Spotted this place on my way to the dealership and wanted to try it out. They have an interesting menu containing both American and Asian food. I ended up trying the Philly cheesesteak and fries. The cheesesteak was good but the fries were a little bit undercooked.

I've been coming here since I was a sales manager at riverside kia. Ordering daily! Since I moved out to LA I haven't ate here in many years. On my way out to San Bernardino I had to make a special stop to one of my fav delis Food is always amazingly fresh. My fav is the house special sandwich add bacon. Their breakfast portions are huge!! Bacon sausage with 2 eggs over easy. Toasted bread. Always a hit!!! You can't go wrong here. Always a pleasure. So happy I stopped!!! If you ever want yummy breakfast or lunch. Stop by Dianes! You won't be disappointed

I work within walking distance of this location and I'm so grateful for! There are not many other food places around so the fact that this one is so close and so good is awesome. I haven't tried everything on the menu but I have definitely tried a wide range of things from the sushi rolls to the fried rice to the Philly cheesesteak sandwich. My two favorite thing from there would be their breakfast sandwich which causes on a bagel or croissant bun and the potstickers with your always made fresh. It's also really nice because you can call ahead and order and if you're close enough they will even deliver your food to you. Staff is always very nice and sometimes it can get busy but always so get your stuff to you within a reasonable amount of time

had to wait by the car dealership and was able to walk from there to get lunch. yummy sandwich on fresh squaw bread hit the spot. There are a few benches outside to eat as well so that was nice. Mix bowl was also ordered and good food. read more

Great little Sandwich shop. No TV or Loud Music but they do have simple food and good prices. They mostly cater to the locals in the business complex and car dealerships. Try there koren bbq or BLT with Avocado. .. read more

Tried this little gem for the first time today because everyone at work kept talking about it and yes I can taste why now lol. It was pretty delish!! I ordered the shrimp fried rice and I absolutely love fried rice that are not made with soy sauce!! I just think it's too salty when there's ss in it. Well anyways their fried rice had so much flavor (no msg) and it smelled so good. Heard the Korean plate and chicken salad on squaw are good too. Will have to try that next time. Definitely a new go to lunch place! Oh btw they do take a bit cus everything is made to order so call in the order is highly advised, especially during lunch rush. read more

I love this place! Super close to my work and they deliver. They have alot of tasty options and everything is very reasonably priced. The costumer service is great. Love the delivery guy, he is always super nice. I would highly recommend trying the teriyaki burger or the pot stickers. read more

I work at a car dealership close by Diane's and they always deliver for free and the food is always top notch. Chicken bowl(with extra chicken because it's that good) it dosen't break the bank and its worth every penny. They also have a very professional and friendly crew working there. read more

Delivery took over an hour and my food got to me cold and soggy. Sandwich was upside down in the bag and all fallen apart. Called to complain and they were no help. Didn't offer to remake my food or give me my money back. read more

I used to come here everyday when i worked in the area. i visit here when i pass through. Try the Chinese chicken salad, extremely well sized for the price. Fried potstickers and house special sandwich are awesome. Cheeseburger is awesome too. read more

Not a bad lil place. It's close to my office. Jeanie is very sweet! She knows me by name and always knows what I want to order. Prices are not bad and neither are their sandwiches. I love their coffee and their house special sandwich. She also makes some killer smoothies. The fries are great too. I love the spicy turkey wrap as well. Seating is tight so I usually get it to go. They have a wide variety of drinks in a giant self serve refrigerator. This place also delivers locally and fast! I also love their breakfast. My favorite is the egg white veggie omelet. Every once in a while I treat myself to their delicious French toast. They also serve some killer breakfast burritos. I like to get the sourdough with my breakfast. There is a good chance I'm addicted to their food. Thanks a lot Jeanie for the excellent customer service! read more

Great hidden gem!! Came for a quick snack to go. When I was leaving the bag ripped open and my French fries fell out. The guy behind the counter ran out and immediately apologized and said he would bring me a new fry!! It was nice to see him go above and beyond for his costumers. read more

This is a great little mom and pops deli. Very convenient location in a business plaza, serving a variety of food. From burgers to sushi. The house sandwich is very good! Got it delivered to my work and paid about 12 dollars with tip included for the sandwich and a side of fries. They are very friendly. Tiny in size but a light load on the wallet, not a bad place for lunch. Over the course of 3 days I had the french dip twice and the teriyaki plate. All generous portions and with a drink you can get outta this joint for under 10 bucks. Caters to the local working stiffs. Good eats! read more

I was trying to place a order over the phone and the lady asked if I could hold I said sure she totally forgot about me had me waiting for 8 minutes. Then I tried calling back and the line is busy like she still hasn't looked at her phone. Terrible customer service. Had a couple of things here that were pretty good and well priced. Had the California roll and miso soup combo first time, iced coffee on the side. Cali roll was a good portion and tasted good, miso soup was just salty enough. Very good. Had the egg, cheese, potato, salsa breakfast burrito today. Eggs were nice and fluffy, potatoes were tasty and didn't take up most of the burrito. Not too much cheese and salsa, but it was still good for $4.
