I usually order tonkotsu whenever we get ramen and although they differ in taste I've never disliked it. Took a whole of 2 bites of the noodles, the rest in the trash. 2. Chicken Teriyaki- chicken was seasoned well but it was dry/overcooked. Thought there might have been a possibility of reheating because some of the chicken pieces were warm while other pieces were cool. Rice was really good, fresh. Adding the chili paste was a must. 3. Mixed Yakisoba - nothing special. Okay. 4. Spam Musubi - 10/10. If other things were decent we would come back solely for this. Side note - our table was dirty so I wiped what I could with napkins. When the cashier brought our food he noted & apologized for it but didn't clean it for us? I don't know, why would you bring attention to something you can easily fix and not do it or even offer?
