I have tried this place twice and struck out both times. I get nexgen French manis. The techs I got both times were awful. Uneven lines and bumpy despite my complaints. First time white was really thin, second time comically wide. I asked them to do the cutting technique that the tech was doing on my friend but she refused so mine looked awful while hers were nice. Also, inconsistent with their teacher discount. There is a reason Serenity Nails down the road is always packed and diamond is not. Very unimpressed. First time going to this nail salon, my friend and I had made appointments for 3:45. They seated us in the pedicure chairs and come 4:15 no one had even acknowledged us. At this point my water was cold and we were getting frustrated. They finally came and offered us something to drink. We asked for white wine and they brought us each a glass. We both took a sip and it tasted so stale, like it had been sitting in the bottle opened for 3 months. Then the lady finally came back to warm up my water and ended up putting even colder water in. She then grabbed a towel and had me take my feet out and walked away again. At that point I was happy she gave me the towel because we ended up drying off our pruned feet and getting up a leaving. I do not recommend this place to anyone.. And if you do walk in you will notice how dirty and gross this places looks(RUN while you can)! First off they are lucky I even gave them one star.. If I could give no star I would!! Secondly, they are overpriced! For a crappy job.. I get my nails done at nicer places for cheaper and they look 100% better then the garbage job the guy did to my acrylic nails. Not to mention he took 2 hours doing my nails and when he finished you could see the white of the pink part and then you saw the white tip. The first time I went to Diamond Nails I had asked for just gel polish, and I left with nexgen. They didn't ask if I wanted it and I also had to pay more for it. The second time I went was a couple weeks after the first so that they could remove the nexgen and put regular nail polish on. They made me bleed and the polish applied is all over my cuticles. They didn't push back my cuticles and the polish is chunky on my nails. read more

This is a great place....I've gone here many times and they are always friendly and accomodating while offering the best prices hands down on top of remaining impeccably clean. Unlike other places where they charge you an arm and a leg for anything but a basic spa pedi...if you get the deluxe spa pedicure (a mere $10 more than the regular...) you get a hot stone massage on your feet, leg mask, parafin foot treatment and hot towel wrap....they do a superb job and if you ever feel otherwise, the owner, Tony, will gladly make it right. I took my mom, little sister, sister-in-law and 3 year old niece to get our toes done before my wedding and they didn't mind the fact that my niece decided the spa tub was like a hot-tub specially built for her...and sat in it...they just laughed and cooed at how cute and funny she was and offered us towels to dry her off when she was done. We even got to enjoy mimosas while getting our toes done (we brought the stuff but they didn't care). They're all great! Highly recommend! read more

They really go the whole way to make your mani-pedi perfect. They don't skimp out on the leg massages, they go above and beyond to make sure to find the colors and designs you want. Very friendly staff, and they understand if you want to talk, or just lay back and relax. Well, here it goes. I work out of town on average for 50-60 days at a time. When I come home, I like to go and get nails done with my 2 daughters. My usual place was closed so I went to Diamond Nails to get a pedicure. It all went great and I had no complaints. Fast forward 2weeks and I start noticing a little discoloration on both big toes, I played it off and didn't think much of it. A couple of more weeks go by and the discoloring gets worse and the shape of my toe nails begins to change. Since I'm working out of town, I go ahead and cut my nails and the corner of the nail on my left big toe breaks off completely. I still didn't put 2 & 2 together and continue about my daily job and routine at work. I come home on March 3, 2019 and go in to get a pedicure with my daughters at my normal place and the nail tech who has done my nails for the last 3 years tells me that my nail has a bad fungus and is breaking off where it shouldn't be. She said she would finish the pedicure and was concerned about it and advised me to purchase OTC medication or see a specialist. I went ahead and went to my dermatologist and was told that I did have a toe nail fungus on both big toes and a round of meds were prescribed. When I asked about how I got the fungus the Dr asked if I walked around without shoes often and I said very rarely. I mentioned the pedicure and she said it was very likely that this occurred with unsanitary pedicure tools. I called Diamond Nails and was told to come by for some "stuff" they give their clients if it happens. No offer to compensate or anything. Please be careful when having nail work done and make sure your tech uses clean and sanitized tools, not fun and annoying to have this fungus problem read more

My pedicure was fine although a little pricey!Scheduled appointment with Val was 40 minutes late so I optied to go with another tech Jimmy who was available! Bad decision! I got a dip nail manicure and pedicure. Toe nail polish started chipping after a week. Dip polish started peeling (?) after 10 days. I have never had either happen after getting nails and toes done for the past 4 years. Very disappointed and will not be back. read more

Went by for a pedicure today and the tech had no clue what steps to go through.it was awful,he could not understand a word of English so there was no communication between us to say the least.the polish was super thick and lumpy.i asked to just finish my pedi so I could get someone eles to redo my polish at the least.Ann got another girl to redo my polish.the other tech told me there was nothing wrong with it,I completely lost my cool,by then I had been through enough.after we had words she repolished my toes. i asked for a simple flower design and came out looking like a kindergartener had painted my nails!! i picked out a yellow colored polish for the flowers and the lady painting my nails came back with (i'm not shitting you) those children's paints that you can get for like three dollars at walmart. they're off center and did not look anything like the picture i provided. they were also using old nail files and buffers but did get a new one when i asked. the undercoat isn't even fully covering my nails and the top coat isn't either! i'd skip this place. it is not worth your money. read more

Today was all about a special little lady... I took my daughter to celebrate her 4th birthday with a mani pedicure. Their staff was amazing. If you are looking to do a little girls day with your nieces or daughters they have kid chairs and pampering galore. Nancy was patient and really took her time with my daughter. the staff here are all extremely rude. they do not show any remorse when they are in the wrong. They do not even try to rectify the issue, when I bought up the issue at check-out they basically ignored me, and the guy kept telling me how much I owe vs how he could help. This is the worst place ever, definitely taking my business elsewhere. English is a huge barrier. I am accepting of other cultures and people, however if you are trying to run a business please have people who speak and can understand English. read more

My nail place had a huge wait so I decided to try this place for the first time. I was VERY disappointed to say the least. I walked in and immediately felt strange. There were so many people working there yet it took over 5 min to even be greeted. Once "greeted" more like a "what do you need done" I was told to "go over there and gets color" from across the room. After about 5 more minutes a women gets off her cell phone, looks at me and goes "right here" as I proceed to walk over to the pedicure chair. The water was scolding and they never asked if it was ok. The lady started my feet as another came over and I showed her a pic of nails I would like mine to look like. She then had someone else come over who looked and my picture in disgust and proceeds to talk to the lady in a Asian language with the look of disgust on her face. It made me feel awful but I didn't say anything. She started my nails and cut me not 1...not 2..not even 3x but 5x as she tried the skin around my nails. She took over 2 hours then said I need to wait for my design I wanted. After waiting for someone for about 15 min, the lady came over and did my design not even close to what I had asked. Plus the lines she made were not straight and pieces chipped off before I could even get to my house from my drive home. I'm usually pretty easy going and don't expect much but this was a nightmare. I was in a bind since I was going out that night with friends so I needed my nails done. So an older man did my nails. By Sunday my thumb nail had peeled off from top. Usually don't have any issues but whether or not I'm offered a drink always depends on how much money it LOOKS like I have... this last time the man who did my nails didn't listen to me when I was asking for them to be shorter (significantly shorter) and they were so thick it was ridiculous. Within two days I had them lifting off of my nail because he didn't take his time scoring and dehydrating them. Within two weeks they all fell off completely, when they usually last me about a month to a month and a half. Super bummed and just won't be returning to this place. I have been here a couple times. First time was great. Julie did my nails. She did a great job. I got the chrome nails. They lasted a month! Fast forward to the next visit. They were nice. The staff is friendly and are always able to take you in. The first time I visited here I got the nexgen french tip, the nail guy said he would make my nails look better than the last. The design and smoothness was good but the ends of my nail beds were not clean, very jagged and uneven. I thought this was the deal when you get nexgen all the time. I came back a few weeks later and another guy asked me who did my nails because they did not look good, I said a guy here did them (he wasn't there at the time). Again my nails were even and smooth and he worked really hard on making the ends of my nail needs smooth and even, they were a lot better but I noticed he over wheeled on all my nails and left and indentation. This last time I came in I was done with having nexgen on my nails wanted it off and decided to get a pedicure and manicure. I decided on a nexgen removal and regular manicure along with the $32 pedicure. She was an older woman I think the owner of the shop. The cuticles on my toes grow very fast and I need them cleaned regularly. This is the first time I got a pedicure here. When she used the tool to push back my cuticles it seemed she was just doing the motion but not actually doing it, so when it came to cutting of my excess cuticles it seemed like it was being ripped off. At home when I do this i make sure to use the cuticle cutter without pulling up because it does not cut out but rips the skin instead. I play sports and I get calluses on my left foot mostly when she was using the loofah to scrub it she left it torn up and didn't pay any attention to it until I pointed it out, I still had to smooth out or at home. When she took the nexgen off my nails it still had the indentation from the previous layer and they are not smooth. The paint job is not clean or smooth either. The massage and hot stones were the best part of my visit. All and all this looks like something I could of done at home by myself. My bill was $60 I was charged $28 for a manicure! I like to get pampered every once and a while but things like this happens too often. I just want to find a place that pays attention to detail and give top quality service. I'm pretty sure this nail salon has its gems and the staff is friendly, and even though I was highly referred here i won't return. read more

Never again. If I could give this place zero stars I absolutely would. Let me start by saying that I spend a lot of money here. I get Nexgen every two weeks, waxing services, and regular pedicures (for myself and my daughter). Today I called BEFORE I came in and asked if a callus shaver could be used if I brought it in, brand new in the packaging. They said they would be happy to use my tools and to just bring them with me. So I did. I showed up with my daughter so the two of us could get pedicures together. I took the shaver out of the packaging and gave it to the guy that did my pedi. He asked me about it (since it's obviously not standard procedure) and I confirmed that I called prior and was given the green light by the staff. He proceeded to use it and everything was going fine. Out of nowhere, the owner stormed up in a complete outrage and started screaming at me and at the guy working on me. Needless to say, she caused a huge scene and embarrassed the crap out of me in front of a room full of people. She snatched the tool out of his hands (still screaming), wrapped it up and handed it to me forcefully. I tried to explain again that I had called before to ask and her staff about this specifically and the answer was YES. She dismissed me and went off in Vietnamese-- all I understood during her rant was something about a $5k fine. Of course I apologized even though I don't feel it was necessary on my part... So there I am, trying to "relax" and have a much-needed girls outing with my 6 year old. I was holding back tears all the while but at this point I'm crying, silently, as people are starring at me and wondering what in the world just happened. The guy doing my pedicure and some of the other employees around us apologized profusely and genuinely felt terrible for what just happened. My daughter is asking me non-stop if I'm okay and I'm just trying to maintain my composure. Well, $75 dollars later I'm at the checkout. No apology offered and certainly no discount offered, the other owner asks me if everything was okay. (I mean, are you kidding me?) I just replied by saying "no." He did not bother to ask me about why I was not happy with my service or even try and make things right. Nothing. Not even a "thank you" on the way out. I am beyond disappointed and I've never been so publicly embarrassed and humiliated in my life. I am not a complainer and I rarely write reviews. But this one was well deserved. This all could have been avoided had their staff bothered to communicate with one another. Huge mistake! Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place! read more

I tried out this place after it was recommended by a few neighbors. I'm really picky about pedicures and usually hate to get them due to that (most hurt), but I was happy with this experience. The massage was really nice (they use hot stones) and she scrubbed my feet really well (usually they don't get the heel well). I also got a manicure and was satisfied with it. I'm giving it 4 stars for quality and 2 for atmosphere. Ann is the best for NexGen nails which can easily last me three weeks if needed with my busy life of kids and horses. They are great in the summer when we spend a lot of time in the pool with no lifting and very minimal fading. Cindy ticks the pedicures with her hot stone massage that's $25!! I just completely relax while I have a glass of wine. It's great! The salon needs a new paint job but it's clean and they take good care of you. Great quality for the price read more
