Menu feels more limited than LQ version, had 4 teas made and 2 were incorrect, either the brew was poor or the water came out horrible tasting. Overall I'll just drive to LQ since I've had a longer tenure of service there. read more

Sadly, I was very disappointed with this Ding tea. Living in Palm Desert, I was more than excited that I would not have to make the 20 minute drive to the Ding tea in La Quinta, but it seems like I will continue doing so. Starting off, I'm going to say that I have been to numerous boba places. The staff seemed very overworked and seemed like they were having a hard time making drinks, and the man that seemed like the manager seemed very rude and unwelcoming. The kitchen area was dirty and crowded as well. My taro milk tea came out clumpy and the boba was hard, and a long strand of hair was attached to the sealed lid. Do not waste your time by coming here go to the LQ Ding Tea instead. read more

I used to have bad experiences at other Ding Tea location but I choose to give a try at this location since they just opend. Of course, didnt disappointment. They do have a lot of worker that really helpful and help me to choose the drink. Good quality of service and fresh taste of tea! Love it read more

Not sure what the deal is but service was a -5 starts, it was so hot in there, this place should be called Ding Rude.

Really wasn't a great experience. The vibe was not it. They seemed extremely disorganized and the baristas were clearly having difficulty making the drinks due to lack of organization and coordination. I think what's clearly keeping them afloat is that the La Quinta location made Ding Tea look like a functional boba shop. Go to the La Quinta location if you want a great experience read more

i went to this place and had ordered from grub hub and specifically selected curbside pickup on grub hub i called when i got there like it had said to do. But, when I called they said they don't do curbside pickup as i selected but i had been to this place and got curbside pickup before but now all of a sudden they tell me no curbside pickup. I will say they have good fruit teas. But the experience of going into the store and hearing the F-bomb and GD dropped numerous times by the music that was played in the store was offensive and off-putting. It creates a negative atmosphere and I prefer positive experiences in life. read more

It's my first time there. As a boba addict, I think this place is good! I ordered a peach yogurt with honey boba. The drink is at the right sugar level and the honey boba is in good texture too! My 11 year old daughter and I checked out their menu online before driving down there as she wanted a green apple flavored boba drink they had posted. The drink pictured looked mint green color and kind of milky. When we arrived we checked the wall menu and didn't see what we saw online so we asked the two girls working there and they said that they could make it and that it was a green apple tea with boba. Now I am not a boba fan at all so I ordered a passion fruit iced tea. When we got our drinks mine was pretty gross but my daughters was totally undrinkable. It was not green nor did it taste like green apple anything. So I went back to the girls at the counter to tell them that my daughters drink was not what we wanted and she basically said "too bad because that's what I ordered." I explain to her that I was pretty clear that we wanted the green one from the picture we saw online that i showed her . She then rudely said " fine I'll make it for you " and then she tried to charge me again for the other drink. Now I had already spent well over $10 for two drinks that were gonna be going straight to the trash because both were totally undrinkable and I was shocked. Both young ladies were extremely rude and they said that it's not their problem they cannot exchange or refund because that's what we ordered and its not their fault. She literally said" it's not my problem or my mistake that you ordered the wrong item therefore it's not our responsibility to change or fix it for you. " This place has terrible customer service and not only will I never go there again but also I will make sure that everyone I know is aware of what happened to me so that no one else goes there and gets ripped off. They need to stop cheating people. read more
