We used this place at least 10+ times before the pandemic for any customization need. My experience with the shop was not quite good. The vinyl they installed has bubbles. The edge was not straight. Also, when I requested to use vinyl to wrap the trim piece, it always turned out as a liquid wrap. They fail the time commitment on almost every single visit. But I didn't want to complain because the price was cheap. I get what I paid for. But my recent 2 visits really prove to me I shouldn't use them anymore. 1st visit - emblems blackout Chris quoted me a price and I made the appointment. When I get there, the reception gave me a more expensive price. She adjusted to quoted price after she confirmed with Chris several times. Later that day, the reception called me saying the car is ready for pickup. When I arrived (30mins later), she told me they are still peeling off the excess. So I waited for another half hour. Only a few days after, liquid wrap on the front emblem started to fall off. 2nd visit - window tint I showed the reception my conversation with Chris so she gave me that price. After a few hours, she called me saying to charge extras for removing my tint. OK. Then she called again and told me the price Chris quoted me was wrong. Chris quoted me 260 for the windshield and front windows and now she is telling me 200 for the windshield and 75 for each window. It is more expensive than other shops plus they can't do a professional job so I decide to cancel. She told me they already started to remove my tint so that has to be done. OK. She told me it's gonna be 100 to remove it, even it took them only less than 30 mins. OK. When I got there, she showed me an invoice of 200 and told me that's what they charge for removing the tint. For real??? After I got my car back, there were stain all over my roof and mirror. (I guess it's wd-40 they used to remove tint but they didn't cover my car nor clean it afterwards) dirt and tint excess on my mat. I don't know what happened after they move to the new location but just based on my recent experience, I would stay away from them. The price is not as cheap as it used to be. There are lots of shops out there with similar price. But they can do a quality job plus there won't be a story about pricing on each visit. Those two stars are for how friendly and responsive Chris is but other than that they deserve no star. read more

There service was the worse I have ever seen . They show u one color and did another. They burn out your Tesla battery cause they never charge it while your car is in there shop for 2 weeks each time! They forget and lose the Tesla emblems off the car and never put on till the second wrap. Then They were suppose to change a part and they put same broken part on and said because we said fix it meant cover it up with wrap?! What ?! I think when you say fix means fix it not cover up? When we told them about the issues they wanted to charge us again and said we only got discount because they didn't fix part? So where is the discount? When you charge 2 times at discount rate still comes out to be 1 and 1/2 times the retail price of a chrome wrap so total was $5,600! Now if you didn't fix it right the first time how do you think you have the right to ask for client to pay twice? Oh and one more thing I forgot to add on they tinted the lights for 150$and said that was cheap cause they only charged 35$ each light cover? Wow! And I think they could get away with it the first time cause was a girl bringing car in for work done also told my wife ((He said that he's never had to deal with somebody so unbalanced And hard to please )) I said if you done your job right the first time they wouldn't have my wife in there ass so much . But when you pay and always tip and get treated like that? It's unacceptable from any business. Top it all off , Ha! Ya no one wears a mask in the shop ?! He was very responsive and answered all my questions in a straightforward way. Christian went as far as updating me on the progress with videos. He also gave me a very good price for tinting my windows using a ceramic film plus he ceramic coated the whole car after it was wrapped. He also painted my brake calipers. This had to have been one of the worse experiences I've had with tinting any of my vehicles, I was given the complete run around in this whole situation I dropped my vehicle off at dipped auto Works at 9:30am was told that it would be finished in a little bit as in two hours or so which was fine I got a message from someone in regards to my vehicle saying it was done around 4 o'clock so that was fine even though I live all the way in North Las Vegas I drove from there with my two-year-old niece got there and the vehicle wasn't even completed even though they text me and said that it was done so I had to sit in the car when It was 106 outside with my niece waiting for them to finish the vehicle they first told me I mean Teddy first told me that my vehicle will be done by 6 PM then I called back at 6 PM and asked what was going on with inside and paid and the car wasn't finished until 7 o'clock they kept saying that they were going to pull my vehicle around at 6:30 and I was sitting out there for 30 minutes for them just to pull my vehicle out then I just get my vehicle back and I see that they replaced my license plate cover with one of their plastic covers even though I had a chrome license plate cover already they said that it was in the car I looked around and it's nowhere to be found this business is a scam and they're liars, this place is a joke Will not refer an enemy That was a big game they where playing I'm not some dumb girl you can take advantage of ! Just don't if you are considering this shop for tint. We had them do 4 cars on the same day. All 4 had issues with the tint from jagged cut edges to ripples to micro and large bubbles/fingers all the way to dust trapped under the tint. The owner, Christian, agreed to redo the work but after several tries on 3 of the 4 cars, we gave up and just got full or partial refunds. (1 star workmanship, 2 stars for trying to own their mistakes with redos and refunds) It appears that the tint is done in the same shop as body work, hence the issues with dust. I had to have the tint completely removed and redone at another shop. I just couldn't see out my front window due to the cloudiness caused by the dust that was trapped under the tint. read more

Took in my corvette to get my wheels powder coated and my mirrors painted. They turned out amazing. There was a slight imperfection in the metallics of the black (barely noticeable but I'm OCD) and they offered to keep the car one more day to repaint it all (they repainted, not color sanded) at no extra cost and without complaint! The paint work was sprayed really well, only light orange peel. Metallics were laid down smooth and evenly. The wheels were done perfect and for an amazing price. I told them the price of another company and they price matched it! I arrived for an APPOINTMENT that I had made 2 weeks prior, on time and ready to go. Not to mention, I had called the day prior to make sure everything was in order and asked a few questions. Upon approaching the desk, I was told they were booked and another appointment could be made for 2 weeks from now. I ran through a few scenarios in my head of what I wanted to do and I decided to either powder coat or paint my rims for now. I went on to yelp and did a search and found Christian and Bailey of Dipped auto works. They responded super fast to all the questions I had and were able to schedule me at a time convenient to me. The day had come and they even called me before to confirm I was coming. At this point, to be honest, I was expecting to roll up to a business building only to find me driving to a house, in which I was a little bit skeptical about. BUT DONT BE SCARED OR WORRIED! I met Christian and Bailey and they went on to tell me about themselves and what they do. They were super friendly, let me ask all the questions I wanted, and were extremely professional. These Vegas Born guys definitely know what they are doing and I am always proud to support local businesses. Now for the work they do. I am SO HAPPY with the job they did. first of all I want to say that I didn't even want a wrap. I wanted a dip and it would only make sense for me to take my car to DIPPED auto works. I had made an appointment weeks in advance to bring my car in and was told it would be 3-4 days. After a week of not having my car and not hearing one word from them, I reached out and was told they didn't have everything they needed to start. at that point I was annoyed because they hadn't even touched my car and it was there longer then they told me the whole project would be finished. If they didn't have everything they needed they should have called me at least the day before my appointment and i would have rescheduled for when they had it rather then leaving me without my car for a week just because they didn't have supplies. At this point i'm working 3 jobs and without a car...kinda need my car. After about a week and a half and still not hearing any updates my dad went down there where my car was still in the original color and they said they would do it that day. That night I got a message saying that it came out like shit, which it did. They rushed doing my car and they screwed up. So christian gave me an option, either they overnight more dip and give me a discount or get a wrap for the same price they would charge me for the dip. Since they failed to dip the car the first time (even though it's PART OF THEIR COMPANY NAME) why would I trust them to do it again. So I took the wrap offer seeing on their instagram that they were fully capable of doing a wrap. not the case. They left dip all over my car, scraps of dip all in my car, and the wrap looked like shit. Now I get it, I don't drive a lamborghini or a ferrari, I drive a vw jetta but I promise my car means more to me then the people who paid to have luxury cars. And just because i'm a girl doesn't mean I don't know shit about wraps. When I got the car back there was peeling corners, scratches in the wrap, texture under the wrap from them ripping off the clear coat of paint and not informing me, wrinkles and holes in the door jams, they didn't pull the wrap evenly under my car and it looks butchered, there was obvious overlapping, there was dip all over my car, my window trims were torn off and poorly put back on to where they stick off the car. But little did they know that I did my research on wraps and I build my car and am part of a team. This means I park my car at car meets and shows where hundreds of people see it. And when I have people coming up to me saying "geez who fucked up your wrap" i'm actually proud to say their name for one and say "dipped auto works did it". and I understand that I didn't pay the normal full price for a wrap, but I didn't pay that much because THEY fucked up and that's the price THEY OFFERED to me. That shouldn't mean because I paid less for their mistakes they get to do a shit job. After showing christian the issues I had with the wrap he told me everything was fixable. So I took it back to have everything fixed. But it seems like nothing was fixed. Their definition of fixing things was to put scraps of black wrap over their mistakes and they couldn't even "buff out" the scratches. They just wiped the dip off the edges of the car when the entire underneath of my car is covered in dip because they didn't properly tape it off, and my window trim was still popping off my car. They never communicated with me from day one until I told them I was coming back for them to fix it. At this point I would have been happier with a refund and the wrap torn off and take it somewhere else where they'll treat my car with respect no matter what and not only favor luxury cars. A waste of my time going back and fourth for a month. At this point i was so tired of it and it was very clear they were not going to fix it and i had to accept it. And now there are people in the car community who have told me "I will never take my car there. thank you" I scheduled my appointment May 13th Took it in June 1st Didn't get it back until June 14th not including having to take it back and get things fixed. It was at the end of June that I just gave up on them trying to fix it you can't tell me they let their lamborghinis leave looking like this. and if they're capable of doing a luxury car they sure as hell can do a vw read more
