Highly recommend this location. We used to go to the Lake Worth location before Azle got a Discount Tire. The staff is as friendly if not more friendly than the Lae Worth location (both are great) but Azle hardly ever has a wait, even when it appears to be busy. They never pressure you with pushy sales pitches and always take care of what I stop by for. Their prices are very reasonable! I've been in the automotive world for about 20yrs. Wheels/tires are something I frequently change on all my vehicles (I've owned over 25 vehicles over the years). I usually stay away from big business tire shops and use mom & pop shops simply due to price inflation and the overly aggressive "sales". I just moved to this area from out of state, so I've lost my network of shops. I called Wednesday to get a pair of tires mounted and balanced (off the car, I was just bringing in the pair). They were slammed so I made an appointment for Friday morning. I show up and the first question is "did your tech tell you how much it would cost?"... immediately knowing where he was going... in my experience mount and balance usually costs around $35 for a loose tire. The sales guy said ,"yea, it's going to be $85 a tire." I was SHOCKED & pissed at the same time. I replied, "for the pair right?" He confirmed, "no, $85 each." Then proceeds to tell me, it's because they're "low profile tires".. it's a 35 series on a 245. The fact is, there's no difference in mounting attire other than it requires a tire tech to work instead of having a machine do it all on its own. I wasn't mad at the fact of the price as much as I know this company gets over on people that are un knowledgeable on what things should cost. So, I drove 1 mile to Walmart and had the same tires "low profile "mounted for $11 each and balanced for $15 each. I would highly encourage people to shop around before using discount tire as they seem to be the type of shop that will take advantage of their unknowledgeable customers on one of the easiest automotive jobs. read more

Thisbis the second discount Tire shop ive visited first one scuffed up my new rims and this one must have lost the center caps and replaced them woth some random ones they had laying around only reason I noticed was because one was missing and the other one had some old generic center cap they are small around 3" in diameter but needless to say I will never get tires at discount tires again sad to say walmart does a way better job then discount Tire technicians probably the worst experience ive had if I could give them a zero start rating it would be what they really deserve but I cant. read more

I needed a tire repaired after picking up a screw. It caused a very slow leak, nothing major. The screw was fairly close to the sidewall therefor I was concerned they wouldn't be able to patch it but they could at least plug the hole. As I anticipated, the service rep said the hole might be to close to the sidewall to patch but they wouldn't know for sure until they pulled the tire off the rim. I responded by saying if that's the case, just plug it. It is what it is. He said if they can't patch it, they can't plug it either. Which is 100% incorrect, I've plugged more tires than I can count. The service rep then said if they determine the hole is unrepairable after they pull the tire of the rim, they would REFUSE to put my tire back on the rim. I told him that wouldn't work for me. I said just don't pull the screw before taking the tire off the rim, if the hole is to close to the sidewall to patch, leave the screw in, put the tire back in the rim and I'll plug it myself. He said they would still refuse to put my tire back on the rim and force me to buy a new one. Mike's Tire Shop in Azle had it plugged in 5 minutes for $15 with no leaks. Mike's Tire Shop is the way to go. read more

I called today to see if they had a tire to replace mine that is under warranty. I picked up a screw at lunch that's close to the radius which they would most likely replace. I told Trevor I was going to plug it to get home. He then asked if I had a spare and that if I keep plugging the tires they would stop warranting the tires. I asked if he wanted me to stop at every gas station to fill up the tire or call a tow truck so that I wouldn't have leave the car at the office. And when I asked for the manager to call me he replied with "I am the senior Manager today". I'm sure that his story will be different and I doubt the Manager will call me back. It is just frustrating when you deal with folks like this. I won't return to this store. read more

I've been a customer of Discount Tire for decades and have visited the Azle location several times since they opened. Always great service. My experience today, 6/5/24, was exceptional. I ordered 4 trailer tires online for my 5th wheel and requested that they not ship me old tires since trailer tires have a limited lifespan, typically 5 years. Showed up today for my install and found the date code on my tires was 1724, meaning they were manufactured late April of this year. Not only were my tires fresh, the crew had me back on the road in about 30 minutes. Extremely happy with my purchase and service! read more

Stopped in to get a new tire. After watching people, who got here after me, leave with thier new tires, I asked them why and they told me they could not find my car? Really? You couldn't find the only Genesis in the parking lot? Finally, after two hours, I was anxious to leave so I paid the bill, only to discover they did not include hazzard, so that was another bill. Then I asked if they topped off all the tires and was told "We always top off the tires to 3 PSI over what it says on the door." Really? Then tell me why the tire pressures were 35, 37, 37 and 38. What "door" were you looking at? If you are too lazy to do the work, just say so. Nothing worse than a bunch of liars. read more
