This little gem is fairly close to where I live so I've dropped in a few times and found it to be well run, service was great and the food was excellent. It's not your run-of-the-mill bar food it's legit food suitable for having a solid dinner. All in all, I highly recommend this place as a sports bar or just a great place to have a good meal. They do close a little early for my taste as I'm really not a happy hour type of guy and tend to go out around ten, so the eleven o'clock closure doesn't work out for me most o the time. read more

This would have to be my worst experience ever. I can't even say service because we didn't really receive any. I arrive with my new friend and we were looking to have lunch at a new spot, we've never been to Dino's before. Upon entering, the chattering lessens and we become the focal point of the establishment. Maybe it was because I'm 6'10" and she's 5'10" I certainly hope it wasn't because she's white and I'm black. We approached the bar and ask if we could seat ourselves or if we needed to be seated, we were told to see ourselves and a server would be right with us. The only two open tables we could see were behind a partition that separated part of the bar from the pool tables area. As we sat there for 7-10, maybe 15 minutes no one came to check on us, take our orders, give us menus or bring us water. My friend approached a server and asked why no server had come to us. After an additional wait (if you've ever been to this bar keep in mind the size of this bar and at this particular time they had four servers on the floor. When we were finally approached by a server, we tried to voice our concerns and it was met with attitude and deflective comments...essentially, complacency. After sitting with our over priced menus and water my friend and I deliberated over our experience upto that point and decided we deserved better customer service and left. While we were deliberating we recalled our experience at Red Robin and the prices there and the service there and decided to go there. It wasn't even the same Red Robin but the prices were reasonable, the food was delicious and we were treated like......valued customers! My friend had the Cobb salad and she gave it 10 stars. I had the master cheese burger, added bacon and cheese. We chose to sit in the bar and the bartender was amazing and covered the whole bar, taking orders and making drinks. Her servers were on point with delivering good hot food! In comparison, Dino's had more bartenders and the same amount of servers with a side of nonexistent service. The bartender at Red Robin dominated her bar and delegated appropriately. 10 stars for Red Robin, no stars for Dino's! RED ROBIN YUMMMMMM!! read more

Lunch with friends Monday Nov 4. Sandwiches, beers, coffee. Very good service, excellent coffee. Very good fries, one of us wanted greasier fries, we ignored him. Food was good, served hot. Took our time, no one rushed us. Parking is a bit of an issue, lot is somewhat small. Definitely a pub. Not noisy, just a moderate level of talk. No juke box. Multiple TVs. Recommend this place for good food, good service, and moderate prices. read more

I'm highly disappointed in the owner. I paid 100 credits worth of touchtunes on the jukebox and he turned it off to play his own music. He shouldn't have turned it on and allowed us to spend money if he was going to take an action like this. Upon bringing my expense to his attention he said they had a live band. Love this local hole in the wall spot. My only gripe is parking sucks. The servers are great and the cooks are fast and the food is good. Can never go wrong with quesadillas. The burgers are good and the fries with queso sauce. Chefs kiss. I've had the rib eye. Not bad. And the prime rib was delicious. Wings are good too. Love that you can play music and the darts and pool table are always fun. Oh and love the outdoor seating area. Get some Sun when we can here in the pnw. I'll have to take more pics next time I'm there I will update asap. But I highly recommend this place if you're in the area. read more

Cool "dive" bar, very popular with the locals. I don't come in that much, but when I do its because they are at the bottom of the hill and its very convenient. I always get my food to go and have a beer while I wait. The french dip is really good. Seems like this place is always busy. They have pool tables, games, and pool tabs. Staying at the hotel next door, this has been a convenient pub for food and a cocktail. So far the music played has been great, the service absolutely excellent (different server each visit). The food- The Ribeye was cooked perfectly rare and seasoned well. The baked potato delicious. The broasted chicken - not a fan. Not breaded and poorly seasoned. The Jo Jos also only mediocre. Someone should rethink the way the chicken is done. (Check our the Chalet or 21/21 in puyallup area...amazing). The dressing for the salad seems watered down, but tasted good..they serve a lot with the salad, on the side. Tonight I'm trying the chicken Alfredo and asked for mushrooms to be added. Coming to this bar was great. Had great service from andrew and Eric. They are so entertaining and energetic couldn't ask for better service. Had my tab at the bar but took too long to get drinks and they both made it happen and got me my drinks. They make coming to the bar fun and worth while. Should have them there everyday. If you are looking for a dive bar/sportsbar/pub, then Dino's is the spot! Its pretty chill here, no need to get dressed up, this is a locals bar. You will see everyone from the construction worker, to business man, to seahawk player. Its a nice mix of all types of people. The beer is cold, the servers are great, and the food isnt bad at all. The bartenders here will having you returning for an after work brew. the whole cast of charactors here feels like a local version of cheers. Most of the regulars are on a first name basis with each other. Lots of room, never over crowded. Great place to drop into for a random drink. Right off 405, so no driving through town to get here. Hubby and I liked this cozy dive bar in the corner of a strip mall. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but opens up once you walk in. There are pool tables, some game machines, darts, lots of TV's everywhere, and pull-tab lottery tickets (must have cash for this). I can see how this would be a fun place to go watch a game. It does get noisy though, so don't come here looking for a quiet time. The food was good too. The Nachos Grande came out hot and melty, just like we like it. The Sampler satisfied all those late-night cravings, my favorite being the onion rings. I can't remember the name of my drink, it was a peach something, but it was really good. Hubby had Irish Death (dark beer) and he liked how it pared with the appetizers. We'll definitely be back when we want an easy night out with some good food and drinks. read more

Located just outside Seattle, Dino's is a great spot for good food and atmosphere. I had the corn dog nuggets lunch special and they were cooked to perfection. Nice and crispy with some pretty good dogs inside. The server was very, very nice. They make you feel like you're home, even when I went in as a tourist. The vibe was "hometown bar" where everyone goes for lunch and the staff actually knows their clientele. If I ever go back to Seattle, I wouldn't be able to leave without grabbing a bite at Dino's. read more

We met up with some friends for Seahawks Sunday. We were pleasantly surprised to see all the new televisions. The Renton Sea Hawkers were fundraising for the local charities. There was a nice silent auction and a raffle with fun prizes. Mike and Gina did a great job keeping the event festive The new owner was welcoming. We look forward to all the new specials, I.e. A neighborhood pub and restaurant with a strong local crowd. A place to watch a game or meet friends. The food is okay, very standard fare for a joint like this. Service can be sluggish sometimes. Dino's is a great venue to watch sporting events and get some drinks with friends. The only reason I ever go is to watch sports with friends that live in the area. They recently started doing a music trivia on Saturday nights which could not be a worse time and had to be detrimental to the business. The entire place tends to clear out when the trivia host starts bad mouthing sports (in a sports bar!!) and yelling profanities into the speakers. I will not be coming back on a Saturday night anytime soon. read more
