Obviously the refund is much appreciated, but I still plan on doing future purchases with a reputable vendor who does not tamper with manufacturer's stickers and serial numbers (Any manufacturer warranties/recalls are void without the sticker containing serial numbers). The only negative thing is that the automated Jenny leaves you messages about delivery time and there's no one to talk to during weekends. I needed at least 30 minutes before the delivery was on its way to my home but couldn't talk to anyone to tell them that. they gave me a 2 hr window and they showed up 15 minutes before that window. It all worked out at the end, but being ableist to communicate with the delivery driver would be nice.
