I love that Ding tea is consistently good and we can always rely on getting the same boba at any location! My favorite is the jasmine milk tea or peach green tea. The service was great. The team was fast to greet us and the ambiance was super cute!

This Ding Tea is in the hearts of Lents. You might have driven past and missed them, as their signs face the back of traffic. But it's worth stopping by. I enjoy the drinks here - most recently I got a matcha milk tea with boba and a hazelnut milk tea with boba. Both tasted good, and as usual it's nice to be able to adjust the ice and sweetness of the drink. The menu is pretty large so I'd love to keep coming back and trying new things. They're often busy but the staff is still friendly and works quickly! Plenty of seating and cute photo opportunities. Street parking only.

Great ambiance and service. The tea I had was really nice, thought just a tad sweet so if you want your tea a little less sweet you might want to adjust the sweetness a bit more than normal

Great drinks, nice staff, and clean space! This place is a good work place with wifi, ac, and clean space. It is busy for takeouts but not so much for sit down in the early afternoon times. I tried the passion fruit tea and the mashed taro milk tea. Both have strong tea flavors and the sweetness is perfect for me with 30% sweetness.

This place is super cool. Def recommend, very Asian playlist (Filipino certified) heads up there is no Mr. Ding. 10/10

The Wintermelon was too sweet in my opinion, once the ice melted it was way better. The grass jelly had a nice texture and paired very well with the wintermelon. The service was quick and the worker provided some recommendations. The store is spacious and big. Parking can be difficult, I was able to find street parking right in front of their store but that's super rare.

Yummy! Half sweet was perfect for me. The inside are clean and inviting with friendly staffs.

Been here several times and liked their menu options. Slightly pricey on toppings but their flavors are competitive to near by bubble tea places in SE Portland including Royal Tea on 82nd. Following strict guidelines for the pandemic with social distancing and only for take outs right now. Sign up for their Ding Tea PDX account to earn points. 35 points = $3.50 off, not bad if you're a true Ding Tea fan. We got taro milk tea x 1 with mango jelly and crystal boba, light ice and 75% sugar. Then oolong milk tea x 3 with crystal boba, aloe vera jelly, 50% sugar and light ice. I've tried their hokkaido oolong before but this was in SoCal and those two were yummy too (caramel and toffee flavor). Poor parking since it's literally right off of corner of 92nd adjacent to "flip side" bar/lounge. Off street parking if you can find it and then just walk there.

Ding Tea had a light opening prior to yesterday's Grand Opening and wow! --- I am just as impressed as I did the first time. I've been to several bubble tea joints in Portland and I have to say, that Ding Tea is by far my new favorite bubble tea place in Portland! Yesterday's wait in line for grand opening was definitely worth the wait. So far, I've tasted three different flavors which I highly recommend; Taro Milk Tea, Winter Melon Milk Tea and the Monster Special ... thinking about it makes me drool. I am thinking of getting the Classic Milk Tea next time but I'm certainly up for trying everything on the menu. I wanted to add on, that my bf (someone who's quite picky about his bubble tea) was also very impressed with his drink that he got at Ding Tea. I recently asked him which Taro Milk Tea he preferred in comparison to a popular bubble tea place in Beaverton and says without hesitation that he'd prefer to drink Ding Tea's. The venue is so cute for IG photos and it's very clean/cute place to be. PLUS, the location is in the heart of Portland // stay tuned for more photo updates - cause I'll be coming by quite often to get my bubble tea fix

Ding Tea PDX will be opening to the public in January! Keep an eye out for an exact grand opening date from their social media pages on Facebook and Instagram. Ding Tea is currently only open to friends and family. I was lucky enough to get invited on in to try some of their delicious drinks! I got to try the Thai milk tea, matcha green tea, winter melon milk tea and the lychee yakult! I got them all over ice. Each drink was super flavorful and delicious! My favorite was the winter melon milk tea with the grass jelly. It was super refreshing and had the perfect amount of sweetness and I wanted a couple more cups after having a taste of that! Ding Tea lets you customize the sweetness level of your drinks! So make sure to let them know how you would like it! The shop is super cute! A lot of different signs and murals on the wall for photo opportunities! They even have a fun light up sign that you can hold your drink in front of to take pictures by! I can't wait for the grand opening of ding tea and to become a regular here! Thanks for bringing Ding Tea to PDX!

This Ding Tea has super nice aesthetics! I'm personally not a big fan of the Ding Tea chain, since every time I've had it in California, my body didn't feel too good after drinking the tea. However, I think the PDX Ding Tea here is not too bad. I was here for the soft opening and got the matcha latte with grass jelly. The drink was alright, very mediocre, since the matcha wasn't super strong- felt like the milk diluted the drink. I tried my friend's drinks, and they were not bad at all! If I lived in the area, I think it would be a nice place to work, chill, and soak in all the good vibes. :) 3/5 for drinkZ 5/5 for aesthetic vibeZ 5/5 for friendly staffZ

Everything started great as the shop was easy to find, parking was easy even though we arrived around noon on a Saturday. It wasn't overly busy and we were able to place an order and find seating right away. We ordered two meal and coffee combos: the banana coffee and pork shop rice, and the coconut whip cream coffee with the Legend pho. We also shared a beignette donut, which had a milky custard filling inside of the pillowy breading. The coffee came first and we loved our drinks. The banana coffee has a rich yummy banana cream, and the coffee underneath wasn't sweet, so there was a good contrast. The banana coffee came with extra bit of black coffee so you can adjust it to your liking. I also liked my coconut whipped cream coffee. The whipped cream has a stuble coconut favor with toasty coconut flakes on top, the Vietnamese style milk coffee was a bit sweet but that's expected. Then the food came, and they looked GOOD. The pork chop rice was presented beaufifully and tasted great. I liked my pho and I loved that it arrived sizzling hot. The broth was deep in color and neutral in taste, again, very nice to eat. The dining area was comfortable, spacious and relaxing and the staff were friendly and attentive. So why did I deduct a star from my review? Well... do you know they have a loyality program? The person behind the counter did not mention it so I only found out about it from a pamphlet on our table after we ordered all of our food and drinks. In the loyality program, you get 1 free drink after you purchase 9, and you get $5 off when you spend $50 or more. Sadly, I wasn't aware of its existence when I paid and the staff member running the register told me that they could not enroll me in the program after I paid, or provide me with any credits for the drinks that I purchased on their digital punch card. I think they should have told me about the loyalty program before I paid at the register, or should have allowed me to at least collect the points afterwards even if I could not get a discount on the total that I spent. Because of this issue, I left Legend feeling annoyed that I missed out on getting a discount that I would have been entitled to if they told me about their loyalty program, but also missed out on collecting two digital "stamps," or "stars," towards getting a free coffee through no fault of my own. Overall, it was a great experience until it wasn't so great. I probably won't be returning to this locaton and hopfully I will have a better experience at the Beaverton location when they open. This time at least I will know about the loyalty program ahead of time if nobody mentions it.
