I recently moved to the Inland Empire area from LA, and i was a bit worried about having to go through the hassle of searching for a new groomer. I saw their grooming trailer driving around town, and I decided to inquire the following day. From the start i was answered promptly with a nice greeting from the owner. I asked many questions in regards to pricing, and how long the service would take, and if they had experience with dogs with a bit of anxiety, since my dog tends to be very afraid when being left at the groomers. Jay was very helpful in explaining how mobile grooming would be a great fit for my dog. Overall, the pricing for the service was fair, but a little more than i'm used to since i've only ever taken my dog to a local shop and this company only offered mobile. After much consideration, i decided to give Dirty 2 Flirty a try. Booking was also very fast and easy, but did have to wait a couple of weeks to get in, but it was totally worth the wait. The level of professionalism and prompt responses when I first inquired was amazing! Fast forward to 4 days ago, my dog finally got groomed by this company, and i'm in love! During the pandemic they followed all precautions which made me feel safe. I trust them so much that they have the code to enter my home to give my furry family member some self care if i am away at work. This way Chewy doesn't have to wait due to my busy schedule. He also gets so excited when he sees Kristen and Jay which gives me so much reassurance that he is loved when in their care. Kristen also provides me with any updates regarding his fur or if she spots any concerns during the grooming process. The communication is great and every time I reach out they are quick to reply. The price for the convenience is totally worth it. They also provide a cute little hand made bow or bandanna which is a nice little touch. They are great at communication. Very nice and had brought safety measures likes street cones and even a wet floor sign! One of them speaks Spanish which is great for my Spanish speaking family. They were timely and asked great questions about my dog. Only took about 1 hr and 10ish mins but my dog is a senior. So I appreciate the extra time for him. Gave him a cute bow. While living with my parents, it was my responsibility to get the dogs groomed. I moved out to another city and my mom wasn't comfortable driving the dogs, so it had been awhile since they had been groomed. They looked rough and needed the works. One day, on my way to their house I drove past the dirty 2 flirty truck and snapped a pic with their info. I passed it along to my dad who tried to voice text the business but as It goes he sent a message that made no sense. Dirty 2 flirty was very patient with us while getting all of the info needed. Wow such an amazing company. I was referred to them by my usual groomers, Riverside Pet Groomers. I have a senior dog who is handicapped. They suggested this company because the owner, Wendy used to work for them. They took extra special care of my baby. They called and texted me through the whole appointment. It was such a great experience. My baby was so cute and best of all when she was done she was not sore or had any issues with walking. I can't say enough positive things about these ladies!! They are a mobile groomers and are super kind and considerate. Please use them and keep them busy!! Pricing is completely fair and a wonderful deal!! I usually pay about $120 at the groomers and when she's done she is usually unable to walk for a couple days. But these ladies where so quick and efficient that my baby had no problems after. They bathed her, shaved her, conditioned her and even flea treated her and her nails were trimmed. I really can't remember all they did for only $130. I called around to many places and mobile groomer, no one would touch her for under $150 minimum. I don't have a before picture but she has a very thick coat and she was over grown almost to matted hair. She looks amazing now and she is so comfortable!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! read more

I'm not sure why you have changed your response 32 times but every time you do, we get a notification. I left my review over 1 month ago, not sure why it took so long to reply or notice. I don't need your lies on Yelp, this is what YELP is for. I was a paying customer. Molly was washed by you during COVID, 3 times, i needed a service due too the fact that no one took new dogs during the pandemic. The length of the wash decreased every single time starting from 45 min to 30 min down to 12 min. Along side; the prices seemingly got higher. All of sudden there was a "late fee" per below, but in person you told us you "raised your price" and your first response to my review you said you "raised your price" yet you had the audacity to say i ripped you off. I don't know what type of business owners you are, but my REVIEW stands. The only story that is changing is yours, 32 times to be exact. And just a Tip.
