4- Finally corrected the customer service. Food in consistent. I will excuse their mistake of leaving one dish out on my to-go order. Although they didn't apologize, but at least they acknowledge they forgot the dish (although they should call customer next time and let them know).

All I ever order is dim sum when I go to any Chinese restaurant. Imperial gets the food out fast with no smiles included ever. They're always about quantity and getting orders out fast. It was pretty busy for New Year's Day lunch and it's been awhile since I ordered food here. Everything was pretty good and the only thing that was heavy was the deep fried crab claws and shrimp balls. The ambiance has been the same for the last decade, standard and outdated. I wonder if they will ever upgrade because I've been to many weddings here but now it doesn't look attractive for today's generation.

Been coming here for as long as I can remember. My parents know everyone here. Food is great, dimsum still has rolling carts, chicken salad is top tier. Everyone is always so nice. Lots of tables and open space.

The service is OK, the ambiance is OK, and the food is OK. The food tastes how it should taste except when it comes to sweet dishes.... its really sweet. I could not eat anymore of the general spicy chicken I ordered. Everyone is different so dont take my advice until you try yourself. Lol.

We celebrated my birthday day, about six weeks after I had open heart surgery. I am on a low sodium diet now, so all sauces on the side, and a fair amount of steamed dim sum hit the spot. I really wanted the steamed ginger fish, and was told the sodium won't be bad. It was delicious - as was all the usual dim sum I have. The service and ambience were as they always are - attentive and bright. I truly love this restaurant.

This is my family's go-to spot for dim sum. The dim sum dishes are solid. The Chinese Chicken Salad and Beef Chow Fun are also good here. Their portions are HUGE. I haven't had any issues with service. They usually help me look for the dish I want. I also like that it's not always busy and crowded. I'll continue to come here for dim sum and will explore the rest of the menu.

There aren't many authentic Chinese food options in Fresno that are sit-down and offer all the traditional Cantonese-style popular dishes, including dim sum, pan fried noodles, and fried rice. Imperial Garden is the one constant that has somehow lasted through decades since my childhood growing up in town and through the years of ownership changes to now when I only occasionally return "home" for a family and friends visit. The menu is extensive, ambiance average, and service typical of what you get when you think of stereotypical Chinese restaurants (and that's coming from me being Chinese!). After decades of not having come here for a proper family sit-down meal, we decided to give it a go. We ordered an egg-drop soup, pan-fried noodles, lettuce wraps, sweet and sour fish, salt and pepper calamari, Peking spare ribs. Everything was okay, nothing amazing. There really aren't many terrific and better options in town, so in a pinch, Imperial Garden will have a to do.

Another long standing restaurant on blackstone and Herndon and they just open another on Herndon and cedar. Love the foods and we like the server that can speak multi language there she is very sweet. Also the only dimsum place using cart in Fresno !!

Come for the food. Stay for the food. Better than most dim sum in the Bay Area. Always fresh and great menu to order from.

There was a ton of fish, easily enough to share family-style, which is a big plus. The fish itself was good, but I wasn't a fan of the "numbing" seasoning that came with it. It wasn't spicy at all, but it left my mouth feeling numb, which I didn't really enjoy. I ended up eating the fish by itself with white rice, and it was just okay. **6.5/10** The **Shiu Mai** from the dim sum menu was pretty basic. It was made with pork and was good, but definitely not the best shiu mai I've had. **7/10** The **Shrimp Dumpling** was better than the shiu mai. At first, I thought the texture was a little doughy, but then I realized there were some egg pieces inside, which explained the texture. Overall, it was good. **7.5/10** The **Salt & Pepper Chicken Wings** were probably my favorite dish. The good news is that you get all wings--no legs or drumsticks. They had a great blend of garlic, salt, and pepper, and the seasoning was on point. **8/10** And lastly, what everyone really wants to know... **the tap water! ** Surprisingly, it tasted filtered, fresh, and clean, so that's definitely good news. The **service was great** as well. We went on a Saturday afternoon, and the staff was very attentive, answered all of our questions, and made us feel welcomed. The ambiance is pretty much what you'd expect from a traditional Chinese restaurant, but we felt comfortable and safe while dining here. Overall, there were some hits and some misses, but the service and chicken wings definitely stood out. I'd come back to try some of the other dishes.

Prawns cooked perfectly. 5. Hong Kong noodles were alright, portion was huge! Wish the server told us about the quantity. I would have just have the dinner special. And I saw the quantity and 2-3 people could share. Ambiance-okay, but for me, dirty condiments bottles.

The pork dumplings were good. I never got the shrimp dumplings. She brought the check and I told her we never got them and she asked if we got them and I had to motion to the table and tell her, no they never came. She took it off the bill. We just had a long day working on location with the crew and we want food fast and not complicated…read more A Chinese buffet fits the bill, easy in and easy out and food right away without waiting. This Lin's Fusion seemed like a huge buffet from the reviews, so we headed over here. It located right off the 41 freeway at the East Shaw exit. Go west to Blackstone and turn left and go to the first light and turn into the shopping center. There's plenty of parking. WE go in and find the price is about $30 per person for dinner. I guess it's worth it, cause the place and choices are so big. We get seated and drink orders taken. Hey, I think they have a full bar here, so one COULD order cocktails with you Chinese food. We didn't, though I think a couple of my crew wanted to. The word "fusion" in the name of the buffet kinda didn't seem like any fusion with other than a regular Chinese buffet was going on. All the regular stuff was here in the way of Chinese food as well as sushi and the Mongolian grill area. There was lots of seafood out, like crab legs and salt pepper shrimp and other shellfish. All my crew is experienced at these kinda buffets, so they just headed up to the food and filled their plates. I like taking them to buffets, cause it keeps them all happy and buffets don't take 2 hours to eat at like some sit down restaurant. We all got our fill and did the full belly waddle outta there!

The food quality has gone downhill, which is disappointing because this used to be one of my favorite restaurants. The food tastes like freezer Chinese food rewarmed. Our large party was automatically charged a 15% gratuity, yet the service didn't justify it. Our server only brought water once and never refilled drinks till we were leaving. We were seated at the only table they have for large parties, located in the back near the dessert area. The table was wobbly, appeared to have a folding table added to make room, and was cramped and uncomfortable. What I don't understand is why large parties are charged extra when the seating and service are no different from any other table in the restaurant. If you're paying more, there should be better accommodations or added service, not the same experience everyone else receives. After two disappointing visits this year, I won't be returning. It's unfortunate because I used to love this restaurant. I suggest to go to another place for large parties or for business events. just fyi it was almost $300 for 5 adults 3 children. Also on a previous visit I went two hours before closing the food quality is extremely horrible and they don't refill the food anymore. They started mopping it smelled like dirty mop. Still charge full price. They just let you eat whatever is out. Sad to say
