Pretty tasty. Went there with some friends for birthday dinner. I had the club sandwich which was tasty despite being a little greasy. Good service, friendly staff.

Finally stopped by for a weekday breakfast as we have passed by many times but never made it in. Old school diner songs playing as we entered and we were able to pick where we wanted to sit. It is impeccably clean inside so that stood out. My husband ordered the chicken fried steak and I ordered the veggie omelette. Portions were generous and the potatoes were cut into little discs which was new to us. Everything was hot, nicely seasoned, and very tasty. We were both very satisfied with our meal. Looking forward to going back to try other items on the menu.

Beautifully renovated, amazing service, and delicious food! Their "Mo's Burger" is incredible. They upgraded the interior while still capturing its historical old-school elegance, and it shows. Love this place now - I'll be making this a regular hangout!

Chicken nachos loaded with fresh chunky guacamole and more topping then anywhere else around!!

The restaurant ambiance is unmatched and it's obvious they put lots of consideration and care into their design and food. We were so impressed with the empanadas (cheesy chicken and beef) and special sauces. The chicken salad arepas was packed with protein. We can't wait to come back to try their other dishes! Live music is from 7:30-9:30 pm Fri-Sat, followed by karaoke.

Though we both liked our entrees, we both thought the protein quality of the mains is just ok. The winning dish is the mini arepas, hands down. I would order those mini arepa for my entree easily. This location is roomy. Service is warm; our server was helpful answering questions. The Food: Arepitas Fritas, $17 - 5+ Stars Four mini arepa in the appetizer section, these start with the same cornmeal (masa de maíz) base as the normal arepa, then topped with cheese, slow cooked beef, quail egg, and pink sauce. These bites are sooooo good! They sell the full-size arepas also, which will likely be a future meal. :) Platanos Fritos, $8 - 5 Stars Gotta love Latin foods with their plantains. Simple and delicious. Theirs are perfectly prepared. Camarones de Ajillo, $19 - 3.5 Stars These shrimps are cooked in garlic, herbs, and cream. The herb butter sauce is excellent, but the shrimps' quality is just ok. We liked it enough but will not order again. Asado Negro Tips, $23 - 3.5 Stars 8 oz of NY strip are cooked cubed in asado sauce, served with yuca fries and quasaca, a mini tomato and avocado salad. Again, the asado sauce is excellent, but the steak pieces are on the tough side. The yuca fries didn't stand out. This is also a 'liked it enough but won't order again' dish.

The hotel is modern, clean,…read moreand well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and friendly staff who were welcoming throughout my visit. The location is convenient for exploring the greater Seattle area, and the views of Lake Washington are a wonderful bonus. My room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable, with cozy beds and thoughtful amenities that made for a relaxing stay. The common areas were inviting and well-designed, providing great spaces to unwind or get some work done. I also appreciated some of the unique offerings, including complimentary evening s'mores, an indoor pool, and an outdoor bar and restaurant that operates on select days. Food trucks appear on certain days for lunch too. The hotel is within walking distance of a park and hiking trails, making it easy to enjoy the outdoors. Another nice perk was the availability of complimentary bicycles, and there is a shopping mall just a short distance away for dining, shopping, and entertainment. The main drawback is the distance from downtown Seattle and Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, as rideshare costs can add up quickly when traveling back and forth. However, if you don't mind being outside the city center, the peaceful lakeside setting is well worth it. Overall, I would happily stay here again and would recommend the Hyatt Regency Renton to both business and leisure travelers looking for a comfortable, well-appointed hotel with great amenities and easy access to outdoor recreation.

Unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing and did not meet expectations. If you are considering hosting an event here, I would strongly recommend carefully considering the quality of service before making your decision. 1) Inspite asking there was no one to help with the bags 2) they claimed not to have staff for cleaning services 3) they charged me for valet parking when I did not have the car - they refunded it when I saw the receipt And this list can go on and on

We had a reserved table, and the food was pretty good. It wasn't just bar food, but they 'had decent salads and a nice variety to choose from on their menu. The waitress was pleasant and served without being intrusive during the show. The Royal Room is really nice on the inside. They do a lot of swing and jazz there, but it's a pretty small venue. I'ld call it more comfortable than quaint. Parking was a total pita, but the sound mixer was on point and the music was clear for every instrument with nothing over-riding anything else unnecessarily.

One process improvement since I last came for a show here is that instead of having the host check…read moreevery person in and then lead them to their seat (if reserved), they now put up name placards on the tables and let you find your own seat so the host can keep checking people in. This makes the queue run MUCH more efficiently. However, overall this place has actually gotten worse since my last review. Now, if you make a reservation (necessary for guaranteeing a chair) for only 1 person, they seat you at a high top that faces AWAY from the stage. As in, literally your back is towards the stage. If you rotate your chair, you face an aisle between you and the stage. The aisle is supposed to remain clear, but there is no real way for the staff to keep the area clear from standing-room-only attendees other than nicely asking people to move, with varying success. The venue's suggested solution is a small bench to the side of the stage, which they say you're welcome to move to if you can't see. Problem is, it seats 4-5 people max (fewer if anyone is manspreading) and is open to anyone in the room. The tables are moveable, so at minimum the venue could point them towards the stage. Fwiw none of this is the restaurant /barstaff 's fault. If anything, they seemed to agree that this is not a good setup. (Don't want to go into specifics to avoid getting any employees into trouble) A second issue with the seating is that once you sit down, the staff removes the reservation cards. This means that if you're at one of the high tops, walk in guests will ask you to trade/move spots. Don't agree to move unless you're ok with possibly ending up with no seat at all because it may be that you end up sitting in a seat that was actually reserved by a different person, from which you will be removed when they arrive. It's then up to the person with whom you traded whether or not they're feeling charitable enough to cede back your original seat. Other than the seating problems, I'd give this a 3/5 for acoustics and sound design (accounting for the fact that it's a small converted venue) and a 4/5 for the food (actually pretty good considering that it's a captive audience) TL;DR: Don't bother coming here as a single person unless you completely don't care about the artist at all, or you love the artist so much that you're willing to do anything to see them
