However, my TPMS regustered the tires pressure in all 4 tires. Their explanation was that it was it broke of and was rolling inside the tire. They stated they it didn't have to be connected to the valve stem to register the pressure in the tire. They broke it and then offered to replace it for $95. They broke it removing the old tire. I just wish they would have taken accountability and fixed as a reputable business should. After researching this and watching several tire removals, the installer has to be careful to avoid this. I'm never going here again. Please beware. When I asked them about it, they said that they could put it in the tire to allow it to roll around and register the pressure. I took 2)- wire spoke wheels w/tires mounted to check balance. He introduced me to his balance expert and then they both checked and adjusted the balance weights for me. The outstanding part of this story is this was at 'No Charge'... I haven't seen this type of service since I was a kid...(ol' guy'). I didn't have time at that moment but returned later in the day to have the tire checked. Because of the great warranty provided by discount tire, they were able to repair my tire at no charge! Totally worth the warranty. Not only that, but I arrived at 545 and they close at 6. There was no complaining, no come back tomorrow, no we don't have time to do that! I was greeted with several friendly faces and told it was no problem and they would fix it tonight. About a week ago, I called and spoke with a woman who quoted me $140 for front brake replacement, or $65 labor if I brought my own brake pads. I arrived today with the amount I had been quoted and expected my vehicle to at least be inspected before discussing any additional repairs. Instead, before anyone even looked at my car, an employee came to my window and immediately told me it would be $340. I explained that I was concerned because that was much higher than the quote I had received and asked if someone could inspect the vehicle first since I mentioned I might also need rotors. Rather than listening or explaining the difference, he became dismissive, said "Bye, friend," and walked away. I waited another 10 minutes before going inside to ask if someone could simply look at my vehicle. I was told, "I'm busy," while I watched other customers be helped. After waiting even longer, I asked to speak with the manager, who I later learned was the owner. Instead of hearing my concerns, he immediately defended his employee, told me I had already upset him, and refused me service without even asking what had happened. I wasn't upset about paying for necessary repairs--I simply wanted my vehicle inspected first and an explanation for why the quoted price had changed so drastically. The lack of communication, professionalism, and respect was extremely disappointing, especially after being a loyal customer for years. Unfortunately, after today's experience, I won't be returning.

Now if you follow my yelps you know I'm frugal...I looked at my go to discount tires and even at Walmart but no installs available until next week. Drove past Tire Mart, and as soon as I got out I was greeted by the manager Mohammed who asked me what I needed. We discussed and went with new tires on the front and slightly used on the back. He got right to work and all I had to do was sit in the waiting room. Where I noticed they also do oil changes, tire disposal, and oil disposals. The waiting room is quiet and not super crowded. The weather channel was playing and there were 4 adults sitting in the room. One of the men in the room said he trust tire mart and he has been coming here 25 years. Mohammed came and told me one of my tires was good and he didn't see me needing to replace it!!! What the what he came to tel me I didn't need to spend the money They have a whole little room with tires, all kinds.
