For the repair of an Everlane pair of leather boots I purchased in 2021, it was $60 for the replacement of the heel and the replacement of the sole (it was so torn up) with a waterproof new sole. I was expecting the sole to look better but not perfect, and for the waterproof sole to look rubbery or more bulky, which I was totally okay with. Instead, the shoes came back looking STUNNING. Not only did the entire shoe look brand new (he shined and cleaned them for me, even though that was not technically included in what I paid for), but the soles were so fancy! The waterproof sole was so well done, it fit in with the look of the shoe so well, and they have been working perfectly (sturdy and in fact, waterproof). I also brought with me a pair of knee high boots that I thrifted-- the soles were entirely ripped off and the bottom of the shoes looked like an absolute mess. He replaced the soles and they looked perfect and I've been wearing them non-stop! Overall, I am really pleased with service, and the shop owner was really friendly and helpful as well.
