We were in the mood for Ramen but didn't feel to driving to our usual places in Orlando. We found Dirty Noodz in Cocoa Beach, only a twenty minute drive. Weather was nasty but we ventured out anyway. We were lucky to have found parking right in front of the spot. This is a small cozy restaurant, you order at the counter. I went for the pork star ramen and a peach static dirty soda. My kid ordered the dirty cow rice bowl and a tomomasu watermelon soda. They bring the food to the table by the way. The food was delicious, it completely met our expectations. I really wanted to try the Ube ice-cream but they had ran out. Definitely worth checking it out. Our bill for two with no alcoholic drinks and tip include was $60.00.

New ramen spot in town. Has the bao buns which were so soft and flavor. The location was busy for a new opening with music playing. Staff are friendly and looks like it will have much success as all the tables we're full.

Very tasty Raman noodles. My dish was a little salty but they gave an another dish and it was good. Their menu is very confusing and their seats are very hard on your bun. I'm sure they are working on the gremlins. Great environment and the staff is very friendly. Try it.

I had the Bang Bang fried chicken bao and the Pork Star Ramen. It was very tasty. But curious as to why the ramen didn't have any broth.

The space is great with a large outdoor tiki bar with plenty of outdoor tables, all right across the street from the beach. It has that relaxed, breezy vibe you want in a beachside spot. Service was friendly and attentive from the moment we sat down, and the food was delicious. The nachos are da bomb! It was a very hot day, and the draft beer wasn't quite as cold as I prefer, but that's not unusual for outdoor taps, so it didn't take away from the experience. The only real downside is the parking. It's street parking only, and it's very limited. We found a spot with a 90‑minute limit, and our waitress let us know they're strict about enforcing it. By the time you factor in walking to and from the restaurant, it doesn't leave as much time as we would've liked to hang out and enjoy the atmosphere. Fortunately for us, a wicked storm was rolling in just as we were leaving, so the timing worked out. Overall, we enjoyed it and I'm looking forward to going back, hopefully with better parking luck next time.

We felt so well taken care of from the moment we arrived, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I also really loved that the restaurant is split into two spaces. Hands-down the best in Melbourne! Perfectly cooked, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. We'll definitely be back -- this is one of those places you're excited to share with friends!

At our server's suggestion, we had the Bread service with the "cheese whose name I can't remember", and it was so good! A soft, almost Brie cheese, if that helps. I tried to write its name down, but it was too long and too French. My daughter had the Carpaccio, and Rebellion did it right ( unlike the other place where we had it this week- whose name will not be disclosed). It was a little bit of salad and a lot of carpaccio! Yum. The perfect ratio. My wife's Red snapper special was amazing, and the menu staple of Charred pork chop I ordered just melted in my mouth. Such good flavors! Long live the Rebellion!

Our server (I wish I remembered his name), took his time to explain every item on the menu and help us pick out things we would like. When we got to Coa they instructed us to head over to the sandwich shop and wander through the freezer door. What a cool idea! Their "hidden" not so hidden lounge is fantastic. Super cool for a date night or girls night out. It was really quiet and intimate. The drinks were phenomenal! Our bartenders were the best. Fantastic conversation, great vibes, and super attentive. The lounge itself if beautiful, very comfortable with an upscale atmosphere. The food was good but not my favorite. The lobster roll was good but there was so much going on with it that it just didn't highlight the lobster meat and the amount of wasabi pearls were kind of overpowering. I ate what I could of the meat and abandoned the rest. I had a bite of his wagyu hotdog was good. We will absolutely be back when we return on our next visit. This is the perfect landing spot for a quiet evening after a day of traveling to get to Cocoa.
