They offer $406 to basically take it back. So I'm looking at a $407.31 "dump fee" for them to take it away. Delivered the fridge w/o the shelves! Even at the exchange, there's nothing comparable w/o having to shell more money out and at this point I don't know if I would want to do business again. If I don't get anyone to contact me with a resolution I'll have to leave negative reviews and seek legal counsel to get this resolved. I have homes that I need a decent fridge but nothing with a gouge or a huge dent! I should have just bought at Best Buy. I will be disputing with my CC so they can come haul it to the trash! At this point we were asked to provide documentation and receipts and, almost 5 months later, finally received a refund for an agreed upon amount. Obviously the refund is much appreciated, but I still plan on doing future purchases with a reputable vendor who does not tamper with manufacturer's stickers and serial numbers (Any manufacturer warranties/recalls are void without the sticker containing serial numbers). Hopefully they stop this shady business practice moving forward!

The only options you have are to cancel appointment , change appt or confirm. That's it. American Freight rescheduled service but gave me a number to request a different service man. The only negative thing is that the automated Jenny leaves you messages about delivery time and there's no one to talk to during weekends. I needed at least 30 minutes before the delivery was on its way to my home but couldn't talk to anyone to tell them that. they gave me a 2 hr window and they showed up 15 minutes before that window. It all worked out at the end, but being ableist to communicate with the delivery driver would be nice. I have bought all the appliances for my homes at Spencers for years, the delivery is usually the next day.
