As much as I loved Dickey's, I can't get behind this one. Walked in around 6pm on a Saturday night with both employees sitting at a table watching the basketball game on TV. When I walked in, they looked annoyed that they would have to do their jobs. I got the three meat plate, and all three meats were cold as all can be. The brisket was very tough with not much flavor, the sausage was cut in huge chunks, and the pulled pork was not very "pulled." When getting the bbq sauces, all three of the kids were wide open, thus who knows what food / other particles were hanging out in there. Other simple things such as three sodas did not have syrup in them, there were no napkins in any of the holders, and again it just seemed the restaurant was in total chaos. What was good? The Mac and cheese and baked beans did have good flavor, but that's about it. I won't be coming back to this location. read more

This place was absolutely disgusting , super disappointed. For the price I paid I would expect a fresh hot meal not food just kept in warmers all day. My food was disgusting, dry , and cold. One of the guys working seem to have an attitude and acted as if he was bothered by customers coming in. Never again will I be returning to a Dickey's because of this experience. Extremely disappointed as a first and last time customer. Do not tell them that you have a Groupon certificate until after you have ordered and it's time to pay for your food. Went there on Thursday, 30 April had a $100 certificate from Groupon. I wanted to make sure that it was redeemable before I placed my order. I showed the man behind the counter. At first he seemed like he didn't know what universe he was in and then he agreed that I could use it. Everything I was given from the completely burnt pieces of brisket. To the ice cold bread that was taken out of the refrigerator and never heated. To the fact that I had to ask for a barbecue sauce to go and ask for a plate plates and utensils. The experience was horrible. The only thing that I liked was the loaded mashed potatoes and the potato salad and I assume the reason for that is cause that it was premade and I wasn't intentionally given horrible portions of food because I use the Groupon coupon. read more

Sadly, my advice is simply: avoid this place!! It's disappointing for me to say this because I have previously enjoyed other locations (specifically the Fontana one), but unfortunately, after 9 months since my last visit, the quality at this establishment has only deteriorated. The food was subpar, with old and dry Mac n cheese and hard baked beans. The brisket was extremely fatty and the soda machine was completely out of order. In addition, it appeared that this place was STILL in dire need of a deep cleaning. The condiment area still looked a hot mess and it wasn't clear how long the bbq sauces had been sitting in that condition. I should have done this today before my S.O and I decided on Dickey's, but we just made the decision on the fly. We came in an hour before closing, and we decided to order a three meat plate and a rib combo. We spent approximately 40 dollars on our meals to share, and were very excited to go home and devour what we thought would be tasty bbq. Upon arriving home and opening our to-go boxes, we stumbled across the horror of very dry meat . We tried staying optimistic and thought that maybe the food would speak for itself, but then again we were proven wrong. I used to really like Dickey's but after my last visit I see why I don't really go anymore, the quality of food continues to get worse as the years go on. I ordered a brisket sandwich and brisket waffle fries. I'm still chewing on the brisket at this point it was so tough, so bland in taste and rubbery to eat. The fries in brisket fries that I thought were supposed to be waffle fries, were just regular fries that were smushy and cold. Food isn't what I expected if you're coming here expecting a Texas bbq experience it isn't. The price is good I guess for some of the items the only great about this spot is only the specials they have everyday they have specials kids eat free on Sundays. Brisket was pretty bland no flavor , the nuggets for kids that a no for sure not good at all my kids didn't eat them. Don't come here. The fountain machine has several options that are not working, the others are low in syrup or low in carbonation. The food quality non existent. I hardly leave bad reviews but I need to. I've tried the eastvale location quite a few times. This particular time was absolutely horrible. I wouldn't even feed my dog the food I got. I placed an online order 2 hours before my desired pickup, and arrived to them saying are out of what I wanted (turkey) then chicken. Okay it happens, so I just did 2 orders of chopped brisket. They said they wouldn't do chopped brisket, only sliced. I took pictures of the meat I received which was just all fat, and unedible. I paid $40 for fat. I am so sad I wasted my money after a long work day of just wanting to relax after work. The staff also sighed out loud everytime a customer walked in, us customers looked at eacher in disbelief.
