It's easy to miss this place because even though it's in a shopping plaza, it's off to the side away from all the other stores. At the same time, I think that's the reason why it was easy for me to find a shaded place to park under a tree right in front of the restaurant. The restaurant is clean, modern, and simple with huge windows and some word art. I saw touch screen kiosks at the counter and went to them first, but when my sister asked for a customizable plate that I couldn't find on the screen, I had an employee take our orders instead. I'm glad there was a vegetarian option, and that we could pick and choose sides and sauces. Even then when I picked up our tray, the cashier had given us a handful of other sauces to try. We also ordered the dragonfruit mango lemonade which tastes and looks as good as it sounds. If it was a refillable fountain drink, I would've gone back for more. If all you want is a quick and healthy meal, this is a good place to go. read more

So it's been a whole year since we ordered and we decided to give it a go again. We saw there was a promotion going on for Saturday and Sundays - you can get a free kids meal with a purchase of a full priced bowl. We ordered 2 steak bowls, one with spicy waba sauce and the other with boom boom sauce. Then we ordered a mini chicken bowl which was free. We placed the order on the Waba App and selected a time for pick up. The promo code was kidz was used since it was the weekend. Apparently you can use the promo code kids for Monday-Friday. Anyways, the ordering process was smooth on the app. During pick up, I checked in with the cashier and she told me that the order was being worked on, I waited for about 10 minutes while the food was being prepped. Mind you, I had selected a time for pick up and this was already 10-15 minutes after the selected time. But anyways, it wasn't a big deal since we were not in a rush, after the food was done being packaged, the cashier called my name and ensure that I had all that I needed: napkins, utensils, and sauces. When we got home and started to unpack the bag, we saw the disparity of meats between the two steak bowls. The only difference between the two bowls were the sauces. One was with the spicy waba sauce and the other, boom boom sauce. But look at the picture! Look at how little the meat that came with the boom boom sauce. I'm just baffled. I guess it was still a better experience than last year and while the food was still enjoyable, I wished the ratio of meat and rice would be corrected for customers. My toddler seemed to have enjoyed the chicken mini bowl though. I also appreciate the attentiveness of the cashier and ensuring that we had all we needed before stepping out of the restaurant. read more

Went in today sunday around 1:20 pm after taking a break from this location for the same issue the way the "lady with long brauds" is very stingy with food & trays...today I ordered a few things... I ordered myself some shrimp tacos & I was do disappointed about the Stinginess with the shrimp! Literally 1 tiny shrimp shredded into tiny chunks for the whole taco! At other waba locations I can see at least 4 whole shrimps per taco!! This is also the 3th time the "the lady with braids" I wish I knew her name...serves my 3 tacos into this tiny lil circle container instead of using the rectangle container like they do at other waba locations!! The time before she corrected the "middle eastern guy" very rudely just because he was packing my 3 tacos on those rectangle containers,she told him not to be "waisting" ,she needs to stop to be so "mindful " with the shrimps & meat!! read more

I hadn't been to Waba in a few months and decided to stop by today. There was one young lady at the counter who didn't greet us at all. No "Hello" or "Welcome." After waiting a bit, we decided to place our order at the kiosk ourselves. When she gave us our food there was no smile, no acknowledgment, and no "thank you." I understand working with the public can be challenging, but basic courtesy goes a long way. The worst service I've ever experienced in Waba Grill. By the manager Ladena. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. One of my kids accidentally grabbed the Waba Sauces that are for sale. When my husband went to return the bottle - she called from across the room that those are for sale. She was very rude and kept going back and forth with an attitude when my husband explained it was a mistake and my son didn't know. The other employee Matthew was shaking his head and mumbling stuff under is breath saying "Some People." When I asked for someone's information who was above her, the phone number didn't work. Then she got an attitude again saying there's a sign and you already ate you can leave very loudly. I don't know how she became a manager. Oh and now the email she provided is wrong too.
