I'm a retired cop and if I remember correctly, I first encountered Dick's Towing in 1971, and many times after that, but never for my own vehicle. I always found them professional and efficient. Yesterday evening, while towing a loaded 12' Enclosed trailer, my transmission gave up. I was on I-5 in the Everett area and I coasted off to the shoulder near Everett Mall Way. The shop that I count on was about 1/2 mile away on Everett Mall Way, but I needed to get the vehicle and trailer there. I called Dick's Towing and Dennis arrived a little later. By that time it was dark, windy and a little rainy. Dennis loaded the vehicle on the flatbed and hooked up the trailer to his rear hitch, and had me at the shop in no time. I was very impressed by his friendly manner, and his skill parking both the trailer and vehicle side by side in the lot, which had limited space. Wanted to review the service received 8/11/19 from a Michael Benoit (Truck #008, Driver #457. First off, Michael arrived earlier than the estimated ETA provided by AAA and it was immediately obvious he shared a genuine respect & concern for my 1961 Studebaker Hawk........and took GREAT care in loading & transporting the vehicle. He not only took caution in studying the exact connection points to attach to under the car, but he even wrapped his chains with protection to leave no trace of his attachments (and carefully avoided any risk of interfering with my expensive exhaust system. Not my first time being satisfied with Dick's service level---but I will DEFINITELY do what I can to request his personal professionalism the next time I'm in need to a transport. During the past few years, I have needed a "tow" for a number of reasons, on a number of different vehicles. Each and every time, Dick's Towing was prompt, courteous, and professional! The latest of these "tows" was on Tuesday, February 23, 2016. Skyler was on time, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about what this tow would require. The vehicle going for the "ride" on the haulback was a 50+ year old Classic convertible that sits rather low to the ground. Skyler looked the situation over, took charge, and flawlessly loaded the vehicle. In every respect, I have every confidence in Dick's Towing. I rarely leave a review but had such exceptional service today, Jimmy picked up my car very quickly, was very professional, and before he hooked up my car, did a diagnosis on it! Very knowledgeable and courteous. I was about a mile from my destination and was going to walk, but he gave me a ride (which saved me from walking through a very seedy part of town). He then headed off to take my 4Runner to the shop, and as he did, I realized I had left my coffee in the cab of the truck. I wrote it off and went inside, not knowing he had circled around to bring it to me! He called a few times and left a message that he had left it on my friend's truck bed, where I found it a few minutes later. Jimmy made a bad situation much easier to deal with. Thank you Jimmy. Dicks towed my car to the wrong dealership, I gave them a bad rating, since that time the drivers has been reprimanded, they have reached out to me numerous times, the driver came to my house and delivered a gift card and they have done everything to make things right, two days after this incident I had them tow another car I was having issues with, no problems with this tow, that being said I think it says way more about a company what they do after a mistake, Dicks stepped up and did everything they could to make things right, I really respect that, Even with the mistake I have used them numerous times, best tow company in the area, I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to hire the same guy who delivered my car to the wrong place, its was simply a mistake, we all make them! read more

My moms car broke down and she was extremely anxious and scared because of where she was. When the driver showed up not only did he do so quickly, but once he showed up not only was he friendly but he consoled my anxiety ridden elderly mother and i was so thankful for his service im not sure how it would have gone had our driver not been as compassionate as he was. His name was Robert Haskinns, previous to this i had had horrible experiences with not only Dicks Towing but other towing companies in Everett as well, which is why my mother was as anxious as she was. Two nights ina row, with 2 different cars my insurance tryed to send me another tow company that wasn't good, then they had to resend someone and low and be hold here comes Dutch to the rescue both times. The first time, he was a life saver, the second time just shows how much he cares about you as person. On the second call he said what are the chances of someone with the same name and the same type of car as the one he parked my first car next to in the area, so he knew exactly who it was and where the car was going. He called me immediately and said he was on the way so that I wouldn't stress anymore and he was there before the time I was told. Driver 424, truck 043 was flat out awesome, first time ever needing a tow and if everyone of your drivers is like him then I will have no problem what so ever using this company for the rest of my life and recommend them to everyone, the driver was friendly and very understanding, got my jeep to its location, backed it into a spot for me and handed me the keys, and even asked me if I needed anything else before he took off. Most people wouldn't ask I had to wait an hour for him to get there but they called me and informed me that he had a emergency police response, it was nice to know how much longer I had to wait than to leave me not knowing when or where he was. I would like to give credit to Robert H at Dicks Towing in Everett WA. Robert did a great job of quickly and efficiently loading my Mustang along side of I-5 and Ave 164 on April 6, 2018. Robert was courteous and friendly while working alongside the heavy and dangerous I-5 traffic lanes. He knew what to do and wasted no time loading my vehicle and safely transporting me to the Car Dealer in Mt Vernon in a timely manner. Robert was pleasant and a joy to catch a ride with him. My van broke down (battery/alternator). Travis showed up(just your voice was calming to me) he was super understanding and compassionate about my situation (that's hard to find these days). Quick response, accurate arrival time estimate, state of the art equipment, knowledgeable professionals, calming sincere affable demeanor... I had no roadside assistance, and was broken down in a desperate time sensitive situation... "Will it start?" less than 10 minutes we were on our way... Not only was there no towing charge but the battery was fine, apparently it was just a loose battery terminal connector. I was visiting and using a friends car. I could have been charged for a tow and whatever else some unknown shop might have charged me. Honesty, Integrity, and Community clearly matter to this business... My car battery was dead after I spent lunch listening to a podcast. The lights inside started flashing indicating each system shutting down and I was unable to roll up my window. I called AAA and Dick's Towing was out in 10 minutes. The older driver was training a new driver and explained everything to me they were doing. They jumped the battery and told me the battery was strong but something was draining it. Sure enough! It ended up at the Acura dealer for 6 weeks waiting for a module to be replaced. I use Dick's Towing for fleet towing when needed and they have always been fast and fair. 2 days ago I needed them on a personal tow to take my motorcycle to the dealer and it was a time critical issue as the dealer was closing soon and I had to get it there before that. I called and told them the situation and they sent Jerry to help me out. He was so cautious how to secure my bike and was a very nice guy. Beyond amazing service from Dicks towing especially from tow truck driver Micheal! He was extremely polite, professional and helpful! I was driving to work around 4am in the morning when an asphalt patch in the road gave way and landed the front of my car in 4 inches of mud and gavel. Not only did he pull my car out smoothly, but once he had positioned it safely on a side street, he took the time to inspect the undercarriage of my car to make sure their wasn't any serious damage like a damaged fuel line. My car shut off out of nowhere in the middle of a drive through. With others help to get it out I was able to move out of the way and send for a tow as I was unsure what was happening. I was told it was an hour wait. After 5 minutes I got the call and He was there less than 10 minutes later. He was very informative for me, as I know nothing about cars, and even humorous! Which helped ease my anxiety a bit. He loaded it up and took it home for me. The best part was him helping get it into my awkward parking spot due to it needing to be on a flatbed truck. Outstanding company.. they recovered my dump truck after it ended up in a ditch to avoid a rear end collision with a mini van.. They Responded with a 50. Ton rotoboom wrecker within 30 minutes of receiving the call.. lifted front half of my truck up and set it back. On the highway... Not even scratching the paint... Our 32 foot fifth wheel has a broken front landing gear (fortunately now being repaired) We needed to be lifted approx a foot to hitch to the truck After being stood up by another company-- a call to Dicks brought tony to our rescue / they told me an hour - he was there in half the time After an analysis of what needed to be done, using the blocks I carry as bracing - he lifted the trailer high enough so we could properly hitch Being over 3000 miles from home, it was a relief to have a reliable company and employee to help us out I recommend highly read more

I had a great experience with Dick's Towing. Ryan was great. The wheel of my loaded utility trailer broke off. AAA got Dick's Towing and Ryan was able to load the loaded trailer onto the tow truck and still save the trailer axle/wheel from further damage. It's fixable! Granted, sitting in the vehicle on the side of the road in the dark, the time seems like an eternity but Ryan showed up quickly, assessed the situation, and we were on the road in 20 minutes heading for a safe haven. When ever you need to have a tow, it's a bad day. We called Dick's and they dispatched a Fantastic guy named Chris. He went beyond trying to help in every way possible to get our car running before hooking it up for a tow. One of the nicest guys we could ask for. Very professional and personable. We had to get towed from Marysville to Lynnwood and the cost was very reasonable. We really appreciate all the effort Chris took to make this a great experience.
