I WATCHED YOU upsize amounts for the nice white couple before us, however you downsized portions for and up charged my black family. My family decided to visit Dickies in my hometown CORSICANA where I grew up. We ordered three sandwich combos (mini buns and mini chicken) and a loaded baker for a total of $52.48. I didn't mind paying the price. The point is As a paying customer, I felt both frustrated and upset to find that we were charged for every pickle, sauce, cheese, etc. Moreover, the staff member measured the meat twice on the scale, which felt like an attempt to shortchange me. Charged me for three brisket combos when I only at 12.99 & two chicken combos. He claimed that if he didn't measure, he would incur a loss. However, when he overcharges customers, it is the establishment that ultimately suffers. CHECK YOUR RECEIPT s Oh and don't think I allowed my grandson to eat the mustard you went to the back to get. I didn't trust you

This Dickey's did such a great job on a big catering for me! We thought it was for 75 people and then had to add another 50 people a couple days before the event. Full service catering was professional and made such a great impression at the event. Definitely recommend them for your next catering!

Great location in Corsicana with a drive through lane. Brisket made daily, quality ingredients, attention to service, and devotion to Legit Texas Barbecue. Plenty of bakers for sale and Big Yellow Cups!

Brisket and pulled pork, all great. I had to stop myself from eating all of the brisket so I could take the picture (sorry).

It is good food and $13.75 is not bad for a 3 meat meal. I had the brisket (2x l love brisket) and the pulled pork. The brisket was cut when we ordered and the pulled pork was in a bag. It had been pulled earlier and instead of letting it dry out, they stored it so it wouldn't. It was just as tasty as the brisket. My wife also had the honey ham and the spicy cheddar sausage. She liked them all and would go to Dickey's again. We both had the baked potato casserole (very good), I had the original potato salad (which was very tasty and had a unique texture). My wife also had the jalapeño beans and just wished they were more spicy.

Food is good, service is so so, and priced a tad high. Will go back just not very often.

There's a small building which houses the kitchen and where you place your order. The menu is written on several chalkboards. There's a larger metal barn with wooden picnic tables where you can eat, very Texas. It's a bare-bones choke-and-puke in an open field between Mildred and Corsicana where the family can eat if Mama don't feel like cookin', or if you want to grab some grub when driving between Palestine (or Beaumont) and I-45. The menu is surprisingly large. Sandwiches, burgers (including build your own), fish, a kid's menu, and sides that go far beyond fries (includes onion rings, coleslaw, chili). Cokes are in 32oz styrofoam glasses. They sell quarter-pound burgers, and you can pay extra to put another patty on it. That's what I did for my Christmas present (I buy myself a cheeseburger for Christmas). I ate it a few days later, so it wasn't as fresh as it could have been. But it was *big,* well cooked, and just the right amount of condiments. If I ate it on the premises, I think it would have tasted muy bueno. Tucker Town is worth the drive off the freeway, and it's much better than those franchised fast food joints. The Tuckers would love you to give them the business. And happy new year.

I was genuinely hoping to have a great experience and leave a positive review, but unfortunately, that was not the case. The chicken wings were overcooked, dry, tough, and lacked seasoning. The catfish appeared to be poor quality, with a fishy taste and more fatty pieces than actual fish. The fries were dry, overcooked, and not served hot. The coleslaw looked watery and mushy, so I chose not to eat it. Even the slice of bread included with the meal was hard and stale. I also tried the egg rolls, but for the price, I did not feel they were worth it and found them lacking in flavor. Overall, the food seemed overly greasy, and the grease itself tasted old, which affected the taste of everything. Considering the quality of the food, I do not feel the meal was worth the $40 price tag. I always try to support Black-owned businesses and truly wanted to enjoy this experience, but based on the food and value received, I would not return. I hope this feedback is taken as constructive criticism and used to improve the overall quality and consistency of the food.
