me on the phone is probably "slow" (which is very disrespectful) First time at this location and came out very disappointed since I made sure to call ahead. I came in today at 4:15 with a Groupon for $20 worth of yogurt. I've purchased at least 15 (or more) of these in the past and I use them regularly. My total came to $18.50. I presented the Groupon certificate and the moron working the counter wouldn't allow me to use the certificate because my total wasn't "exactly $20". Seriously!? I told her that I was willing to forfeit the last $1.50 and that I had done this many, many times at different locations (including THIS one) in the past. There's no way to get EXACTLY $20 in your cup so when I get close enough, they always take the Groupon and forfeit whatever is left. Every single time. It's my choice to not get all $20 and actually benefits them because I consume less product but am paying the same amount. Sometimes my total is $2.00 short and sometimes it's .20 cents short. It has never been a big deal. Ever. Until today. This girl who has zero common sense made me get another cup of yogurt just to "get to $20". Of course, it went over $20 and I had a balance due. Of course. What a ridiculous racket and a scam meant just to get more money. She was rude and insulting and told me that I shouldn't come back. This one had a nice consistency, was sweet, and wasn't too hard, meaning that it wasn't left out a long time or stale (since you know you can visually just tell if the fruits are mushy or discolored). The yogurt selection is a bit limited compared to larger locations, but I liked that they had many sauces to choose from. I miss seeing their pistachio and matcha green tea yogurt flavor offerings, but I'm still pleased to see that they still have plain tart, creamy vanilla, coconut, and strawberry. Honestly one of the more interesting locations. They don't have sample cups out like most Yogurtland places do, which is kind of weird and annoying. And when you ask them for some, the workers act like it's such a chore to just reach down and hand you a couple of tiny cups - it's like they think we're asking them to fetch out the Ark of the Covenant or something. NOT HONORING COUPONS FOR SEVERAL WEEKS! I have never given a review on Yelp yet because it takes a lot of time. But it was infuriating today when I went to yogurt land and they told me that their coupon reading machine was broken. It was my birthday so I just wanted to get 3 free ounces off but apparently yogurt land doesn't honor birthdays when their machines are broken. The worker offered 10% discount on my 6.7 ounces of yogurt meaning a free 0.67 ounces to compensate for my birthday. But when the worker told me that they haven't had rewards for several weeks now, this shows bad service to the customers that come. The worker could have been nicer instead of so straight forward but maybe a lot of people have tried to use their coupons and I could feel helpless and tired of having to tell people sorry over and over if I were in her shoes. She mentioned that management or corporate just hasn't fixed their machines so I'll give her benefit of doubt and just say that from a managerial standpoint this specific yogurtland isn't that great in terms of customer service.
