Ordered on the app, and our order was wrong. Called to have a new sub made and because it was close to closing I was offered a refund and had to request a replacement sub. Upon arrival was met at the door by an employee who was very pleasant. Thanked her & asked to speak to the manager about another sub we ordered and to show him for the price there was hardly any meat on the steak sub. Evan the manager came to the door with an attitude. Said sorry we're closed. Would not make eye contact was very curt. He offered to Venmo me $20.00 for the sub and I said I am not asking for anything free just for you to see the quality walking out your door for the price. He said I will talk to my grill person but many people have complained about the amount of meat in the sub but that's a corporate thing. Ok then why not say that from the start and drop the attitude. The staff needs to take a little more time and care in the presentation of the sub they are preparing. The build your own sub we ordered looked like it was just thrown together. Evan the manager needs a lesson or two in customer service. Very arrogant and disrespectful. Received a coupon page in the mail for the sub shop. The coupon was buy one get one free of any size sub of equal value. I purchased two large standard subs, both being turkey and when I arrived, I gave the coupon. The cashier took the coupon, scanned it, and still charged me $20. I said but I have a coupon? She said yes that is with the coupon. Since when does a large sub in a small drink cost $20? These prices are outrageous. The sub was OK but it definitely was not great I could go around the corner to Wegmans food markets, and get us sub with a lot more meat on it That tastes much better than the quality that the DiBella's has. Perhaps this is the reason they are sending out coupons is because they are losing business and if that is the reason I can see why. I remember when you could buy a large sub for eight or possibly even nine dollars. This is crazy. If you want a better sub go to Wegmans food markets, any of them and go to the sub shop inside much better subs allot less money. read more

You could start by listening to your customers on what they ask for over the phone orders and or in person for what is asked for. When I say heavy Mayo I don't want a skimpy half of a sub barely touched in Mayo. This is EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO HERE NO MATTER THE LOCATION. Can we say chaos. It was lunch time and they are pretty understaffed. This weekend was a free kids meal as long as they were in costume. What an amazing deal. They told us it was a 15 minute wait, one person taking everyone's orders and four people making subs. even for a kids ham sub and a medium ham sub, it took twenty five minutes This seemed to be because they did each order in line, so our order wasn't completed until the hot sub people in front of us were done. When I went up to the counter there was an employee taking an order for a couple and TWO employees just standing there talking, one asked me what my name was and I said I wanted to order and she told me to go back to where the people were ordering. DiBella's makes some of the best subs around! They have the line down to a science, the ingredients are fantastic and the service is great! I found this particular location to be a little less appealing than it's East Henrietta rd counterpart (the only other location I have to compare to), it's a little darker in the dinning area and the booths needed to be wiped down. But the food is still amazing, and I will gladly drive out of my way to have DiBella's when I am in Rochester because honestly, VA has NOTHING like this at home. read more

I went in here last month and wasn't greeted at all. I had to get the young woman's attention to order a sub. Then, when I ordered the Large Turkey Club sub on sesame, she seemed a bit clueless on how to make it. Even when checking out she asked me what size the sub was (the one she just made). Getting it back home I noticed it didn't have any oil on it and very little turkey on the edges, making it very dry. She also never asked me whether I was a member of the sub club, which I am. I contacted HQ several times and asked the GM to email me about the incident, but they totally ignored me. Not nice. read more

Their subs are the best! A hot turkey sub, melted provolone, all the veggies you want and everything bread! ?!? I'm drooling just thinking of it. They really know how to make a fresh sub. They make their bread daily so you're never sick with stale bread. Although I think they are a bit pricey. For two of us to eat two hot sub combos (includes chips and a drink) is 26 dollars and change. They also don't give law enforcement discounts. I believe anyone who has served our country or who is serving our state should get discounted food. But these two things won't stop me from going there. You can also substitute your chips for a cookie:-) but I need chips with my sub and they have a nice variety to choose from. The folks there went above and beyond! Our order contained special requests for each sub (they got them all correct) and we asked if they could please deliver the subs at 6:15pm. The subs arrived at 6:14!!! LOL...the driver was kind, clean shaven, very professional. The subs were AMAZING! The fresh bread, loaded with just the right amount of ingredients, just like what you would make at home. To be honest, the best part of the sub was the roll, OMG it was the best roll I've had in a long time! lol The chicken and buffalo chicken sauce were ok, price was ok, and delivery was right on time. I got a tuna which was very good and a large meatball which I had to throw most of it away most of the meatballs were burnt and so hard I couldn't bite into them I know it was close to closing but they could have told me what was left and I could have ordered something else read more
