They said they would take care of it, and I told them my rims worth more than $4,000, and I don't want you to cover it with marker since I can do that at home, and I want it to get fixed professionally. I was there the day after to get my car as they told me, with fixed rims and alignment done. But I saw they covered scratches with marker, and they didn't do alignment as well. I told them I didn't want you to cover scratches with marker, so why did you do it? They said we didn't do scratches to the rims!!!! It's ridiculous. I can't believe. And about the alignment, they said your car is too big, and we can't do alignment for it, and when I asked them to return my money back for alignment, they didn't accept it!!! I really didn't expect these unprofessional manners and unprofessional job from them. The technician, Lee, was a blast chatting with, as he is an avid car enthusiast as well. He dialed in my NSX alignment spot on and was meticulous with his adjustments. I was traveling from Alabama with my daughter when our older Jeep decided to lock up the rear brakes. I called ahead, and Tripp told us to bring it in and they'd get it on the rack right away. They did exactly that--quickly diagnosed leaking rear calipers that had seized, gave us a very fair price, and got to work immediately. While we were there, they also caught a tire with a knot that was about to fail. I shopped around, and their pricing on new tires was 10-20% better than other places I called. We moved forward with the tires, and they even threw in an oil change. From start to finish, they had us back on the road in about two hours. Apparently, the alignment machine they use is one of the best on the market, as they do focus on the sport car community; however, I did see a few non-sport cars in the bay as well. After a month, and a drive across the East coast, my car drives like it did the first day I purchased it off of the lot! They never checked to fluids but gave me an estimate for nearly $2,000 for 2 fluid changes: differential and transmission. It was a wasted morning.
