I'm so pleased with this business.. I first came in years ago to have work done and they were quick and efficient.. Recently my car started having issues and I needed my clutch repaired or replaced.. I called and was initially told 2-3 weeks before I could get in then was told I could actually bring it in same day.. i was quoted a reasonable price for the whole replacement and a 2-3 day time period before it would be ready,. I dropped my car off and was told it may be a simpler issue and could cost less! I kept my fingers crossed and called back the next days they were half and hour from being done! Way less time than I expected and way convenient for me. When I got there there they said it was the lesser charge as I didn't need the whole replacement!! THANK YOU FOR THAT!! An honest place who wasn't trying to make money off me.. a self proclaimed "clueless about cars" kind of gal. I drove it off their lot and she's as good as new.. it's like a new car. I'm so happy with the all around service and would highly recommend. They also take Car Credit/Syncrony which is also very convenient. Will definitely go back if ever needed. I came in to get my ignition switch replaced. They said they don't do that because my car might get stolen. (What?) So, I ask them who does do that? The locksmith at Fred Meyers. I told them another locksmith told me they don't fix the switch, they only fix the ignition cylinder and it wasn't needing repair Turmy key turns. They said the locksmith at Fred Meyer could fix it. No. He said the same thing the first one did. and said I needed a mechanic. Turns out the locksmiths were correct and know more about the cars then the mechanics. I got my ignition switch replaced by a guy, it would have took the mechanics 5 minutes with the correct part. No problems with my chipped key. This company knows nothing about cars. read more

So I am giving this place 5 stars for customer service. I called around to many detail places & the son of the dealership owner, Roni, was Super considerate, knowledgeable and KIND. They deserve 5 stars for detail as well. My 2008 Prius came back like it came off the line. They even buffed out yellow paint (I had scraped a parking pole). This is a family dealership with a delicious dog named Oso, who I wanted to take home. Sadly, I just learned they no longer do detailing due to their high volume of inventory. However, given my experience and other Yelp reviews, I am totally going to use them for my next automotive needs. read more

Listen I think the shop folks here are fine, and for car salesman, they aren't jerks. But here's the thing, if you take your car to them, make sure there is nothing of value in it. They've got a standard sign most businesses have stating they aren't responsible for lost or stolen items. Make sure you're prepared to have items lost and stolen. They kept my car unlocked and off camera and it was rifled through and had a brand new OBD 2 code reader that was stowed away and not visible stolen out of it. They admitted that they left my vehicle unlocked while it was in their care and that it was not on camera. Had I known those two facts about their vehicle storage policies I never would have left my vehicle with them. Maybe you should consider this information, and consider further that while my vehicle was repaired, i had the unpleasant experience of being robbed then lied to and told they would make right. Between having the part delivered to them in a reasonable amount of time, fitting me into an appointment slot and getting my in & out in an hour was amazing!! These guys are great! I came in with my blazer because there was smoke and leaky antifreeze. I had a busted heater core. They diagnosed that right away. I also had my check engine light on for a few days and was told that was unrelated. I just wanted them to fix the heater core. They quoted me 450 which is CHEAP compared to what I had researched it was going to be online. They kept it overnight, which was no problem and had it done by noon the next day. Not only that, they fixed whatever was making my check engine light come on at the same time at no extra charge! I highly recommend these guys! No fuss at all! If I have another problem they will be the first place I go. read more

Just great people. We purchased a vehicle from their used auto shop, Autobon Auto Sales, which is on the same property, and were very impressed. Emile went above and beyond to take care of us. My husband and I were in need of a safe, reliable car for our kids to share. After hours of looking we came in to look at a specific vehicle that caught our eyes from the inventory posted on their website. Emile made a special trip that evening (after hours) to meet us at his shop. After we explained that we needed an additional vehicle for our teenagers, he steered us in the direction of another car of the same make and model, which happened to cost less than the original vehicle we intended to check out. He said "if this was for my son, I would choose this car over that car". He explained his reasoning which made good sense to us and we drove home with a new car to surprise our kids. They were beyond thrilled and we were very satisfied. From that point on we have chosen Discount Auto to service our other vehicles.
