I cannot say enough good things about Discount Tire! As the name would suggest, the price is right. But, beyond being very affordable, this place is awesome for a few reasons. All of their employees are super friendly. I never feel like I am being talked down to or being sold something unnecessary, even going in there by myself as a woman (often with a baby in tow) -- this is unfortunately not the case at many car-related businesses. The waiting lounge is comfortable, with plenty of seating and free coffee and water. And, the service is quick, especially on a weekday! Finally, today I went in to get the pressure checked in my tires (free!). Not only did they perform this service, but they also noticed one of my tires was looking flat, inspected it, removed a screw, and patched things up. This was all while I waited (about 20 minutes) and was totally free since we had bought our tires there previously! I would challenge anyone to find better service than that anywhere. I had an appointment on a Saturday afternoon and hadn't been to this location. They were totally slammed so I was prepared to wait a long time even with an appointment. People were coming in non-stop and wanting to be taken care of that day-even though they were only open one more hour. I couldn't believe the wonderful service and patience the employees provided. I had minimal wait time and was out of there way before I expected. I really felt like they know what they're doing, and I haven't received customer service that stellar in a very long time. Wow- Discount Tire is amazing. I bought tires here *a few years ago* and I pop in twice a year for free tire rotation. I recently had a flat, and brought the tire in to get patched/repaired. He informed me that the tire cannot be repaired, but no worries- it's covered by the warranty. What?! Amazing! This shop can always get me in for an appointment, they are friendly and courteous, and with a warranty like this, one would be crazy to buy tires anywhere else. read more

I have been a Discount Tire customer since 97 and year after year they keep demonstrating why the are the best tire company in Colorado. Recently I had my tires rotated and balanced just before my scheduled oil change and maintenance services. For some reason the tires cap broke when the service associate removed them to perform the tire balancing. I did not notice this at first but when I got home I realized one of the caps wasn't on and another was loose. So, I took my car down to the store and talked to Kyle, the store manager. He checked the wheels, apologized and proceeded to order new parts from the dealership, and of course, the parts were not cheap. A couple of days later I stoped by after Kyle called me and he replace them both, the missing and the broken one. What a class act!! An amazing customer service as alway!! Thanks Kyle! read more

I'd like to read the employee handbook for Discount Tires because every location I've been to has excellent customer service. Seriously, their standard is so high and consistent that I think they have to have a best practice policy in place. This happens to be the location I've been to the last two times my tires have been low on air. Both times they haven't had a purchase out of me (gawd Denver has a lot of screws on their streets), but they treat me like I've purchased the most expensive tires in the store. This has happened previously where I have gone to the Evans and Boulder stores as well (it wasn't a screw in Boulder) and had the same great service. Of course the next time I need a set of tires I'll be heading over to one of their stores. read more

Had an appointment to have wheels put on. First appointment they had to cancel because the wheels didn't arrive on time. When the day of the new appointment came I was told to expect to wait up to an hour and then when I asked about the progress of my car at an hour and 10 minutes I was told it was next in line and that there were other appointments in front of me. So appointment times seem to be pretty lax around here. Expect to sit around and leave extra extra time so you're not running behind- because they will be. Overall unimpressed with my experience here and will def be going back to my regular mechanic for everything else. read more

Whenever I need my tire pressure checked they would do it for free and fast. I didn't have to wait long for my new tires to be mounted either. I called ahead for a flat repair and they told me that I could drop the car off but it would take at least 3 hours, which I was fine with, I went to check in, which I informed them again of the situation, and they told me to wait for a sales associate and it would take at least 3 hours to fix, again, I was fine with this. I sat there for 30 mins, which was totally fine, they then came out and told me that I should have an appointment which I was very clear about the first 2 times I spoke with them I did not have. I just brought my brand new Forester XT to Colorado from sunny southern California in the middle of winter and needed some snow tires. Discount Tire was recommended to me by a local friend, and I'm so glad I took that advice. These guys are a class act. I spoke to a number of employees at several locations, and consistently received a quality of service that blew me away. Whether on the phone or in person, I always found myself dealing with knowledgeable and friendly people. I was sizing down for snow tires, and got great advice to optimize cost, handling, and fitment, which was super helpful given I'm no expert when it comes to tire-size math, or anything snow-related for that matter... The Fozzie is still shiny and new and my rims were pristine, so I was at first hesitant to let her out of my sight or to be manhandled by greasy mechanics. Discount Tire's service technicians couldn't have done a better job. I got her back in great condition, in a new pair of shoes to boot. Overall, best tire experience possible. I would give this place for negative stars. They charge me 180 for just replacing the tire with tpms service because it was a bmw with 18 inches wheels and I didn't buy the tires from them. The price they gave me over the phone was 64 for put the tires on and 20 for the tpms service. Make sure you ask for price before do anything. 180 is the price the bmw dealership would charge me for that services. Say buy from discount tire from now on! read more

I went to this location because I had a tire blowout and needed two new tires. The tires were installed in about 45 minutes and I have no complaints. Then, a few days later I got a small leak in one of the remaining tires that I did not have replaced. I couldn't tell what was causing the leak so I brought my car in to have them take a look. About 40 minutes later an employee told me they found a small nail and fixed the tire. The employee told me I was good to go. I asked how much I owed them and he stated, "Nothing, we did it for free." They fixed my old tire for free even though it wasn't my new one that I had just recently purchased. In the past, I've had other tire companies try to rip me off. These guys are honest and do a great job. It's the only place that I'll consider buying and repairing tires. read more

I purchased on Black Friday this past November some tires and the lied to me saying you will have a $100.00 rebate prepaid visa. I send the paper work and I received a email confirmation and the said wait 10 to 15 days to receive you rebate of course that is not true. After 30 days I called discount tires office and the just gave me a phone number where I can call. I called them but the say you will have it in the next few days well it is Jan 31 2018 but nothing yet I called Discount Tire and they say just call 1-866-892-8078 but they said again just wait about two weeks but they said the same about a month ago. I am still waiting. . . . I spoke with a salesman at the discount tires on Jan 31 he was very polite I do appreciate that but ... today is Feb 8 2018 and so far nothing it is very disappointing the fact of keep calling and calling different places (Discount Tires and the company who is going to ... give the rebate) to just have the same answer all the time which is .... We were using a rental car and had a flight that evening when our car got annihilated and the tire went out. We scurried into discount tire hoping that someone could help us as we had an hour left. After hearing our situation, Jesus (the worker who helped us), worked as fast as he could to fix our tire and got it done in a snap! Even though there were other cars in line and the wait would've been over an hour, Jesus got it done. I recommend going to this discount tire and give Jesus five stars. I originally went to this place because of the cheap tires, but have been won over with their service. I was looking for a particular tire which they had in stock, but was listed on a competitors site for cheaper ( the competitor did not have it in stock). On the yellow pages ad it said they would match any competitors price so I called them out on this. I showed them the website and they said sure, which saved me probably $100. But all my subsequent interactions with them have surpassed my expectations. Everytime I go in they immediately notice me and make sure to tell me that they will be with me as soon as possible. I came back to them to fix a leak and they fixed it free. I came back to them to investigate the tires because I was having vibration problems. They took a look and found that one of my tires was bent, rotated my tires, and took the time to find another used rim. I came to them to fix a flat on my other car, whose tires did not come from them, and they fixed it....free. I keep trying to pay them for these small needs and they won't let me. So, yeah they have cheap tires, but their service exceeded my expectations, not that I had many expectations from a tire shop. I will definitely go to them when I need a new set of tires. In Sept of 2012 a moving Truck hit my 4runners' passenger side rear tire and panel. The Driver gave me a bogus business card and said he would replace the tire which I had just purchased weeks before. After being unable to contact the Moving Truck owner I went back to visit Discount tire to replace the tire. I was happy to find out that my tire was guaranteed. The clerk at the Discount tire store took my info and never called me back. 6 months later I called back only to find that my tire was sold. I then re-ordered the tire and asked that they call me when it arrives. No call and 6 months later I called again and the same thing happened. So here we are one month ago. I called to get the tire ordered and never heard from anyone at Discount Tire. Finally on 7/9/2014 I called and spoke to Matt & he said they no longer made that tire but to come in anyway so they could match me up with a tire. I then arrived 15 minutes before closing(5:45) and spoke to a Jose'. He was awesome and very apologetic and found a tire at no additional cost.
