I recently ordered from Lexington and had multiple aspects of my experience go south. Only to be told, "have grace" for THEIR mishaps. No attempt to make the customer "whole" or repair the damage. It was suggested by a friend that I should speak to the owner. However it was the owner who provided the poor customer service. I told all of my coworkers to go support this business and now I have to backtrack and tell them otherwise.
