They properly power washed the surface before applying the paint, and the difference is incredible. I can genuinely feel about a 15-degree reduction in heat, just as promised. Our sunroom is now significantly cooler--even to the touch on the underside of the metal roof. We were so impressed that we had them extend the coating to our outdoor patio roof as well, which has also made a noticeable difference in temperature. I really appreciated that Zack was willing to accommodate my request to use a specialized UV reflective coating (commonly used on RVs), instead of pushing standard industrial paint like others had suggested. I'm so glad I stuck with this product--it truly works! We also had several decorative columns that were cut open from the bottom and needed to be reconstructed and blended back into the original structure. Because so much of the work involved connecting new materials to existing drywall and columns, I was very concerned that the seams, texture, or paint color would be noticeable after the repairs were completed. Erick and his team took on this project at a very reasonable price, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Everyone on the team was professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. They completed the work in a timely manner and paid great attention to detail. Most importantly, the finished work looks seamless. You cannot tell where the repairs were made--the drywall, texture, paint, and decorative columns all blend perfectly with the original construction. The craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. Diaz Painting, led by Roman and his incredible team, exceeded our expectations in every possible way. From the initial estimate and timely scheduling to the completion of the entire 2-week project, their professionalism, craftsmanship, and pride in their work were evident every step of the way. They completed extensive exterior restoration work on our home, including structural repairs, window and siding repair work on our garage, re-stucco and weatherproofing of all perimeter walls, restoration of an antique basement door, replacement of door hardware, and meticulous prep work consisting of sanding, priming, and applying three coats of premium satin exterior paint. The transformation is absolutely stunning. In addition, they handled interior projects including re-plastering and painting our master bedroom ceiling, along with fireplace brick repair and painting -- all completed with exceptional attention to detail. I have hired four painting contractors in the 27 years of owning my home and Diaz Painting was by far the best!! I was referred to them by a friend and couldn't be happier with their work. I have a very complicated and tall outdoor pergola structure that needs routine maintenance; several painters have declined to work on it because of the height and complexity.
