I posted a review on Yelp which appears to have "disappeared" - I wasted my money ordering from this restaurant with a very disappointing order that was delivered recently. The ribs were very tiny - nothing like those depicted online - the brisket tasted like it was three days old - dried out an flavorless. I did not get the garlic toast that was part of the order, but some kind of small dinner roll. For the second year in a row the dickeys brand disappoints. Placed a Valentine's Day order for the second year in a row and they fucked it up again. This time they closed real early. I placed the order on the app and it says it was ready but for pick up and I get here and it's closed a half an hour early. Honestly fuck dickeys as a whole the brand the owners of the franchises. I lived here for 15 years. I have never been here. I wanted Dickeys and gave it a shot. I ordered online. Husband picked up our food. It was pouring rain. The 2023 blizzard everyone was talking about. My husband came home and got to it! I was starving. I paid a good amount and ready to dig in. I ordered a baked potato. It was cold and the potato was hard like it was old. I had to stick it in my air fryer. I was disappointed. My husband ordered a Westerner Sandwich. That was cold.. We had to put it in the microwave. I don't live far from Dickeys. The food could not get cold that fast. There was no sauce. That got me upset. I had to get my own sauce I had in fridge. Husband said it would have been delicious if the food was not cold and dry (no sauce). I'm all about supporting our local business and did not want to write a bad review. I don't know what has happened to this place. It used to be a family favorite, but we haven't been in awhile. It definitely has gone downhill. The food was awful! The meat was dried and barely warm. The sides were cold and basically old. My salad had lettuce that wasn't fresh, some cheese and meat. They don't have the ice cream anymore which would have made the experience somewhat enjoyable. Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I have ever had at a Dickies. Ordered via GrubHub and spent a pretty penny for what should've been an amazing dinner. Was skipped on the chopped beef, not even 2 oz of beef and it was mostly fat. Everything was oversalted, majorly oversalted. My son also ordered sliced beef and got one small slice and an oz of chopped beef, mostly fat. Called the restaurant to complain but no one would answer phone. Got a partial refund from GrubHub but will never order from this restaurant ever again. For $25 a plate this should've been a killer dinner. Disappointed. read more

Before you go to this business, read all of the negative comments. They're all true. Be forewarned. I ordered a brisket sandwich on the Dickeys app for pickup. When I arrived at the store they handed me the bag without further comment. When I got home I was very surprised and disappointed. There was no sauce. The server never mentioned anything about helping myself to the condiments. Further, there were also no napkins in the bag. Normally, when ordering takeout, everything is supplied in the takeout bag. So it never occurred to me that I should ask. I live too far away to go back there for a little container of sauce, so I ate the sandwich without sauce. It was dry and didn't taste very good. Anyone who loves bbq knows the sauce is the most important part. I felt cheated, $12 for a small dry sandwich is way overpriced. I tried calling to find out if it was my mistake not to ask, so that if I decide to go back I will know that I should check for sauce and ask for it if it's not there. I called at least 10 times and no one answered the phone. From reading the reviews on this yelp, I can see that there are many problems with this store, and the problems appear to be systemic. It just is not managed well, and the employees do a lousy job. In conclusion, I'll never spend another penny in this store. They've lost a customer for good. read more

My family and I have been supporting this location since their opening. We come often. Our history makes this review frustrating to write. Today I ordered our family's usual order- 3 three meat plates and 5 kids meals. For every $10 you spend you get one kids meal free on Sundays. Today, we arrived at 1:30 for lunch and their menu still showed that promotion. I ordered my plates and kids items. When I went to pay, the cashier conveniently said "I'm sorry, I found out this morning that our manager said we don't do that anymore." When I pointed out the sign on the menu still advertising it, they said, I'm sorry, but as of this morning we don't do it anymore. At that moment, 3- 5 families came through the door and I asked, "how are they supposed to know? There isn't any signage showing it was canceled. There's nothing other than your menu showing that you still offer it." All the staff would say is "I'm sorry" and that they have new management. I spent nearly $50 extra dollars that I wouldn't have spent because I ordered food under the premise that they would honor the promotion they were advertising. I can understand if I went in there assuming the promotion was valid and they had stopped it (definitely their prerogative)- but when they are showing on their electronic menu that kids eat free on Sundays and a large family (which has supported this restaurant quite a bit since it's beginning) is swiftly denied the promotion, it stinks to high heaven. On top of that, the ice cream machine was gone (a big draw for my kids) and the lemonade was gone too. Conveniently, after we sat down to eat and after I asked about their lack of signage, a sign was put up at the entrance. The amount of families that eat here from a local soccer park is extensive. I cannot imagine no one complaining prior to our arrival about promotion cancelation. They had been open for at least 2.5 hours already. This was, needless to say, severely disappointing. read more

Not only is the food terrible and the portions tiny, they are fraudulent. I went there and ordered 2 plates and 2 drinks. I asked for a receipt and how much it was and they couldn't tell me. They said their machine isn't working and can't provide receipts. The next day I see they charged my card $87! What the hell? I had to contact my bank about this...I am not sure if employees are adding tips, but this was my experience. Just watch out and make sure you pay attention to how much they charge you. Even if they charged my fairly, I wouldn't return because of how bad the food is and how overpriced it is. read more
