I ordered three subs from this store on an extremely busy night after they had paused doordash orders and had just turned them back on. When my order was dropped off to me there were three business card type things in the bag and I thought they were just advertisements so I tossed them aside. As we sat down to eat, we noticed that what we had weren't subs, they were actually wraps but we shrugged it off because we knew the store had been busy and the wraps were just as enjoyable as a sub. Later on, I took a closer look at the "business cards" and saw that they were actually coupons for free subs with no purchase necessary. Three of them. Instead of canceling my order because they ran out of bread or because they were so busy, they made our sandwiches on wraps and then comped the entire meal BEFORE there was any opportunity for potential confrontation from any upset customers. STOP SERVING HOT SUBS WITH STALE ROLLS. Trying to eat one of these while it's crumbling in your hands sucks...if this is a real policy, CHANGE IT! There's literally never more than 2 people on the floor at once, it's taken at LEAST 30 minutes for them to make my sub every single time I've gone here. We have good experiences at this location almost every time we go. The staff is relatively stable and they mostly work well together. Occasionally they are buried in mobile and delivery orders but usually there is no line or a very short line. Favorites for us are the #6 (the roast beef is baked on-stie and is very good) and the hot subs have all been great too. read more

So, it was a fundraiser night for Victor schools and there was a very long line. Only two employees working and they were definitely stressed trying to keep up. I just want to shout out GM Joe Pollock as he was working extremely fast and was very kind and attentive to all of the customers. Ok.. I found this place back in 2011 when we lived in Columbus, OH and checked them out. I liked them but after we moved out of the state/area oh well. So when we go visit family in the suburban Pittsburg,PA we go check it out. It's a treat as it's not anywhere around here. Now here's the deal.. they do have GF bread so.. they have White, Wheat and Rosemary Bread. They don't do any toasting, but they do Cheese Steaks.. whatever. Now they have different meats and cheeses that they slice in front of you, but toppings wise it's slim. Mayo/Tomato/Lettuce/White Onion/Banana Peppers/Bread and Butter Pickles. If you are looking for black olives or other stuff it's not happening. They have hot pepper spread (hogie spread), seasoning and oil and vinegar. The sandwiches are not bad, ours were stuffed full of stuff, but.. it's the price point. For two regular sized subs with no drink or chips it's like $20... it's not crazy but it's a little annoying. If you order a big ole sandwich its a better way to go. I can get a large at Wegmans for $12 or so Now you can get a meal deal but to be frank it could be over $30 for subs, chips and drinks for two people. I've tried just about every sandwich on the menu and I like them, but for me this place is an every so often thing and it's in Victor and we live in the city. So we were in the area and got our subs to go. This location was nice and staff was friendly and pleasant. It's not very big inside they have a little bit of seating inside. If you have never had them go, try them it's good stuff but I think for some the price point might be a sticking point. It really, really, really pains me to write this review because Jersey Mike's is our "Go-To" place for Subs. But I sit here this morning waiting for a credit on an order I placed last night. But wait, I get ahead of myself. Here's the story: Last night I walked into the Victor Jersey Mike's location. They weren't too crowded. Only two people ahead of me, and a couple people waiting for their internet orders. I ordered; "A Regular #3 on white, and a Giant #66 on Rosemary." These were my exact words. I know because I do it at lease once/month. Everything's going well, or I thought it was. The # 3 was Mike's way, and was done first. When they went to cut it in half, I noticed it had a Rosemary Parm bread. I mentioned the mistake, and they quickly corrected it. Unfortunately, I was not able to verify the bread used for the #66 and it comes wrapped from the griddle area. (This will be important later). I went to check out and the guy behind the register said $31.83. This made perfect sense because on-line the cost came to $30.32. So zipped my card, and turned down the offer for a receipt. When they brought the #66 up, I noticed it was only a Regular. I brought that to their attention. They offered to me another regular, but turned it down as I did want the first one to cold. When I got to my car, I realized (or at lease I thought I realized), I was charged for a giant. So I went back in and requested a receipt. What I was charged for made no sense. On the receipt was a #13 ($3-$4 more than the #3), a Regular #66, and a "16 oz CPR JAR" costing $5.95. Half the workers there said they did not know was a CPR JAR was, and how to ring it up. Again, the worker who rung me up said he would process a refund. The correct amount with tip should have been $21.74. So I almost left $10+ on the table. THIS IS A REMINDER: Get a receipt, check it twice, see if the workers have been naughty or nice. Unfortunately, it will be a while before we return back to Victor's Jersey Mikes. Like I said, they are our "Go-To" sub place. Oh, I almost for, when I got home and unwrapped the #66, it was on PLAIN bread. I felt I was 'Trapped In the Drive-Thru" as Weird Al would say. Our daughter got us Jersey Mikes to sustain us while we babysat and it was a tasty meal. Yes, both the roll and meats were nice and fresh. The balance of bread vs fixin's was good and nicely seasoned without being salty. There's no JM YET in our area, but I'm sure there will be soon. read more

Great friendly staff Manager went out of his way to help my wife and I . Answered all our questions . We split a #17 cheesesteak. Beware Giant equals a full sub and a regular sub is half a sub. Therefore while tasty . We would choose a wegmans sub next time $20 for a full sub and drink was on the high side for the quantity and quality. read more

I am not sure what it is that I like about Jersey Mikes. Maybe it is the fact that up until now I only every had it when I was on vacation or traveling. This might have clouded my judgement and provided that fourth star. I got the #2 Jersey Shore's Favorite Provolone, ham and Capicola done Mikes way. For those that don't know Mike's Way with onions, lettuce, tomatoes, olive oil blend, red wine vinegar and spices. The best part of the sub is that the meat hasn't been sliced 3 days earlier but sliced fresh for your selection. I don't think anyplace offers freshly sliced meat. Is the sandwich better than others in Rochester probably not. The prices seem to be similar but the portions could be a bit bigger. My wife loves her mini as not many other places offer a mini. Nice place if I am in the area. read more

Jersey Mike's opened a new fast food franchise location featuring sub sandwiches in Victor. The location is bright and clean, but very small. There was a lot of friendly staff behind the counter, and the line moved quickly. It's worth a try. read more

Visited the Victor, NY location. Worst experience ever! Ordered 2 subs. It took 20 minutes to incorrectly make the first one. The 2nd one was never made. After watching over 20 customers receive service and leave. I asked the employees for a second time. Where is our order? Total incompetence. The sub was never made. One of the subs was not cut in half after repeatedly asking for it to be cut. The sub that was incorrectly made, was remade on the same soggy roll. At no time did any employees ever apologize for this poor experience. My immediate recommendation is to hire an adult to oversee this process. read more

I love Jersey Mike's! Pleasant experience at the Victor location. I got a 'giant' sized cheesesteak and it was delicious. Line was a bit long so had to wait, but that's fine for such a great sub. Employees were very sweet! I wish the store itself was a bit bigger. It follows the current trend of small stores to encourage you in and out fast as possible. Decided to try it out because it recently opened in Webster. I had the tuna sub and my friend had the roast beef sub. For a regular sub, they were very small. The meat was fresh but very little of it. Both subs were maybe one half of a inch high. Also they didn't have curbside service. Save your money and go to Dibella's subs or Wegmans. Better food, bigger subs, comparable price. read more

Stopped at the Victor location a few Saturdays ago. I had never been to a Jersey Mikes before. Got the mini sub which is the perfect size. It was delicious. The guys working behind the counter were awesome! Always moving, taking orders and answering people's questions. They were so nice and hardworking. Will definitely be back! read more

The #13 original Italian is my go to sub when I'm on the road and need something to keep me going, I've been to many JM's locations and every one of them has been different though they shouldn't be. This location had a friendly staff though a little frustrated at the meat slicer that had been finicky for days, slicing from paper thin to ok on each pass this worked well for me as I know my sub had more meat than usual. Unfortunately other than the extra meat my sandwich was without much flavor, the oil and vinegar w/seasoning was on the bland side as were the added banana peppers and onions, so ok sandwich that did the job but not the goodness I had come to expect out of these guys. read more

There's not much to say about the place. They're an established chain for great quality subs. My only issue is with the prices being high for what you're getting, compared to other sub places nearby (Amiels, subway). I think that the taste, friendly staff, and everything would equal up to more of a 4.5 stars, only due to the price being the only setback. Definitely recommend giving it a try! read more
