They called to let me know before I drove over for my appointment, so I rescheduled it for a couple days later, no big deal, and they were proactive in letting me know. I call to ask how long will it take for a tire rotation and balancing and they tell me they don't have a wait time right now, they can actually get me in right away. So I tell him I am on my way, I am about 10 miles from that location. So I head over there, I see like 7-8 cars, I park my truck go inside I don't even take two steps and the guy rushes straight at me, he won't even let me talk then I interrupt and tell him that I had called and they told me there was no wait time and they can get me in right away so the guy tells me, let's go look what type of vehicle do you have? So he comes out with me starts checking only one tire and right away tells me on the first tire there's no way he can rotate, we will not be able to rotate the tires! Oh but he's willing to give me a good deal on the tires. I tell him I do not want to purchase anything right now so he continues to go on how he absolutely can not do anything for me and tell me then, about their credit card I can apply for it and once again I tell him I am not interested in spending three to $400 or more at this time, the he goes to see the other front tire and he continues to tell me there's no way I cannot rotate them but I can balance them for you. I am standing there asking myself you can balance them, hmmm....but you cannot rotate them??? What?! This is ridiculous! He goes around the truck and continues to tell me there's no way he will rotate these tires, but he is willing to give great deal and great discount! When I had already gone to another discount tire to get them rotated but the wait time was 45 minutes to an hour. I am just shocked! This was a total waste of time and a waste of gas! Buyer beware. This place is a scam. I've had my tires changed 4 times by them and they have never honored the tire warranty. I just got my tires changed and they tried to upsell me on the tires they just sold me the month before telling me theres metal coming out of it and it needs to be replaced immediately and they can't rotate them. I asked to use the warranty and every time they come up with an excuse to not use it. first it was " they aren't worn enough" yet after telling me there's metal coming out of them. Then this excuse was "it's because you didn't rotate them enough." Once again I fall victim to paying another $200 dollars because of their excuses. DO NOT COME HERE! read more

If you are in a hurry don't go to this store there customer service is very poor, they don't follow up on things they say, per example had a flat tire and after they checked it out the nail was in the side where I had to get a new tire, well all they did was put air in my damaged tire, ordered a new tire, but didn't do anything to temp fix my tire till the new one arrived, I had to air up my old tire every 10 hours till the new one arrived they said they would see what they could do till my new tire arrived but I never got a call back from them, not even a call when my new tire arrived, I had to call them to check on status on new tire. read more

I was heading to work and noticed my back right tire was really low on pressure and I just went to a Circle K and filled it up myself, but the tire kept slowly going down still. I took it in to this location and Josh was the guy who came out and looked at my tire. Super nice and very quick. I didn't really understand what I needed since I have run-flat tires; didn't know if it needed replacement or just patching. It ended up having a nail in the tire and they patched it up, I was in and out within 40 minutes. They didn't even charge me for it! I've used this location for almost 20 years. Their work is always top notch, but be aware that scheduling an appointment does not guarantee that your car will be worked on at the scheduled time. This sort of defeats the purpose of making an application. The gentleman at the counter states that this means the car will be finished within the timeframe. Example:a 10:45 appointment for work that takes 15 mins, will still have you waiting for an hour. Tip: Don't schedule a time when you have a tight schedule yourself read more

I stopped in with a nail in my tire on a busy morning. There was about 4 people in line ahead of me but they were able to get to me very quickly. The service guy who wrote up my vehicle was extremely friendly and helpful. He saw the nail in my tire and told me that there should be no problem repairing it. He wrote up my vehicle, told me it would be about an hour and 15 minutes based on the amount of vehicles ahead of mine, and I grabbed a chair to wait. As promised, an hour and 15 minutes late the mechanic came in and informed me that my car was done. He explained the service, pulled the car out, handed me my keys and told me I was good to go. I asked him where I go to pay and he told me the service was done free of charge. I was pretty blown away. I guess the idea here is that by doing simple tire repairs for free, once it comes time to buy new tires, I'll remember the good service and come back to them. Good stuff. Not sure how this place can have negative reviews. Everyone in the building had a positive attitude and were very honest. Conor (I think was his name) and Cyrus. I walked in and had to flats across the street at 12:30pm. I told them I have to make it to my house in Scottsdale, get dressed for a wedding and drive 15 minutes from my house to the church. The wedding started at 2pm. They were honest and said it could be up to 2 hours but due to my circumstances they'll try to make it work. Obviously a one off situation. As a customer I would let someone bump in front of me if they had to go to a wedding, funeral etc. Anyway, 25 mins go by and my car is sitting, they then pulled the car in and I was out of there by 1:20pm. Went in for the free air check for my 2014 mitsubishi evolution today. I used to live in tempe and go to one there that did my tire checks for my discount tire tires since I was 16. When I got to this location there was 1 car in the bay and no line in the waiting area. I parked and got out. Made eye contact with 3 people and waited for a minute or so before someone even acknowledged me. Finally someone came up and said that they would be with me in a bit. Finally a couple minutes later someone came up, offered me a water and started doing the air check. That part took all of 2 minutes. Then he started talking about how I only had 32% tread left on my tires and that if I had time for a full inspection. I thought it was pretty unfortunate that he said that, as the tires only had 8,000 miles on them. I also thought that if I wasn't more informed I probably would have been shocked, let them check, and then convince me to replace all my tires. I appreciate the free air check, that I honestly could've done myself in roughly the same amount of time. However I thought this would be fast and hassle free, which it wasn't. I've used discount tire my whole driving life, and will continue using them. However would not recommend this one specifically because of the long wait and dishonesty. read more
