The space is clean, welcoming, and easy to hang out in. The bowls are customizable with your choice of protein. Everything came out fast, the prices were affordable, and the flavors were on point. 9/10 recommend.

It was extremely busy and loud. I didn't wait in line to order, but it took them 50 minutes to prepare our salads. The service wasn't very friendly or helpful at first. I'm hoping it was because they were so busy. We had to leave 10 minutes after getting our salads so I had to take most of it home which was disappointing. On a good note, the salads were amazing. They were the best salads I've ever tasted which I why I'm giving three stars instead of less. My mom ordered the 505 Cobb and they forgot her chicken which was frustrating after waiting for nearly an hour. However, they did make up for it by making her extra chicken! And their chicken was absolutely delicious!! I ordered Persephone's Lunch which was outstanding. I added chicken to it which made it nearly $20 for a bowl salad. The seating is open and you order and sit down wherever you can find. The seating is hard on your backside and uncomfortable, especially when waiting for so long. The salads and fresh ingredients are delectable. If I ever return, it will be a to go order that is put in very early. Cheers!

Crispy Brussels sprouts had great flavor but way too much cayenne pepper (which adds nothing but heat) my husband ate them but said he would prefer less heat. I had 2 bites and gave up. Baked brie was amazing I loved the granny Smith apples! My husband loved them too. We also got the hummus duo which has dates on it and I used a date in the brie that was fantastic! I'll ask for that next time! It was the bomb. Hummus duo was good the watermelon radish was beautiful on the plate but gave both hummus a bitter flavor. Shrimp and grits. We live in Alabama currently and this was our least favorite dish of the day. Shrimp were cooked well and so were the grits but there was just something else it needed. Parmesan cheese and some onions maybe. Greek salad delicious. The flash fried chick peas made it. We needed more dressing and the wait staff was prompt and sweet about it. Spicy Lime Ceasar was ok till he requested more dressing then it was amazing. I was afraid of ordering it but the dressing wasn't too spicy . White sangria I had was disappointing it was more of a 1995 wine spritzer than a wine infused with citrus which is the very essence of sangria. It was ok and had I ordered a wine spritzer I would say yummo but I ordered sangria. Pork Belly flat bread was the winner of the night the tomato jam made that dish. I would love more on it next time but we will definitely be ordering that dish again! Yes we had a lot of left over food! But I love sampling a menu and this menu has a lot to offer. We will be back to try 4 or five other things. I look forward to my return.

In a rare turn of events, both kids got the same thing, the Korean chicken bites with the sauce on the side, which was a great decision bc it did have a kick to it. The chicken itself was a bit dry. Both adults also got the pork belly flatbread. I found it a bit unbalanced with too much sauce and not enough other toppings, and the base wasn't as crispy as I prefer. Speaking of crispy, we opted for the appetizer brussel sprouts, and they were a bit chewy and on the not so super crispy side. Service was fine, and glad to have a little break from heavier New Mexican cuisine on this night. Lots of variety on the cocktail and adult beverage menu too.

Itality immediately stood out when I began doing research before my trip to Albuquerque. They…read moredescribe their cuisine as whole plant-based Pueblo food. It includes some items I'd never tried before such as atole (blue corn porridge) and Pueblo-style enchiladas as well as some things more familiar to me like their beans/greens bowl (Fiesta Bowl). I follow a whole foods/plant-based diet and was eager to try nearly every single item on the menu (except for a few deep-fried items), so I actually made 3(!!) trips here during my three-day stay in Albuquerque, and I still didn't even try everything I wanted to. My favorite item was the Feast Bowl, which comes with the bean of the day (e.g. chickpeas or pinto beans), sautéed kale, fresh avocado, and quinoa. It is a smallish portion (good for me because I wanted to try multiple things) and really tasty. A little on the salty side. I ordered this multiple times and would add it to any meal. My next most favorite item was the lentil and green chile soup, which was the "daily kyu-nah" (daily stew) all three days that we went. It was sooo hearty and comforting and delicious, with potato chunks and other veggies and amazing flavor. The next shoutout goes to the tamales, filled with black beans and veggies. Delicious enough for me to order repeatedly. I also loved the atole, a warm and lightly sweetened porridge made from blue corn. A bit reminiscent of cream of wheat. I had a hard time deciding between this and the blue corn waffles which also looked fantastic. I love that they serve breakfast all day. The green omega smoothie was tasty, and I appreciated that it came in a small or large size. The only dish I didn't particularly enjoy was the Pueblo-style enchiladas. It is a single enormous thick whole wheat wrap folded up with kale and zucchini inside. The wrap was infused with red chile powder, and it was extremely salty and rather dry, although the veggie filling was nice. Some of my friends liked this dish, but it wasn't for me. Overall, I loved this restaurant and could have eaten every meal of my trip there. Next time I come to Albuquerque, I'll probably try to stay within walking distance of Itality so it's even easier to go over and over. (Being in the same parking lot as La Montañita Food Co-op was just icing on the cake!)

Hey, that allows for me to eat the fry bread with a little less guilt, OK? I kind of want to eat it with everything. Like my dining partner had a veggie burger in fry bread rather than a boring roll! Genius. I had the tamale platter. I haven't had a tamale in ages, they are rarely a vegan option, so this was a real treat and they are delicious here. It's smothered it in green chile sauce and comes with a side of that damn fry bread. I added a side of guac to make it even more extra. Service is so friendly and there are tables so you can eat in, though take out is also a good option and if I lived in this town, I'd be taking out weekly, no doubt.

We showed up for dinner and immediately noticed a smaller restaurant with the vibe of France. Our server immediately greeted us with warm smiles and sat us down near the front window. He was extremely knowledgeable about the foods and type of wines they had available. Food- WAS AMAZING. We ordered an appetizer and 2 entrees; everything came out in a timely manner. We never felt rushed even when we noticed that the restaurant started to get packed. We will admit there is one guy running the entire front of house, but he did an amazing job catering to everyone. We ordered the Onglet Shallots Hanger Steak and Fruit De Mer. Everything was cooked perfectly and we were informed that everything was made by hand!! Plus we were able to take the flowers home with us! Our server informed us that the vase was from a local shop nearby as well as the flowers! Definitely will be returning to try more on the menu!

We also shared the escargot, because where else can you jump on that opportunity.... The snails were buttery and divine. Very happy with that choice. For the main we shared the beef tenderloin wrapped in pastry, or beef Wellington. This was my favorite part of the meal. It was cooked beautifully, nice rare in the middle. The reduction sauce paired beautifully with the melt in your mouth tenderloin. I wish they had more beer selection, all they had was Heineken and Guinness. But many wines to choose from. It was definitely an experience coming here. Would recommend, but don't forget to make a reservation.

First, this is truly in the city limits, far away from us. The decor tells me this place has been serving people for a long time, since 1999, without looking run down. It was welcoming, in fact! I was surprised that the place evolved to a casual dining format. The people behind the counter were very helpful and kind! It added even more to the welcoming vibe and feeling of this place. The menu had a lot of options and we saw a few good ones before ordering. However, we were here for this green chile burgers so we stuck to our mission. We got some variants though. One of our friends and I ordered the unaltered green chile cheeseburger with bun and fries. The hubby ordered the Abq. stalker, which has guacamole. One of our friends ordered it with flour tortilla and chile cheese fries with red and green chile. And because this was our first time, we got free natillas. The green chile cheeseburger was a decent burger, decently sized, and quite filling for big appetites. The bun gives a nice flavor and texture with the sesame seeds. The flour tortilla can help it be more manageable to eat and finish. The green chile was ok, but not spicy. The patty was well done, and therefore, had little flavor. The guacamole was also ok, but lacked some flavor and made the burger quite messy. The chile cheese fries do give regular fries an extra kick with the salsas. Unfortunately, I could not eat my natilla because custard does not agree with me, but everyone at the table liked the cinnamon mixed with the custard dessert. Overall, the place and people attending this business were the highlight of this visit! They were welcoming and felt like a truly family business. The food was ok, but did need more flavor. Maybe next time we will go for those scrumptious burritos or the adobada plate!
