I ran over something that dented the inner part of my front rim and they not only recommended me to another place that could easily fix it and in a short time period but they were also able to order me new tires for my car overnight so I could take back my fixed rim and they replaced all my tired the next day. It only took one afternoon, they also fixed my alignment so it was riding so smooth after everything was done. The first time I went to them back in May 2018 I was lucky to work with a manager, Paul, who was friendly, helpful, and exceeded all expectations of how customers should be treated. He took the time to listen to me, give me the best deal, and make me feel welcomed. I bought a full set of tires and have been satisfied ever since. Fast forward to today and one of my tires decided to get flat out of nowhere. Actually I blame it on the parking lot at work. I called and they told me to come in right away. If you don't like your job don't work there especially in the service industry. They do not greet you when you walk in the door, they do not call you to notify you that your vehicle is ready. I got an amazing deal on kumo tires here. They let me drop my car off the night before and called me when it was done to pick it up, such great customer service!They also did a full inspection on my car as well and let me know my shocks were in need of replacement very soon. However, I decided to just get the tires and they didn't try to talk me into buying something I didn't want. Almost a year later and I haven't had any issues with my tires. I had them rotated recently and they are still running strong! I will definitely keep this in place in mind for my next tire purchase. read more

I have never seen a more lazy individual than the bald guy at the clovis location. Instead of just telling me there's no time left in the day to change my tires out because I showed up at 5. Instead I'm left sitting for 20min waiting for him till he finally acknowledges me. Then he came up with some bs excuse about a date on my tires. Which are brand new, bought 2 days earlier with sticker still on them from local tire distributor. I personally never seen or heard of this date ever mentioned to me by ANY other tire company, it seemed he pointed at some random numbers. This place was EMPTY. If he is a manager he should be let go, he costing your business money cause he is lazy. Extremely poor with service and a disappointment to the clovis community. I went there for a flat repair. The guy at the counter was extremely friendly efficient and a hard worker. It took longer than expected to fix my flat. They ended up ransacking my car looking for a lug lock that did not exist. I found my glove box my center consul and my back spare tire area completely gone through. And at the end of it all they never put on the valve cap that went with the tire. Completely disappointing. All they had to do was ask me first about the lock. Totally violated read more

Paul gave me a great deal on some tires , I called 6 other places and compared the prices and huge difference in the price. I wanted two tires with 70,000 miles guaranteed and received a great quote. He saved my information but when I gave Ray the quote number it didn't come up however Perry honored the price. He didn't give me a hard time about the $5 coupon on Yelp either despite the fact I already had a discounted rate. For some reason the total was $213.00 but Paul told me $205 and I told perry, he took care of it. I didn't know I could purchase lifetime warranty, first time I've heard of a place offering that service. Maybe I haven't been paying attention. It's an additional $100. When I arrived the next day he not only remembered speaking with me, but drew up several options so I could make an informed decision. The tires I selected weren't in stock but they sent out a runner to get them right away! I appreciate that he did not try to sell me services that I didn't need or talk down to me which can sometimes be the case when a woman is dealing with auto repair/service. Took my 2006 Mustang GT with customs rims to have rear tires put on, these Are black cobra rims. Every seemed ok until 5 months later when I was cleaning the rims for a car show, that's when I saw the old tape from the weights on the rims. So I started you rub it off with my finger, that's when I saw the deep scratches where they had used what looked like a screw driver to remove the old weights! Now I work at a dealership where we use plastic chisels to remove weights, discount tire told it is normal to use screwdrivers to remove weights, WHAT? If You have powder coated rims don't go there for tire mounting and balance. Update, just meet with the V.P. from Discount Tire, he inspected my wheels and is going to have them touched up. Making appointments here is pointless if you have all day to wait then this is the place for you. This is the second service I've had done at this location.
