Honestly, I've been to so many locations and no one can shape my eyebrows as well as Dimple. She's the sweetest person and also she's very efficient. She does my eyebrow threading so fast that I don't even feel it. I've been getting my eyebrows tinted recently and now I can't go back without getting it done. I get so many compliments. Sad to say that this place used to be great but the prices have gone up and the quality of service has gone down. Firstly, Dimple is constantly pushing people to wax their brows because it's quicker. Our whole group said no to waxing and we wanted just threading but she kept saying "wax". She needs to stop pushing so much. Also, when it gets busy...they rush with your eyebrows and mess them up. They need to hire more people or take their time with the services. Not a great customer experience in my opinion and my whole family and I have been visiting for years. Save yourself the pain and doctors visit and don't go here for waxing. They ripped the skin off my underarm and left it raw. I had to go to the doctor and get medicine for it. Dimples wouldn't even give me back the $10 for waxing. They were very unapologetic. The place itself was dirty and unhygienic. She kept touching my skin after pulling the wax off. So disgusting. Do NOT GO HERE. Dimple, the owner ruined my facial skin. She is usually the only one there and when it gets busy she always rushes you, in the process she has cut my skin so many times and when I point it out to her, she rudely says "there were a lot of in growns thats why it happened" -- uh excuse me? I am very aware about my skin and hair follicles. I know that I definitely do NOT. I have left bleeding there enough times to say that I will NEVER be coming here again and advise everyone else to stay away. She is very greedy. In the process of not wanting to lose clients, she half asses the job & does not give you the proper time for the service provided. Best place to get fresh clean brows in the area. Dimple and her workers are very kind and sweet and take their time with brows.

One of the ladies does not wear a mask. It should be a requirement for all employees and customers to wear a mask regardless of the task being done: hair cut, waxing, threading. The chair should be cleaned after a customer sits in it. The workers should at least use hand sanitizer or wash their hands after each customer since they are touching the customer's face & in close contact with the customer. None of these precautions were taken. read more

I typically travel 20 min to get to my usual threading salon but was in a rush this time. I called to make sure they had availability (I suggest doing this as I was able to bypass 3 girls simply because I called 25 min ahead of time). Dimple was able to seat me as soon as she was done waxing the previous customer and got to work. I mentioned to her that I wanted to keep the general shape of the brows and just clean up the edges. She was not much for conversation which was fine because she was super efficient! In less than 5 minutes she made my eyebrows and upper lip look great. I was impressed--the best part is, it costs $8 total! The salon does not look like much but if you're looking for a quick, inexpensive place to get your eyebrows done I highly suggest Dimple! read more

Pros: * Cheap - eyebrow threading only 5 bucks * Walk-ins accepted * Decent job - my eyebrows were pretty messy before, and now they look ok Cons: * Not customer service oriented - Hardly said two words to me the whole time, other than "eyebrow?" and "$5". Kept walking away from me in the middle of appointment to answer phone calls, go to back room, talk to other worker, etc. Did not feel like I was really being attended to. * Painful - I don't know what other's experiences were here, but she really went to town ripping out my hair. And the way she had me sit in the chair made it so my eyebrow hair kept falling in my eyes and mouth so that my eyes were watering the whole time!! Not fun. * Rushed - Even though she had been walking away from me the whole time, while my eyebrows were partly finished, as soon as other people started walking in it was obvious that she started hurrying up. Not a great feeling. * Lack of attention to detail - This goes hand-in-hand with the rushed aspect, but she missed multiple hairs and made my eyebrows uneven!! Not too pleased here at all. I mean, I could have done my eyebrows myself but specifically went to see someone who would take their time and expertise and fix them up right. * Unsanitary - First thing I noticed was that she licked the eyebrow threading string. Like a lot. She tried saying something to me that I couldn't understand and then picked up both my hands and pressed them into my forehead and eyes, hard. She also kept leaning her body straight into my face, which I did not like. That's not how you run a beauty salon. Below standards, for sure. If you want to get your eyebrows looking modest quickly and cheaply, then sure, go for it. Otherwise I'd probably pick somewhere else next time. read more

I am new to the area and I am super picky about where I get my eyebrow threading done. I was looking at yelp reviews as I usually do to find a place and saw that this one had great reviews. I went in during the week and Dimple did a really great job with my eyebrows! I really liked the fact that she took her time and genuinely seemed to care that I looked good. She went back and checked her work several times. Also, her prices are super reasonable and I am very happy with the services I received here. This place is inexpensive, but definitely not a place to go for hair updo's for weddings, parties, barmitsfa's, etc. I understand this place has 5 stars for eyebrow threadings.. which I did not go in there for. After showing a picture of an updo that my sisters wanted to Dimple and her partner (she said she could replicate).. the updos DO NOT replicate the picture for the updos on the picture shown after long she was finished .. Also they did not put the right chemicals in for straightening curly hair. They just used tons of hairspray and used the ironer.. which completely singed my hair. So, went home, washed my singed hair and just put it in a hairbow. Lesson learned, go to a real hairstylist with customer service skills, and up to pars on sanitation. read more

I've heard wonderful things about Dimple's. It's near my house so I decided to try it when I wanted a lighter shade in my hair. Dimple was very unprofessional and rushed due to other customers in the store. Another customer came in while Dimple was in the middle of dying my hair and Dimple had the customer go buy her own box color. I was extremely irritated by this point and when she finally finished my hair, I was even more irritated to see my hair color remained the same. $40 to what I could've done a better job on with a $10 drugstore box. I used to go there for threading, but then she insisted on waxing my face. The last time she did it, she burned my cheek with wax. I agree with the people who say she rushes, the wax was too hot and she needed to take her time and do it carefully. She knew I have sensitive skin yet she rushed. Dimple is courteous and friendly. However the way she runs the show is scary. I waited for my turn and then when new customers came in, Dimple started to rush and she was also feeling nervous. I asked her are you nervous? She affirmed and said I don't like anyone waiting and so I rush and try to just finish as quickly as I can so that the other customer doesn't have to wait. I said to her that I have been waiting for 15 mins for my turn to come can you please give me some attention. But that talking did not help. Eyebrows had mistakes and so all hair left on my upper lips. She does the same every time, last time I was getting my hair cut and dimple just cut it and got done quickly. Few strands were long some were very short. Lastly before you exit her store there is undue pressure to buy other Products and Services. read more

A nice place for a woman's regular biweekly grooming. Dimple is good with eyebrow shaping and happy to accommodate need based threading and facial waxing.
