What a horrible experience I just had with Dibella's. I ordered on the app like normal and went in to get my subs expecting the normal experience that brings me back. Well, I'll tell ya that didn't happen. First I waited 40 minutes and get this, my order was ready and just sitting there for 20 minutes. I went up again and asked if my order was ready and the kid behind the counter just grabbed my order that before I was told was not ready when he looked right at it before. I asked why, why didn't he give it to me before. He said and I quote " oh this happens, they are supposed to let me know to call your name" but he looked right at my complete order 20 minutes earlier???? What how and why? My order was filled and just sat there. 40 tooting fruiting minutes I waited and didn't have to. I didn't even get an apology, just " uh, it happens" then the topping on the catastrophic cake is that two of the three subs were made incorrectly. What a train wreck this experience was. Why did this happen? My order was not that hard to make and realizing the order is complete should be handled differently since the person in charge of handing them out can't read the ticket and see it is full or use common sense when the bag is full. No weekly sub orders from this household anymore. read more

I remember going here over a year ago and I thought it was really good! It was back when we still ate meat, and my hubby and I were both really into the Godfather Sub with loads of spicy seasoned Italian animal flesh. But I just had my second experience there and it wasn't so hot. Hubby and I each had a tuna sub on multigrain bread (we are still eating the occasional fish). The tuna was pretty bland; we salt & peppered it which helped some. And the bread was super hard and not flavorful. :( So averaging the first awesome experience with the recent not-so-awesome experience brings them to a 3 star average. We will still go back but probably add a bunch more veggies and try another bread. read more

I recently became a customer of DiBella's in Perinton and am very happy with the quality of their subs and online ordering. The subs we've had taste fresh, the bread is excellent and it's very good value. And I'm impressed with their online ordering system which allows you to choose the time you'll pick up your order and then let them know when you're on your way and have arrived. And a store employee was waiting with our order out by the curb when we arrived. Great all around experience! read more

The idea of an "old fashioned" sub sounds a bit wonky to me. I mean, doesn't that just mean that you can make it at home? Bread, deli meat, cheese, some veggies, mayonnaise, and dressing - how hard is that? To be honest, i can't figure out the allure of this place, but their subs are damn good. I got the Godfather grilled, which includes multigrain bread, salami, spicy ham, and capicola, with mayonnaise, dressing, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onions, and pickles. IT WAS SO GOOD. Maybe they put something in the mayonnaise or the dressing, but it made me come back and eat the same thing again. I heard the place used to be inside wegman's and then it became its own identity, and now it's splattered across rochester area. GOOD, because their subs are delicious. read more

We order from DiBella's for our office routinely. The subs are always fresh and taste great! Deliveries are always on time as well, and the staff is so friendly and accommodating! It is so easy to order and we haven't had a single issue! We will continue to use DiBella's!! read more

The logistics to order a sandwich is quite messy. They have good service and good food, but if you´re new to this restaurant, it will definitely take you a bit of time to figure out how it works. Employees are very kind and servicial, it´s the facility logistic (Menu, order area, etc.) that makes it a bit complicated. If you´re on the road and looking for a quick meal, this may not be a good one. read more

Old fashioned subs made to order. The bread is awesome and they have pretty much anything you could think of to put on it. I usually get The Godfather (basically an Italian sub). If eating in, I get it grilled - which knocks this sandwich to a whole new level. If I'm taking home - I don't get it grilled. The bread ends up getting soggy if you try. read more

Always great service. I came in with a confusing sub order and Annalise handled it great. I needed to split two large subs into four different subs with various toppings. She was helpful and patient even during the busy time of business it was. I greatly appreciated her great service. Every time I come to this location I am happy with the service and meal. Was at your business on Thursday afternoon around 4:30.ordered a Italian assorted sub along with a antipasto salad. I had to tell the young man who waited on 4 times what I wanted before he finally was able to make my sub. When I got home my medium sub had 3 very thinly sliced tomatos and 4measly pieces on onion. I am deeply disappointed with your shop.I've eaten at your Henrietta location and always received excellent service and quality.Too bad I cannot same the same about your location. read more
