He told me if I want to have bridge? But not given any option and did not discuss any other .'I just wished he explained further the process , here comes the assistant I told him my concern is the crown I have , but dismissed pushing forward with the bridge . That moment I did not have any choice not even really think through came the manager telling me how much it will cost ? I know it's business but I just wish I was given an opportunity to think and assess what would suits me , that moment I felt hostage and held . I could also hear staff arguing and a hostile environment while I'm under the procedure. The dentist was in a hurry and arguing as well with other staff , because they did push through with me , mind you I was just there for cleaning and x-ray but since the assistant was pushing through and deciding for me. Overpriced and Disappointing Quality…read more Care Quality: The care was just okay. I'm experiencing tooth pain again only 2 months after receiving treatment from them, which raises concerns about the quality. I brush twice a day and floss daily, so it's not a hygiene issue on my end. Cost: I had three composite fillings and ended up paying $253 out of pocket, while my insurance covered $701. That's a steep total, especially considering the results. Now I want to go in for a cleaning and check-up, but they told me I'd have to pay entirely out of pocket because my insurance benefits are maxed out. I've never had this issue with my previous dentist, even with similar treatments. I only chose this office because I recently moved, but I'll probably go back to my old dentist--even if it's a long drive. It's just not worth the cost and uncertainty here.
