They worked at it quickly and 30 or 40 minutes later I had all new tires installed and was on my way. Jordan and Mike gave me their complete attention, answered my questions, and got me on my way almost before I even got there! Very professional and smooth operation. My scatter-brained self left an item in the waiting area and I came back 15 minutes later and I ran into Mike outside. He asked politely why I was back, I explained I had forgotten something. "Oh that's yours? It's in my office. I'll go get it." Nice. The fact that my new Michelins took my ride from "cement truck" to "magic carpet" was just icing on the cake!
