All of my jewelry is authentic and stones ALL genuine. ANDY I'm assuming instantly said the jewelry I had him take a look at was synthetic. I made a comment about the stone being spinel & his wife looked surprised. He still offered to buy it. But I just lost all trust and took my things and left. Maybe he was taking advantage of me as a young minority. OR maybe he needs some more education in gemstones working at a custom jewelry shop. SMH. The quality of work and options are amazing as well but these are only a few reasons as to why they have customers fly in from California and Florida. Top notch customer service and beautiful custom rings at a very reasonable price! I recently purchased an engagement ring and wedding bands. Andy and Dawn were both very helpful in explaining the different types and qualities of the diamonds and bands. The whole process from beginning to end could not have been better. They were patient with my slow decision making and then when I did select the engagement ring, they had it ready within a week. They also offer to clean my fiance's engagement ring every time we stop in the store. They even reminded her to stop by before the wedding to get it cleaned and polished at no charge. I had batteries changed in 3 watches. Right away I checked and one watch did not work. I went back and they were condescending. The gentleman would not even look at my watch and told me that there was something wrong with it and I needed to take it somewhere to get fixed but to tell them the battery was good.
