My first time here. Don't be fooled by the ads it was such a dry brisket. I bought the $86 3 meat platter and I ordered chicken, brisket and turkey. When I walked into the establishment it smelled delicious and the cleanliness was great. The problem was I chose the turkey option online but when I arrived I was told they took off the option of choosing turkey. I won't be back again. read more

I posted a review on Yelp which appears to have "disappeared" - I wasted my money ordering from this restaurant with a very disappointing order that was delivered recently. The ribs were very tiny - nothing like those depicted online - the brisket tasted like it was three days old - dried out an flavorless. I did not get the garlic toast that was part of the order, but some kind of small dinner roll. I hope this review is not "removed" from yelp, beacuase no one else should be so disappointed in their food!!! read more

For the second year in a row the dickeys brand disappoints. Placed a Valentine's Day order for the second year in a row and they fucked it up again. This time they closed real early. I placed the order on the app and it says it was ready but for pick up and I get here and it's closed a half an hour early. Honestly fuck dickeys as a whole the brand the owners of the franchises. You guys are a let down Update: They immediately took the money from my account for the food that I never got. Call them the next day and it's past there opening and no one is here. The 2023 blizzard everyone was talking about. My husband came home and got to it! I was starving. I paid a good amount and ready to dig in. I ordered a baked potato. It was cold and the potato was hard like it was old. I had to stick it in my air fryer. I was disappointed. My husband ordered a Westerner Sandwich. That was cold.. We had to put it in the microwave. I don't live far from Dickeys. The food could not get cold that fast. There was no sauce. That got me upset. I had to get my own sauce I had in fridge. Husband said it would have been delicious if the food was not cold and dry (no sauce). I'm all about supporting our local business and did not want to write a bad review. My potatoes were like warm. I felt like everything I ordered was sitting forever and needed to be reheated. All in all, the food was not fresh. I felt bad for the 2 workers there. The sauce around them was charcoal. The sausage was powdery There were no forks and the sauce station was a mess I felt like I was robbed Without drastic changes, this store is sure to close. Came into eat with my parents, the place was very clean and they attended us quickly. The employee Mason was patient while we decided and even let us sample the brisket! Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I have ever had at a Dickies. Ordered via GrubHub and spent a pretty penny for what should've been an amazing dinner. Was skipped on the chopped beef, not even 2 oz of beef and it was mostly fat. Everything was oversalted, majorly oversalted. My son also ordered sliced beef and got one small slice and an oz of chopped beef, mostly fat. Called the restaurant to complain but no one would answer phone. Got a partial refund from GrubHub but will never order from this restaurant ever again. For $25 a plate this should've been a killer dinner. Disappointed. read more
