Awesome if your looking for something specific and I was looking for just that. Thank you so much for this spot for having that separated and allowing a quicker easier ease of access. I was able to build a small hallway of the Disney Rise of the Resistance ride. Epic and memorable. This place is definitely staple for me. Pricing wise, I believe it's 0.25 a brick and 0.50 a long slab. Personally it would be cool if they charged a bulk price for a full cup, that's my only little gripe. But the people here are friendly and will help find anything they can that's within their means.

I called the store one day to ask if they took in opened boxed Legos for cash. The person on the…read moreother end said yes, to which I asked if there was anything else needed and they told me the instruction manual, if I had it, which I did. I asked one more question, which I believe was the most important one, is there anything I should do before I come in and they said no. Ultimately I took apart the Lego set, thinking it would be easier for them, plus no one I know would want a Lego set that's already put together. Where's the fun in that? Overnight I took apart the set and bagged everything according to the manuals. I think I did a pretty good job at doing all of that for them. The following day I went in and informed the person at the counter that I had called about trading in a Lego set for cash. I proceeded to show them the bags and manuals for the set. The guy behind the counter gave me a blank stare and looked at the bags and threw out a number. It wasn't a fair price, their reasoning behind it was the set was not put together, and how were they to know if it was the correct set and if all the parts were there. Furthermore, they stated that if I brought it in put together, the cash back would've been a little higher. Still not a fair price. He gave me the bags back and said I could go home put it back together and come back later. I just gave up. I sold it as is. In all honesty, I shouldn't have, but I lost my job prior to this interaction and I needed the money. Honestly, if you have Legos that you're trying to sell, just hold out and sell them on your own. Go to different toy stores, look up local toy groups, or trade events. It's not worth going here.

Horrible customer service and potentially a horrible policy. I bought several brand new SEALED…read moregames from GameStop.com and needed to return them. They were 3 brand new Switch 2 games, completely factory sealed and within the return window. An employee named BRYAN, a senior associate there that clearly didn't want to be there evidenced by his bed hair, told me that they could not accept the return because GameStop.com orders have a special return system and needed to be returned to specific stores around the country. That doesn't make sense for a completely unmarked, completely factory sealed game. Even worse, I had talked to GameStop.com customer service before going to the brick and mortar store who told me the returns were all cleared to be done at this particular store. Now I got to call them back, wait another hour to talk somebody and be told the same thing? This is crazy and HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. If this employee Bryan is incorrect, then he would've wasted one hour of my time to drive to the store, one hour of talking to customer service, and he was simply lazy to do the return himself (there was a line forming behind me). Now I have to repeat this process again and maybe not be able to return this at all? I am canceling everything GameStop from my account and never giving a cent to his store (potentially company) ever again. Everyone should BEWARE heading to this store. Funcoland was the only good game store in this mall and that was like 20 years ago.
