I ordered large equestrian arena mirrors which needed to be done a certain way and be safe around horses. The guys measures accurately and were able to work with my Existing mirrors and install the new mirrors perfectly in one day . This was a huge , demanding and precise job with horses on the property when they worked A long day. The workers were professional , kind, worked with me to help solve a few issues I had and were not loud or disruptive to the horses. I wish I found them years ago and hope other equestrians use them as we have all wasted so much money on unprotected unprofessional mirror companies and installers over the years in Orange County. They should advertise they do this service because there is a very big market for them in the area. I plan to refer them and could not be happier .

Mike was very easy to work with and helpful throughout the process, especially being a first time home buyer. They did a fantastic job and the quality of materials was top notch. One of my shower doors, however, would allow water to pass through. I couldn't figure out where it was coming from so they had someone come out and take a look, as well as had some clear liner things to seal with the door when it's closed. It didn't work. They came out again and found a gap where there was some silicone that was supposed to be placed but missed. Though they missed this issue when installing, they were very responsive and helpful in making sure everything was 100% perfect. Fast forward a few years, I reached out to Mike to get some sliding mirror doors done for a reach in closet. Again, high quality materials and work. But, through no fault of Simmons Glass, the color tone of the brushed nickel frame was a very bronze hue. I contacted Mike and due to the size of my mirror doors, there was only one manufacturer that could produce the product and their brushed nickel at that moment all looked that way. We worked together for several weeks to get new samples and after a long time, we finally got a sample that we were happy with. After all this time, they still honored their workmanship and customer satisfaction and came back and replaced the mirrored doors at no cost. I sincerely appreciate Mike and all the installers that came through to make sure everything was perfect. Simmons Glass is top notch service and products, and I wouldn't go anywhere else for glass/mirrors.

I sent Gerardo multiple photos with the explanation to get an accurate quote which remained the same once on-site. We had two 2nd-story windows in our condo that failed a water test by our HOA contractor. I had a good feeling early on in my interactions with Gerardo and they proved to be right-on. I would find out later that he has over 23 years' experience in this field. He and his associate were very professional and efficient. He offered to wear booties, but I vetoed it since they would be continuously going from our outdoor patio at the ground floor to our 2nd floor balcony in order to get the job done on the two windows. We have old skool faux wood laminate so I knew it would be a quick mop job for myself after their departure. He examined everything on-site and explained what they would be doing and products used. Once completed he further explained what else they did to ensure a tight seal. He even pointed out a nail hole in our gutter that he felt warranted further examination by our HOA contractor. I greatly appreciate experts in the field who go to the next level to ensure things are done right. This was a great experience with a contractor, and we appreciate them helping us get our condo back in shape.

Needed two shower/Tub enclosures, Master shower frameless, and Sliding master mirror closet doors, and a fixed mirror for a vanity. The master shower installation went great! I figured THAT would be the real test of quality for Eurotech. Next, tub/shower enclosure-disaster. They drill into a water line behind the wall, a normal depth behind the wallboard. How?? They use a three inch drill bit for a 1" anchor. I call my salesman, he says " we are not responsible for anything behind the wall. You signed the waiver in the contract. I ask "why a three inch drill bit", he says -"we do hundreds of these with no problem, and we use a three inch screw in the wall." Now- I KNOW that isn't true. They deny any responsibility so I have to get it fixed for 1k. They come back to reinstall with a different team, and they were like-"we don't use three inch screws". Knew it. So they install, no problem. Next they find the flat vanity mirror is flawed (after they installed it). Off it comes they order another one. My closet mirror doors go in.....one of them is flawed. I'm like, does anyone check the quality of the product before it goes on the truck? This happens TWO MORE TIMES before they install a good one. Barely apologetic-way longer than the promised time frame for finish-poor quality control. During all this, I needed another flat vanity mirror, and asked them to install one for free for goodwill and what they have put me through. They gave me 50% off a $350. dollar product. Unbelievable. So here is the review. Oh BTW-the person who showed empathy and was apologetic on behalf of the company -the scheduler......Thank you.
