(Eaten through) Kung Pao Chicken over steam rice.

I got Kung Pao Chicken over steam rice. It was tasty until I got grit in between my teeth, like they did not wash the vegetables properly so they still had dirt on them. It ruined my meal unfortunately.. Otherwise It's your American classic modern style Chinese takeout place.

One of my favorite Chinese restaurants in Fresno hands down! I have yet to not like what I have tried, my employer also caters from here every now and again for our monthly meetings and it's always a hit!

Ordered Kung pao chicken and special chow mein. In any other Chinese restaurant I've been in, those are separate dishes right? Noooooo. Not at Dung Ho Kitchen. I was looking, forward to Special chow mein. The noodles with the usual pork, chicken, shrimp, veggies and light sauce. Also the kung pao with the chicken spicy thick sauce and more veggies peanuts. Dung Ho Kitchen put the special chow mein with the Kung pao. Like special chow mein with Kung pao on top, NICE. Never again. Your couldn't pay me to eat there. How do you screw that up?

Wow What a difference This is Sing Ho vs another Chinese restaurant close by on Bullard and west The larger one is Ding Ho and was a buck cheaper. What a difference and quality is way better too No wonder they won Best Chinese last year! Keep up the great work

    Chicken noodle soup.

This was our first time ordering from Ding Ho Kitchen Chinese food to go. What a wonderful restaurant! Their soups were generous and delicious! The price of the soups were an added treat. We ordered chicken noodle soup and shrimp noodle soup. The presentation was excellent. A generous selection of different vegetables. The array included Bock Choi, broccoli, cabbage, mushrooms, asparagus, carrots and other vegetables. The broth was delicious! The large bowl of soup was beautifully presented. The price of each soup was excellent. We will definitely order again from this restaurant. Great prices! You have to try it. You will not be disappointed.

Disappointed in the food. The fried rice has a funny texture, chow mien needed more pork in it very little.

I asked for a fortune cookie to go with my meal and they wouldn't give it to me. They said they only sell them by the bag. Really???

The family dinner comes with a bowl of sizzling rice soup, An egg roll a pot sticker and foil wrapped chicken. My entree was crispy beef and my husband's entree was Kung pao chicken. Start off the soup was very flavorful, Definitely not your ordinary soup that you would find in the most places to start. The egg roll was a straight veggie roll but it was crispy and flavorful. The pot sticker was probably one of the best I've had in town, The wrapper was not too thick, Silky, Slightly crispy, And the filling was light and delicious not heavy. The Foil wrapped chicken Was different than any other place in that it was lighter and not overburdened with a salty sauce. As far as the entrees, My crispy beef was amazing, So crispy, With a delicious sauce. My husband's Kung pao chicken was so tasty, Everything was fresh and the chicken was not dry. The only downside to our entrees was that they were listed as spicy, But I think you have to ask for really spicy if you look like you can't handle it or something I don't know it just wasn't spicy at all. But we will definitely return and maybe ask for real spicy next time LOL.

They do close at 2:30 and reopen for dinner! We decided to order from the lunch special menu. You get soup, salad, wonton, egg roll; choice of chow mein, fried rice, or steamed rice; then one entree choice. I got mushroom chicken and my daughter got orange chicken. Soup and salad was a great starter, the salad was a little too sweet. Then we got the appetizer of fried shrimp, cooked to perfection, not to much dough! Delicious! Then came our entree plate smelled wonderful! Spices were on point. We had to rush to eat because the close at 2:30, otherwise lunch was great! We will go back and try other items. Happy eating in Clovis!

I called them the day before I needed the trays. The lady I spoke to was so kind and accommodating she said it was never too late to place an order. I ordered half tray of broccoli beef and one veggie chow mein she gave me my price after tax and gave me the option to pay in person or over the phone. The day of pick up was NYE 5pm my husband was the one who picked up my order under my name. He arrived promptly at 5pm and said the food wasn't ready 5mins after 5pm he said he was about to leave. Literally a 16min drive from the restaurant to my house then another 14min drive to the Nye party we were attending. Upon arrival the food was still piping hot, it smelled AMAZING and they gave sooooo much food!!! It was nearly packed in trays with foil in a box and the food was piled high. I did notice that the veggie chow mein I had ordered was a combo-chicken, beef, shrimp and veggie, no biggie!!! But the food was delicious as always!!! There was so much leftovers. I would definitely use them again for my catering needs.
