I was frustrated that the top diamond sites had no options to upgrade the quality of diamonds in their settings. I even contacted them to check. I didn't want SI quality with H-I color. Diamond Mansion has top quality certified diamonds for a good price. I was hesitant about Diamond Mansion at first, but a quick investigation revealed near perfect Yelp & Google ratings. Also, A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau and they have been in business for years. I had some questions and Dino answered them very fast. He never failed to quickly respond. The order confirmation, payment confirmation, order status & tracking number were all communicated. When my order was completed, Dino even sent a link to the video of my completed item. Shipment was double boxed, packaged nicely (jewelry box, box sleeve, item wrapped in tissue paper with no fingerprints), and required direct adult signature from FedEx. Now, for the quality. TLDR: Diamond Mansion was integral in helping design and build the perfect custom engagement ring, and all of it was done remotely. The care and craftsmanship they provide is INSANE. I don't typically post reviews, but I had to come on here to give Diamond Mansion and Dino the praise they deserve. I found Diamond Mansion through one of the diamond aggregator websites. I had narrowed my selection for an engagement ring to two different diamonds, but I was looking for a custom ring and setting. I reached out to Diamond Mansion to talk through what the custom ring and setting would look like (round cut hidden halo pave), and Dino was able to work through all of the details with me. I let him know which diamonds I was looking at and he was able to add another layer of expertise to help me make my ultimate selection. From there Dino and I had regular communication during the ring build and payment processing. Buying a diamond engagement ring remotely (DM is in CA and I am in RI) without in-person relationship building seems like it would be a risky and scary process, but with Dino I was comfortable the entire way. Once the ring had been built out Dino shared pictures and a video of MY custom build and it couldn't have been more perfect.
