I run Dirt King Lower control arms for the Nissan Xterra 2005 S model (for the Titan suspension swap) . I had them installed in 2012, I was one of the first kids on the block to run them on the Nissan Xterra. I ran that set of LCAs for 12 years and upon the last front end upgrade we noticed that the cups for the ball joints had finally worn out. AFTER 12 YEARS!! This is after an 8 thousand mile trip to Deadhorse Alaska, 6 trips to Moab UT for GONEMOAB events(a weeks worth of rock crawling for each event), and 5 trips to Baja California as well as numerous trips to the Sierras and Black Rock Desert in my own back yard. So I ordered another set of NEW Dirt King LCAs installed them and ordered the ball joint cups and ball joints to rebuild the old LCAs. The old LCAs have found a good home for a younger guy willing to rebuild them on his own to save a few bucks. Dirt King offers rebuilding services and has a Jig for the installation of cups to the "bulletproof" boxed lower control arms. I look forward to another 12 years of service and plan to visit Alaska and Baja many more times on my 2nd set of Dirt King Lower Control Arms. read more

If you're on the fence about working with Dirt King or purchasing a Dirt King product, do it! I pre-ordered the 2.5 series DK shocks in late November and I was regularly updated on estimated delivery dates and was very happy with that. The DK team was very responsive and alleviated any concerns I had about shipping, the product, or install. Everything arrived and was packaged very carefully and there was no damage on any of the products. There was a small mistake with one of the reservoir mounts and DK sent me out a new one via next day air shipping just to make sure I had it for my planned install date! I purchased Dirt King's 4130 upper control arms for my 2020 Tacoma. The instructions were thorough and easy to follow. The best part being, I was able to easily install these UCAs without having to bend or damage any sheetmetal in my wheel well. Other UCAs instruct you to bend pinch welds out of the way and paint the marred metal to prevent rust so that the UCA pivot bolt can be reused. Not Dirt King. By including new pivot bolts in the kit, Dirt King thought of everything for a clean, damage-free install. Cutting the bolt heads of the original pivot bolts was easy and prevented me from doing permanent damage to my truck. I appreciate this level of attention to detail. I would definitely do business with Dirt King again. read more

Swapped to Dirt King UCAs on my Toyota FJ before a dune weekend and I'm impressed. The front end now feels planted instead of floaty. Steering precision is the standout: inputs translate cleanly, so carving lines on side hills and through chop is predictable. The ride is firmer--in a good way--so the truck doesn't wallow between whoops, and bump-steer is noticeably reduced. Cresting and re-entries feel controlled rather than vague. I forgot the lads name up front but he was very helpful and helped me narrow down which Baja Design lights would be better for my truck setup. I've been running the Dirt King 4130 upper control arms with my Kings 2.5 extended-travel coilovers, and honestly the combo works way better than I expected. The UCAs let the Kings use the full travel without binding, and the front end just feels way smoother over bumps and washboard. Steering feels tighter, alignment came out perfect, and the truck feels a lot more controlled even with my bigger tires. read more

great quality spindle with a easy install will have your truck looking right from a technician standpoint the lift works great apart from having to shim my calipers which was not mentioned in the installation instructions and would not recommend if you do not know how to press in and out steering stubs but apart from that it is a great lift with great ride quality read more
