Food's good. ​Employees are bad. Never seen such a miserable, disgruntled group of workers. Ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 sides, 2 drinks. Total comes out 8 dollars more than menu showed (including tax). If I could give them zero stars I would. As soon as I walked in I noticed they had an attitude and the worker whispered something to the so called "owner". I went in to pick up an app order which should have took 5 mins, it took me about 45 min. They were very rude and upset that I had used the promo code that was emailed to me by the company. They also accused me of using multiple "fake" accounts. The promo stated one per transaction and had two orders to pick up one for myself and one for my grandma. Delightful place for a quick bite with family. The bbq isn't sauced which is great cause you get to choose your own bbq sauce. I'd recommend there spicy bbq sauce. We got the picnic pack which was for 4 people and still had left overs. Mind you I don't eat a ton and neither does fam bam. Got the pulled pork and brisket which were good, not overly dry. The spare ribs were ok, I'd try the jalapeño kielbasa next time instead. Free soft serve and free for kids to eat on Sunday! We have been coming here for years. The staff is incredible. The food is incredible. So good in fact we have had them cater my sons birthday party and first communion celebration. Every time we have ordered dinner and both times we catered it has been mind blowing good. Every protein choice has been super tender and flavorful. The green beans remind me and my mom of my great nana's homemade recipe. The creamed spinach (which has been discontinued temporarily I hope!) is the only veggie my young son would eat voluntarily lol once I called it leprechaun pudding he was sold! The jalapeño beans are so addicting. There are two main employees that are literally always there it doesn't matter what day or what time I come I've joked with them if they ever get a day off! Despite how hard they work and how often they are there, they have always been so hard working and so hospitable and the main reason why me and my family keep coming back. Good food is one thing. As I'm standing there, her and the cashier are only talking about getting off in 5 min and how they are not sure who was coming in to cover, but that they did not care. When I was finally helped, I ordered a two meat plate with Brisket and Ribs. I was never asked if I wanted sliced or chopped brisket, so I got chopped. The amount given was decent, if the whole thing wasn't just fat and arteries. I then ordered a side of Mac and Cheese which was ok but that and everything else wasn't hot at all! Not even a bit warm. I've came by once before, but thought it was on the pricier side. I came back because there's currently the 2 for $22 special. You're saving about $4 with this deal. It includes two meat choices and two side choices with a biscuit. The food was good except for the biscuit it was dry. The meat was soft and the sauce makes it juicy. I was offered a sausage for an extra $1.50. The sausage was good and spicy. I also got two drinks. My total came out to about $32 dollars. I still think it's a little pricey. It would have been $36 if it weren't for the current deal. I did get a good amount of food and I did have left overs. There's also an ice cream machine that has vanilla low-fat ice cream and that's free. I might come back again if I have a little extra money to spend and I'm craving some bbq. read more

Pros: (everything but the main thing your here for) -Portions are pretty good -The soda fountain is very carbonated and fresh! Well at least this location. Love the tiny ice cubes they use too. Don't see a bbq pit in site and the taste of the bbq confirms it. Nothing smoky tasting at all. Bbq wasn't bad but just descent. Nothing to rave about. We got the pulled pork and chicken (for the non red meat eater in the group). Pork was more like baked or reheated then smoky bbq. Chicken was not too dry but meh. Bbq sauces were not bad. Overall, the side dishes weren't bad at least and the bread was very fluffy. Got the green beans, mac n cheese and creamed spinach. But when ppl go to bbq places they expect good bbq not the sides and everything else. We've tried Dickey's twice, and neither time was really excited with our food. The turkey looked dried out both times, but only the second time was that actually true. The brisket has been dry both times. The cole slaw is actually quite good and so are each of their bread sides. We got the green beans the first time and they were really mushy. Honest review. This franchise has issues in so many ways. I truly was hoping it would be worthwhile. Whomever the owner spending money is, needs to rethink customer service. This franchise hires people that should never work in the food industry. Rude, lacking smiles and personalities of any kind. Wait times are ridiculous at best. The food is the only reason I'm not going 1 star. Brisket is smoked perfect and tender. Sides are just about average, like anywhere else around town. I've personally visited other Dickey's BBQ spots and they are far superior. I honestly think people prefer there ice machine over anything else. This location will probably be bankrupt within a year and not because of the pandemic but because of absentee ownership and horrible service experience. Walk in and feel depressed immediately. If someone opens BBQ location within a mile or 2 this franchise will fold. Get your business together to avoid court proceedings. read more

I ordered from Uber Eats and my Brisket Sandwich arrived promptly. When I received it I was immediately disappointed in the small portion of fries. They were however very tasty and loosely wrapped so they weren't all steamed up. I also ordered a sliced brisket sandwich the portion was average to below average but the 1meat itself was extremely dry. My main motivation for this review is the lack of friendliness, warmth and overall "good old fashioned customer service." Every time I come to this particular Dickeys, the manager seems to be having a bad day and the staff are emotionless and dull. There's just no energy. And I'll echo the other reviewers that have cited the manager as being very nit picky over the complimentary items: the sauce, ice cream cones, utensils and food portions. The food is not bad here, and the portions are okay. What is not okay is how the manager seems to nitpick every sauce cup, onion, pickle, ketchup, to the point of nonsense. I said sure, a few seconds later the older manager walks over and whispers something to the worker, and he looks up and nods. I get my sandwiches home, and find no pickle or onion in them. Service : 10/10 - the worker who took our order was extremely helpful and patient considering it was our first time. I had my dog with me and he gave us a free dog patty with our meal. I think this establishment has potential, but I I'm not motivated to return. I ordered sides online. The staff in the building were not rude per se, but not friendly either. The order wasn't ready and it definitely wasn't busy. Staff came out of the back to fry the okra after I told them my name and they looked at my ticket. I didn't mind, because at least it was cooked fresh. I got the fried okra and the loaded mashed potatoes, and both were three star side dishes. Maybe the okra was 3.5*.
