I have been using discount tires since I got my first car, they have never done me wrong. The day before thanksgiving I had to get new tires to be able to make the drive out to see family. I knew it was going to be busy so I made an appointment and chose my tires online. It was going smoothly until Kali pointed out to me that I had bought the completely incorrect tire for the season. He found me some tires that were in my price range and would work, unfortunate I had to come back later in the day. When I came back later, after waiting for two hours longer than I had planned, Kali came out to talk to me and he let me know the tires he recommended he didn't have in stock. Before I could say anything he let me know that he had upgraded my tires, took away the service charge and that I would only pay for the original tires. He provided exceptional service that he certainly didn't have to, I ultimately drove away with better tires and still in my budget. The guys at Discount Tire are fantastic! I took my car in today, around 4pm, and they were swamped. With the forecast for tomorrow and the day after being for 4-8 inches of snow, it looked like everyone and their mother was trying to get in to get new tires. I only had to wait a couple of minutes, and was quickly and pleasantly helped by Jake. I asked him if it would be possible to get the tires done that day, since they close at 6pm, and he said that it would be a long wait, but not a problem. I explained to him that I would also need to get tires on my husband's car as well, who was on his way, and Jake said it would also be no problem. I wasn't expecting the guys there to be so friendly and helpful, so this was a fantastic start. I showed Jake the tires I had found for my car on-line, and he was able to get me a better price than what I had quoted on my print out. He also didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff that I didn't want or need, and when I told him that I wasn't in the market for one of the automatic insurance options that pops up on the bill, he took it off without hassling me. When my husband got there, he was able to find some great tires for his car as well, and was able to keep both sets within a price range that worked for us. I couldn't be more happy with the service that I received at this Discount Tire location, and I will be telling all my friends and family to go there for their tire needs. Went there today for a tire change. First person to greet me was a guy named Damien. Very polite, professional and soft spoken. Although what I wanted didn't work out he was diligent and made sure to find a solution for my BMW X5. I truly appreciate customer service like this because it can be really frustrating when things don't work the way we want but when people like Damien are there, it made it all worth while. It has been a crazy season for these tire shops and I have struggled to get an appointment for a tire swap. I came to this location as it was near work and I thought that a swap was about $60..... I have swapped my tires out every fall and spring and this is what I expected..... wrong... this location charged $149. I had a leak in my tire and I brought it to Discount Tire to get repaired or replaced. They pulled it in and found a large nail which was the cause. They patched the tire and verified it was fixed. Parents were discount people. I handle the cars so I've carried tradition on to my family. Will not ever do business again. They flat out refused to put my new tires on the front, and my 8k tires on the back. Hence, in 5k when I go to rotate my rear will be more like 5k tires, and my front will be closer to 17k (because front wears faster). After flat out refusing to do as I asked despite being "advised of the risks" he told me I could always come back in a month and then rotate... as if customers rotating their tires a MONTH after going into the shop isn't laughable. PS don't buy into their whole "putting the best tire on the rear is safest". It's probably more of a ploy to keep you from A) buying 4 tires at a time (2 will wear out WAYY faster) and B) keeps you using their store (it's too inconvenient to go to one shop for the front tires, and another shop for the rear on rotations) Truth is : whenever you rotate your tires you are ALWAYS putting the less tread on the rear. It's physics. So how could it be "safer" if it's actually impossible to do that? Never going back, and love preaching to everyone I know how much Discount has let politics and profit-turning make their decisions as opposed to keeping customers coming back. Sean read more

This store has been extremely busy this month, as thousands of people across town have been buying new tires for the winter. I purchased new tires online a few weeks ago, and I had to schedule my appointment to get them installed a long ways out. When I arrived near the end of their normal business hours last Saturday, my tires were still there waiting for me, and they got them installed in just over half an hour. This was in spite of them working on about eight cars when I arrived, with two dozen cars left to go before they could finish the day. The service reps were very friendly throughout, even though the phones were ringing non-stop and the store was busy. My new tires are working out great, and I want to give props to the employees here for working through this mad rush. read more

Worst service ever. Dropped my car off at 11am, they said would be done by 2pm. Got there at 4pm not even in the shop yet. Told them I need to pick up my daughter at school. Still took their time getting my car ready. Never coming back to discount tire again. read more

Went there yesterday at 930 in the morning to get 2 tires. He said he needed to order them and he will call when they come in. 4 hours later I decided to call and ask if they are ready. They said no they haven't come in yet. They said they would call when they arrived. They didn't call.....THEY NEVER CALL. Man has this place changed. I dont know if its new ownership, shorthanded with staff, or staff not just giving a f-ck. I walked in today at 11am, didnt even get helped until 1130ish, and was told about 90 mins or so. Got back over there at about the 60 min mark and sat there for another 30 mins or so....i was told by another customer to take a look at the far south end of the shop because my car might be parked there, as this persons was and he wasted almost 45mins or so because the staff did not tell him. Low and behold, there it was....seriously guys?!! So much for that "phone call", and wasting my time along with so many others today. Get your sh!t together!! read more

I was welcomed by Jon Budfuloski; extremely professional and he went above and beyond any expectation to ensure that Discount Tire was giving me the best price for mounting tires I did not purchase there. He even offered to match my purchase price with comparable tires from the shop, but I wanted to keep my Goodyear Kevlar tires. There was a slight problem with the techs trying to mount the tires and it turned into an hour delay. Once the manager jumped in it took him 5 minutes to correct the issue and I was on my way. It was an inconvenience with the delay, but I have to admit that I was treated as a longtime customer even though it was the first time I was there. Treating a customer respectfully and conducting your work professionally goes a long way and turned a bad review into a top rated review. I have taken 7 cars/trucks here and will take more. They are quick, professional and you get their best price. They show you all the tire choices they have and help you make the right choice for you. They also don't tack on stuff you don't need just to pad the bill. Go by and have them fill your tires or simply ask them a question and you always get a friendly person and quick service, not a sales job. I took them a flat tire on a rim once and they fix it without charge. That's why i go back. read more

bought a set of tires 8 months ago. i brought them back a few days later because of very loud road noise. they gave me a new set of tires reluctantly, that was a little better. i came back 8/3/15 because of a continuous loud thumping noise. they were sure the tires needed balancing without looking at or driving my car. an hour later they told me my car was ready. there was no change in the noise. they admitted they hadn't driven the car. i was sent to a repair shop that took care of the problem. i don't like the hard-sell they give you on their optional road service warranty. they add it to your invoice without asking. when declined they act like i'm an irresponsible child for not wanting it. they offer to cut the price by 50% if you don't want it, so it must be enormously profitable. read more

I blew out a tire, and decided it was time to buy all new tires. I was excited that I ended up buying Pirelli tires for my sports car. Every discount tire that I've been to, the workers are so thorough and respectful. I have never seen anything less than great customer service. I paid about 800 I believe for the tires. I was assuming it would be around 600-800, and I was very satisfied. I should have listen to them when they told me that one of my tires was wearing on the inside. Over the last three years, they have also done free checks for my tire pressure. I thought they were just saying that, but I ended up with a tire blown out. I would like to go there in the future when I'm bold enough to buy some chrome rims! read more

I just wanted to say a huge thank you, especially to Bill and Devon, for service that went totally above and beyond. Because of continued excellent value and service, I have exclusively used Discount Tire for all our vehicles, over the past 13 years or so (when we first moved to this country). Each time I have a need, only Discount Tire have 'come up with the goods' and made me feel like a truly valued customer. On this particular occasion, I was driving to work through snow and sleet when I got a bad puncture. By the time I'd changed to my spare by the roadside and driven in, I was wet, muddy and pretty miserable. Especially when I found out that my remaining three tires were at the wear limiter and should really all be replaced. I won't bore you with the complete list of bills that I'm faced with at the moment, but let's just say that I had no clue how I was going to manage to pay the bill for this one. Finding out from Bill that one tire would be replaced free of charge because it was under warranty, then finding out that comparable tires could be bought at a pretty reasonable cost and still be year-round tires, then (when I mentioned that I'd only had these tires for 18 months or so), finding out that I'd get a huge discount on my replacements, I was so relieved. But then, when I went to collect my car the same day, I noticed one of the wheel center caps was missing, so Bill sent someone to have a look around and then found that the clips to hold it in place had broken off. Very long story short, between Bill and Devon I ended up with a set of four brand new center caps from the dealer at no extra cost. The fact that on this occasion I doubt that you made much profit at all, but your priority was still customer satisfaction, just overwhelmed me. I have always recommended Discount Tire to everyone, especially to those that I work with, at Travelport which is just around the corner and will continue to do so. Not only do I know that I will get the best value from you all, but I trust everyone that I deal with at Discount Tire, and rely on their advice for my family's vehicles. Talking of which, my step-daughter has just bought an old Honda Accord, and as soon as we get it titled and insured, we will be looking to get a new set of tires, so I'm pretty sure I know where they will be coming from! We went one time ever in the past to another store for a free rotation and they still replaced the tire at a vastly discounted rate. Fantastic staff and exchange policy! I ordered tires online but they apparently were on back order so they suggested a comparable set. I do wish they would have explained the studded tires a little better as I didn't really know what I was getting in to. As soon as I drove away, I knew I hated them with a passion. Called back and they were able to get a brand new set without the metal studs the next day and traded the tires immediately. Even got some money back on the deal. Got a great price on my snow tires. The install was quick and easy. I did have some issues with them stuffing my rims up. So I went back to see what they could do. I think it was Brett who came out and looked at my rims to see the damage. He acknowledge and admitted fact that they had scuff them up. He took me back into the store talked to the manager and he offered me $80 a wheel to repaint them or reimburse me. I live in the mountains so I took the option of reimbursement it went very smooth he was very polite I walked out happy even though I walk in mad. They took care of everything and it was smooth sailing and I was happy. Even though they did mess up my rims I would still go back there and refer a friend. read more

I have used this business since we have been in the same neighborhood (25 years?). Thought it was about time I finally posted a review. I've taken many different cars to this Discount Tire with a variety of tire issues way more times than I could possibly count. The experience has always been the same: friendly, professional and helpful. Sometimes they make money off me, sometimes they don't. They stand behind their products and are always happy to check the tires to see if they need air, a repair or a replacement. Any problems or questions have been resolved well. Today I brought the car in wondering if I had a slow leak in one tire and/or if I needed a set of new tires. It was very busy and I had about an hour wait. They put the car on the rack, checked every tire for damage and tread wear, determine they all just needed air which they filled and sent me happily on my way. I am always confident that I will be treated fairly and professionally by these guys. read more

Excellent customer service with exceptionally friendly staff. However, only getting 4 stars because of the long wait times. This is a very busy location and everyone is moving full throttle but they need more staff to handle the business (to be fair their is a help wanted sign in the window). I waited an hour and 45 minutes this am for them to tell me my tire couldn't be repaired and needed to be ordered. They had the tire in-house 4 hours later. Out of the three flat tires I've had this year - THREE - all on Discount's tires - they've never had the replacement tire in stock. Once they managed to sell me 4 new tires, and now, 2 months later, I have a flat in those. No replacement again today. They also don't currently have any way to check the tire pressure sensors.
