My windshield had been broken by a branch in my driveway during a storm and the damage was bad enough that I had no choice but to replace it. I called ten places for quotes all over town. I drive a Jaguar,and I had been quoted close to and over $600 at other places. They really understood that my budget was tight because I recently went back to shcool. Even though I made a mistake on the type of windshield I thought I needed (regular or electric), they still honored a price very close to the original quoted price even though what I needed was much more expensive. You do not have to look any further for you auto glass needs! Took in my 2021 Bronco Sport for a chip repair on Thursday... the chip repair was unsuccessful due to the location of the chip, but the manager told me to come back today for the chip to be filled instead. Well over the weekend, the chip became a crack and then crack became longer within a few minutes. Today, the manager said we would have to replace the windshield instead. He got the job done within the day and I was shocked to find out how low the price was... wayyyyyy less than any deductible that insurance covers! They also kept my car tidy and clean. I had my windshield replaced while my car was in the body shop getting some work done and the technician replaced the mount for my dash cam on upside down. When I called them to have it put back on right side up they told me that they would come to my work place and redo it for me so I didn't have to waste my time going to their shop. I had water on front floorboards of my car. One estimate was for $567 to replace all the seals on windshield and side windows. A friend suggested Discount Auto for another opinion. They came to my place of employment to see if I needed windshield/seals. They recommended I take my car to their shop for a pressure test. It wasn't the seals but something mechanical. I had a drivers side window that was shattered and my insurance wanted me to go to Safelite. They wanted $500 to replace it and they charge $49 to come to you. Discount Auto Glass replaced my car windshield in June. A couple days ago I noticed it was leaking while it was raining. I contacted the company and scheduled an appointment to have them come to my house. Shawn, the technician, called prior to arriving. He repaired the window in 15 minutes.
